The Sewer Co diagnosed and repaired a sewer-line stoppage under the street right in front of my property. Pedro spent a lot of time over several visits to diagnose exactly where the problem was, then was able to make the repair at a great price. 10/10 I would hire again and recommend to all.

Pedro and team were amazingly fast, efficient, and got the job done on short notice. Originally, my estimate was going to be astronomical due to the type of repair, but Pedro was able to approve an alternative, which was 1/3 the cost. These guys are totally legit and highly recommended!

Didnt appreciate the fact that the estimate ballooned by $1000, I even asked if the sewer line of the other house will cause any problems.He assured that it wont, after starting the digging he changed his story and added $1000 to the cost which I had no choice but to agree so the job could be finished.As I mentioned he should have told me upfront the real cost, not after the digging was finished.Could have gotten another estimate.The robotics cutting was never mentioned in the contract, even though he looked through and through before giving the contract, I even as I said will the other house sewer will cause any issues, he said no.

Technician came right away, he communicated well prior to arrival. He was friendly and professional. He took care of things quickly and efficiently and didn’t leave me a mess to clean up when he was done. This was an excellent experience and I would recommend this company to anyone.

The Sewer Company conducted the repairs in phases, to find and address the issues step by step. They used high-tech equipment with skilled technicians to identify the blockage area anbykept me advised of their progress.They are a very knowledgeable company that addressed our very serious mainline blockage that has very deep in our front yard. They found tree roots had invaded the main sewer main close to the municipal sewer line.About 12 years ago, this same sewer line was relined and a new ABS replacement pipe was used in the alignment to the municipal sewer main; however, the other company failed to use high-quality connectors, and tree roots entered the main sewer line at a point deep in my front yard.Finally, the Sewer Company made the repairs by replacing the old mainline and using high-quality materials to reduce the possibility of root intrusion for many years. Also, they jetted our home drainage system to ensure both systems were working properly. I highly recommend this company to resolve your home and sewer concerns and maintenance.

Updated review: Management reached out to us and clarified that what we thought was damage was actually that the new piece that was installed was a different size than the previous piece that was covering what looked like previous damage. We were assured that our tech followed all necessary protocols and that someone will be sent to fix the new cosmetic issue that arose from our repair. The person that reached out to us was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding and worked to make sure we were better informed and satisfied with the situation.We are very thankful that Juan was able to fix our backed up sink and replace our drain stopper. Unfortunately, the repair caused damage in the bowl of the sink that we were not informed about, even though we were home at the time of the repair. We only saw damage after the tech had already left. Additionally, trash with a strong sewage smell was left in our bathroom trash. In the future, it would be helpful for the tech to bring a separate trash bag that the tenant can dispose of, rather than leaving the trash inside the bathroom. We appreciate the techs work, we just wish there had been more care given to our living space.

The technician went above and beyond. He took his time to fix the issue. Last year I had plumbing service from different company and they fixed the sink in 5 minutes but the water backed up again the next day.Juan R. really did excellent job

I was referred to The Sewer Company by my trusted electrician. The work included the repair of a large crack on the sewer line, instaling a 2-way clean-out and liner. The work was completed just a few days ago so I cannot comment on future long term issues, if any, but work was done promptly and appeared to be done correctly. The owner, Pedro, maintained me informed of all the steps during the work, provided me with photos of the crack prior to and after the work together with a video showing the sewer was repaired. The Sewer Company has excellent reviews and was highly recommended to me. They were punctual, professional, communicated with me, responsive to all my questions, knew what they were doing and the price was very reasonable. I recommend The Sewer Company.

I met the owner, Pedro, from seeing his truck and wanted to find a local, small business owner to give my business to and referals. They were competitive with the ads I see for a slow drain, in my case, the shower. I was given a 1 hour window from 9am to 10am and their tech, Juan, called at 8:55 am to say hed be here Im about 35 minutes. I was so glad he did that so I could do things with that 35 minutes. He tool care of the issue and it was $99. He also knew about Cleanouts and told me they can do camera inspections for property purchases, which is great for real estate agents to know.My only suggestion is for the owners to be aware that a lot of Seniors on fixed income, live in the SGV and that any upcharge should only be to a big unforseen issue and not a back up of hair that might take a couple of attempts with the snake and vacuum. If customers are afraid of an upcharge, except for new customers, they may try someone new each time they need a plumber vs. being a repeat customer. As long as the time involved is not excessive, that seems to be a fair policy.Overall, I was totally satisfied that I called them just last week and was scheduled for the next business day after a holiday. I often hear of plumbers who are not responsive or very backed up. And, for those of us who cant be home for hours or days, I was so grateful, I didnt have to take time off and they kept to their schedule!

Juan was really nice but left my bathroom a little messy, there was black and brown liquid all over my things and smeared on the wall, bathtub & floor. He tired cleaning some of it but sadly I found it on my blow dryer, makeup bag, etc. Best to remove all your stuff from under the sink and around the area out of the bathroom before they start. Great communication on timing of service and I appreciated the follow-up regarding my disappointment on the mess that was left.
