I want to thank Adam and Jason for treating my parents good they are seniors that were taken advantage of by right choice they have low finances and paid right choice $10,000 then 1 yr later heater did not work wanted to charge them another $8,000 thanks to your guys for fixing. Im out of state and we lost my brother to suicide I had 2 battles cancer my moms husband possibly has cancer back and then taken advantage of by other company would like to report them for senior abuse if I knew how other than reviews. Thank u for your service hope u can continue to help them

Had Jason come check our old air conditioning unit out at work after a severe water leak with our water heater. He was promt, honest and fast at solving the problem. Very professional. Turns out it was the condenser that needed replacing. ( by the way the 1st guy that my company called said motor and condenser. 1500-2000$) Would definitely recommend AAA Calvert

AAA Calvert installed a new (replacement) AC/Furnace about two years ago when I moved in. The team worked with me on every aspect, keeping me informed and presenting me with great options.They removed the old system, including the aged and poorly installed previous ductwork, and relocated the new, larger, system to a new concrete pad they poured.Two year later, we’d developed a minor coolant leak right at the middle of the heat wave. They were, of course, booked out for a couple weeks because of this. I made the appointment but they reworked their schedules and had their crews working weekends. They came in on Saturday when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, and had it up and running and within my warranty.Excellent service, great people. Highly recommend.

AAA Calvert is my go to for all electrical and HVAC needs. They installed my HVAC unit and the ducting for our 1947 home! Professionals from the word go! As a realtor of 22 years, I refer all of my clients to AAA and they are never anything but grateful! Thank you TJ, Lauri and crew for all that you do! You are the BEST!

Use another company if at all possible. The technicians came out and did electrical work. However, when I returned from my errands, they had left and two lights in my room were not functioning. All the lights were functioning before they started their work. This was, of course, frustrating. I called and spoke with a representative who stated that they could have someone come back out the next morning to fix the issue. All was well until I got a call back from them. I answered Hello? I heard background noise, but no response. Then this representative said Hello? to which I answered Yes? before they immediately hung up. I promptly called back and stated that someone called but immediately hung up. This representative who identified herself as Leona said she didnt hear anyone and hung up, stating this in a rude tone that I initially brushed off. She then stated that because the technicians claimed that everything was working when they left, that meant their work was completed and that they would need to speak to property management to get approval for another repair to be made. I started to express that this was frustrating because all the lights were functioning before they started and that it shouldnt be an additional ticket for them to fix this, but then Leona cut me off and stated I was being aggressive. Between that and her initial attitude when answering, I had enough and requested to speak with someone else who might have better customer service than her. I was placed on a short hold and spoke with someone who identified herself as Laurie(?). She had me hold for a few minutes, and I could hear her conversing with her coworkers, including Leona, about the situation. Once she came back, she explained the situation and said she would need to contact the property manager regarding another ticket. I explained this was frustrating but acceptable. The problem with Laurie started when I told her I wanted to file a complaint about Leona and her poor customer service. I stated that there was a difference between being aggressive with someone and expressing frustration about a situation, and its poor professionalism on her part if her answer to any customer who calls about a frustrating situation created by their company is to be rude, lacking in empathy, and seemingly having no issue in escalating a situation as opposed to being solution-oriented. Laurie took immediate bias with Leona, stating she was sitting right next to her during the exchange and asked if I could show her some grace. I responded that I find the immediate bias unprofessional and I most certainly will not show grace to anyone that lacked any for me, especially unprovoked. Laurie then became further defensive and I asked if I could just file the complaint. She stated You just did, revealing herself to be the owner. Laurie then decided that, in her own words, being facetious with my complaint against her unprofessional employee was perfectly acceptable and part of standard operating procedure, finishing off her disrespect by promptly hanging up on me.I contacted property management in regards to this callous interaction. Something told me to stay and ensure that the so-called repairs for this company were appropriate before they decide to depart for the day. Untrustworthy and shameful.

AAA Calvert helped me with the electrical rough-in and installation for my new home. It was a whole unit renovation with reroute most control. They are amazingly responsive, experienced, professional, humble and collaborative. From the first time TJ’s on site visit and discussion of the design scheme with me, no attitude, full of sense of humor, to working with Leo on scheduling and quote being really accommodating, till lead electrician Eddie being super sharp, friendly and efficient, the team made my challenging multi-trade coordination and time limited renovation with hope and energy.Also, their excellent work ethic made lights, fan, switches look great in tight dimensions. They brought up on site conditions with suggestions to owner timely. They are familiar with local regulations and what to expect.Bravo~

My central heating unit stopped working this morning at about 9:30 am. Its been really cold so I thought that would be a problem, especially since I will be entertaining over the weekend. But it wasnt a problem for AAA Calvert. I called them just before 10:00 am. The repair person, Jason, was here by 12:30 pm and the unit was fixed within an hour. Thank you to all the terrific folks at AAA Calvert. My house is warm again!

This company is outstanding. They installed my central air and heating system a while back and every time I have needed something they are at my house in zero time!!! The people who have come out to my house are ALWAYS kind and professional. The company owners are real down to earth people who would do anything to be accommodating and give the very best service. AAA Calvert sent 2 electricians to provide service. The electrician I spoke to was friendly and explained the issues he found. Because I had not called the electrical company first, he advised me to start with them. There were some issues with DWPs property. If we still had problems then call them. At the end, they dis not accept the service fee. Thank you AAA Calvert.

We had exterior and interior lighting installed by Felipe, Nicko and Arturo. They were professional, prompt and knowledgeable.Would definitely recommend and use for future work.

Top notch service!

Husbands been in & out of the hospital since April with a 6th surgery 2 weeks ago. Hes home now but wheelchair bound until we can get him a new leg lol. Our wall heater pilot light wouldnt stay lit & the house was extremely cold especially for him. Ms Ryan was able to squeeze us in right away & Tom saved the day & got our heater running again. Taylor was the one to come check the scope of project to give me a quote. He was on time, friendly and very professional. I was lucky enough to have him as the lead guy on the project. Both he and Gabriel went beyond my expectations. They took their time to understand the best solutions with patience and a smile. They paid attention to detail, including leaving our place exactly the way they found it (immaculate). They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic company! I called today and had someone at my door within the hour. I was told that there was a safety issue with my furnace that needed repair, but with AAA calvert - it turns out there were no issues with my furnace other than changing the filter. Tom Gardner helped me change the filter, and there was no charge for the call. I have now scheduled them to do my LED lights for their honest and quick response to my safety concerns. Highly recommended!
