Gus did a great job installing my new hot water heater and explaining what he was doing along the way. Nice clean install and upgrade to the non -existent shutoff valves. All in all an excellent job!!

Frank helped diagnose my plumbing problem, helped me choose best toilet, and picked it up, replaced, and took away old one. Super nice and trustworthy.

Frank showed up right on time, and I explained what had to be done. He worked up an estimate on his iPad and explained the price up front. He went right to work and finished the job in about 30 minutes? After he finished, he told me that he had given me a discount. Nice!! Was it $50? I appreciated that. Then I paid and he left. This had been an ongoing problem so I am glad to finally have it fixed!! These guys are great! highly recommend them... :)

Jonathan did a great job with my 2 toilet replacements. I solicited several quotes and Advanced Mechanical Contractors responded quickly, provided a competitive quote, and had availability. My Long Beach condo building also uses Advanced Mechanical Contractors (AMC) as their go-to plumber.I think all of the work was completed in less than 3.5 hours? We had some challenging space constraints to troubleshoot. Jonathan also got a helper to come and take the old toilets (and even the packaging and trash that the toilets were shipped in) - lots of trips from my 4th floor condo to their van outside. I would definitely recommend Jonathan and AMC for future work.

Dave McKnight and Frank Tovar have serviced my condo numerous times over the years. They are familiar with the complex. Their work, and that of the others that have worked with them, is well done.

Im so grateful to Ken! I was ready to sell my house and move because I was struggling with this annoying fly problem. I had hired an exterminator who I had already scheduled to come out 4 times and couldnt eliminate my fly problem. Since COVID requires you to stay home I felt like I was living in my own prison. At the recommendation of a co-worker I hired a plumber and now thanks to Ken who found the problem I no longer want to move! I would highly recommend Advanced Mechanical Contractors especially Ken for all my plumbing needs. I know he will go to any length to help me and will do it as quickly as possible. He even cleaned up his mess even though I assured him not to worry I would clean it up.

The worker was not professional. After he opened the wall next to toilet, he left 2-3 hours for getting materials (big company as this, I was wondering the true reason for leaving the job). When he came back, he broke the water valve! Then he left 2-3 hours again. He was going to charge this broken valve! So I called co. After I discussed with company manager, we agreed the worker not continued the job with no charge. So he left. I called the other plumber fixed these two problems ( leaking in bathroom wall and the water valve. This was happened last year during Thanksgiving.A couple weeks ago, I received a email from co. who said is Christine, manager, sent me a charge with $1,600+. I called and email back, too. I explained to her, that she should talk with Jeff ( manager I discussed and agreed with), but she just threatened me to move to collection agent and hung up on me.I called Glendale Moe who referred me to this co. Then Christine still insists charging $400+. Again I requested to talk to Jeff. Instead she sent this bill to collection agent right away!Sign signature for allowing to enter the property to do free estimate is Glendale Moe policy. So do this Advance Mechanical. They have the same owner as they told me so. But instead, this Advance Mechanicalusing my signature to charge whatever they want to by simply wrote the numbers. What a company! There should have no star at all.Watch out for this company, even with the same owner, but separate operate completely!

David accurately diagnosed the cause of and fixed our kitchen faucets leak. The set house call price was higher than our former plumber, now retired, however.

I used this because Glendale Moe recommended, but I made a big mistake because this Advance Plumbing sent Oscar, a crook guy who could not fix and told a lie to company. The co. believes him and half year later, sues me in court even Oscar did not fix and only broke more leaks and even outside water valve. I hired other to fix. What a crook guy with a fraud company!Do not use it at all! Or luckily like me falling into the trap!

Jonathan did a great job servicing 4 drains. Preventative maintenance, was here for at least 2 hours with apprentice!

Frank did an excellent job!! He was exactly on time. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The service itself was pretty pricey however: $125 to fix a clog in the sink?!? Really?!? That’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Frank is an efficient and informed plumber. He quickly ascertained the issue and cleared the laundry room drain issue.I am very happy with the service and their prices; we will hire Ken’s Plumbing again.My home warranty plumber (different company) was a disappointment, they charged me for a service call and an inexperienced plumber showed up and could not snake a simple drain. In desperation I phoned Ken’s plumbing andthanks to Frank our new plumber we can do laundry again!

Everyone from this company has been Johnny on the spot, responding immediately and sending somebody over right away, almost always! If not, then within a very reasonable amount of time, never less than 24 hours later. I really appreciate the responsiveness and their attention to detail!

Oscar did a great job installing a new bathroom faucet, he also turned off and adjust one or two gas lines and then he repaired a very very tricky leaking outside pool faucet which was connected to the regular hose bib which was all located very close to the home. Although he gave us a discount, it still seemed expensive. The quality of the work was superb!

I tried everything and could not get my kitchen sink unclogged. They sent in Frank and he was very professional. He had my sink draining again in no time. Will definitely use them again.

I had a stoppage and Ken’s team was super quick to respond, clean, and professional. Allison in the office was extremely helpful and friendly.
