All Track Exterminators

I was looking online for an exterminator that had reviews capturing rats and came across Larry @ All Track. I really appreciated the explanation he gave of rat psychology re: what they like to eat and how best to trap them. He came to the property every 24 hours and on day 3 or 4, the rat was caught. He also did a nice job of discussing and sealing the entry points. Another plus for me is Larry is great at texting; quick responses!

Larry is as professional and honest as business owners get. After our new bed installer refused to remove our old bed and install the new one due to a bed bugs infestation in our old mattress and box springs, we called our closest pest control / exterminator in near-panic and disgust, to get a professional opinion. Just by sheet luck due to his location being close to our house in Altadena, we dialed Larrys number first.He was accommodating and courteous from the moment he picked up the phone, and told us he would stop by the house for an inspection within a couple of hours, even though he was on another call. Sure enough, 2 hours after the call he showed up, inspected our mattress and box springs and quickly established there was no bed bugs infestation. The installers mis-diagnosed some remnants of carpet beetles (a very different and bug, completely harmless to humans!) stuck on the bottom of our box springs. No bed bug infestation, no need for treatment. He refused to get paid for his service and even followed up with emails and texts we could forward to the mattress company to tell them their installers were just wrong. He could have taken advantage of the situation and charged us for treatment we didnt really need, we would have cheerfully paid for it. But Larry is too honest a businessman for that, which is why we would recommend him to anyone, and he will be on top of our list in the future should we,God forbid, need to hire a pest control company or exterminator.

I highly Larry! He is so fantastic at what he does. I would call him either an “insect detective” or “insect whisperer”. He is extremely professional and honest, a real find. He helped us so much with our moth and other insect problems. You will not be disappointed!

I’m so impressed with Larry’s service. He is so knowledgeable about the pests he’s addressing, and then uses that knowledge to attack them efficiently. He also really goes the extra mile by providing services above and beyond just to make sure the job is done right. And then he took the time to explain to me what he did. Great work!

Larry was exceptional. His communication was consistent, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was relaxed around the wasp nest, and within 20 minutes had it entirely taken care of.The next day some wasps were on the ground and dying. I messaged him about this, and he immediately replied, saying that was normal and could happen for a few days, but nothing to worry about.I feel certain he’d come back out if the problem evolved again. Although it hasn’t!Highly, highly recommend.

All Track Exterminators is AMAZING! He came out the day after I called him and checked carefully around our property. He very quickly determined where the problem was with the rodents accessing under our house. He took the time to methodically and professionally close off the access points. He was extremely fair and honest about the situation too - letting us know that it was a minor incursion.I rarely write recommendations, but All Track Exterminators really deserves this praise. I will call him anytime we have any issues that need his expertise and cheerful service. Well done!

Larry came out when expected with text updates. He did a thorough search of the yard and put in two traps. He came back 24 hours later and he did trap the mole! Larry did a great job of explaining everything about moles and their behavior….much more than I ever knew! If we have another problem, I’ll definitely give Larry a call! Success!

He quickly evaluated the situation, provided a clear explanation of what could be done to resolve the issue and how it may have occurred, and reassured me that this would be a long-term solution. Larry was really good. We were freaking out from watching winged insects come out of our floor. Larry was able to come to our house within the hour and give us his consultation. He took the time to explain everything and it was very easy to schedule the treatment and follow-up. All the work was very professional, very neat and clean. We haven’t seen the termites since. A-plus, we highly recommend Larry!

Over the last couple weeks we had a guest staying with us sleeping on the couch. She complained that she was being attacked by what she thought was bed bugs. When we called Pasadena pest control Larry came promptly out and did a search of the apartment and the couch. He then figured out what was going on in a matter of 10 minutes and also offered a couple easy low cost solutions to the problem that by the way wasn’t bed bugs thank god!!!!The best part of all is that he didn’t charge and made us feel very comfortable.

I called the company indicating that there may be a raccoon on my roof. They came out in a very timely manner and found out that it was a very large cat hiding in the side of the roof. It looked like the cat was hiding from something and was very afraid. Larry spent over an hour with the cat to have the cat come down from the roof on his own without any force. That required lots of patience but the cat was safe and left on his own. I was not charged anything as he said he does not have any service for handling cats. I will call this company for any future pest control needs.

I needed extermination on the Memorial Day weekend. I called Larry who came out very quickly, provided a lot of information, carried out the extermination and charged a reasonable amount. He was very informative and easy to work with. I will recommend him for other work in our building.

When we called Pasadena Pest Control Larry made me feel like I was talking to my neighbor. Not only was he friendly and personable but he was able to schedule me next day. During the appointment Larry was professional and even recommended other contractor I could work with for my bathroom renovation. He even offered to take off his shoes when he came in!!

I have used corporate companies to try to resolve my issue, specifically dealing with ants. I was not satisfied. I called Pasadena Pest Control and I was completely satisfied. I will keep on using them in a regular basis.
