We went through Yelp to request several quotes for a toilet replacement and water pressure regulator. Luis was able to come out to scope the work, provided a quote an and completed the job within reasonable time frame. Luis and son arrived within the timeframe he promised. They were professional and cleaned up the work area after. So far our toilet works great and our water pressure is much better and I dont feel like Im getting pelted by rocks.

Called about my tankless water heater. Luis worked with me and informed me of my choices. The day of the project, Luis had everything prepared. Along with his brother, they knocked it out. The new tankless along with the pipes and exhaust looks fantastic. Cleaned and professional. Happy to have met Ser Plumbing.

The work was completed as promised. My tenants were grateful for their professionalism. Luis went the extra mile and did a visual inspection of any other issues underneath the house. Luis and his team worked with me to understand my special needs to find a high efficiency unit with a recirculating pump. He arrived as scheduled, gave me his honest opinion, and suggested creative and cost effective solutions. He went above and beyond, contacting the manufacturer and retailer several times and even came back after the unit (not his craftsmanship) presented problems around the holidays and his busy schedule.Next time I have a plumbing issue, Im only calling SER Plumbing.

I have used SER Plumbing twice and have been very satisfied. My first experience was a water heater replacement. I sent Luis photos and he gave me a quote. The quote was inline with others that I had gotten but he seemed the most upfront with me when we talked on the phone. He showed up with his brother and did a nice clean installation. The second time was to repair a damaged water supply line and a shutoff valve. I left a message in the evening and was called first thing in the morning. Luis was able to send his son and brother out that afternoon and they took of everything. I like to support a good family owned business that I can trust.

Ser Plumbing did work on my condo and were easy to contact, efficient in their work and courteous with having covers/sheets to prevent damage/debris in my home while working. I have used them 3 times with no issues, price were fair and transparent. Referred to my parents and they liked them as well. Give them a shot of looking for a new plumber. They are my go to local plumber if I have any issues. They set up my RO water system, changed toilets, added water shutoff valves for my personal complex/condo unit.Update 8/17/24 - installed new toilet upstairs main bathroom. Fast efficient as always. Fixed my issue advised me about future things was honest treated me like a human and not like a gig.I done my best to try to solve the problem myself, but that was only because other companies were trying to charge four times the amount of what the job actually would be. Im a property manager in the Los Angeles area. We have used Ser Plumbing twice to repair plumbing issues other handymen could not do competently. The last handyman tried over three times, over a month, to fix a shower leak. He suggested the leak was in the shower wall. He wanted to tear apart the wall. His analysis was incorrect. It would have been costly if I would have followed the handymans suggestions. Luis & Jose from Ser Plumbing came out and solved the leak in one visit for a reasonable cost. Next time I have a serious plumbing issue, I plan to contact Ser Plumbing to have the issue repaired by a licensed professional all in one visit. Sometimes handymen are useful, but for serious problems or for code compliance jobs we plan to use a licensed plumber. Ser Plumbing will be first on our list.

Was extremely pleased with the rapid response for maintenance on my tankless water heater. Luis was punctual, courteous, and answered questions politely and respectfully. Luis even assisted with a question unrelated to the water heater and made sure the problem was resolved. Definitely will be adding Ser Plumbing to my list of resources for future issues.

Best service not only when it comes to plumbing but the customer service is excellent. Always available when I have emergency calls . I don’t trust any other plumbing service then them .Always honest about the service they provide .Once save me out of $500 charge that a previous plumber wanted to charge and Ser plumbing was honest and told me what needed to be done and explain to me that the other company was trying to over charge me . Ever since I have been getting there services. I managed an apartment building and they are always helping with any emergency call I have.They do an amazing job .

The short - Honest, helpful, friendly.Reached out to Luis to help us with our water heater. From the start, I knew I wanted to work with him. He guided me on the way to find out of my product was still under warranty. He told me I may be able to get the parts for free. He then gave me advice on how to do it, but also offered to help with the project.When the parts arrived (free because of warranty), Luis helped me install them and fixed my kitchen sink. Prices were great too! He was informative through the work which I appreciated because I like learning.I am thankful for his honesty and availability. My wife and I definitely feel like we found our family plumber and will reach back out when we are ready to repipe and other plumbing needs.

Im grateful to find an honest and professional plumbing service! They are reasonably priced and their work is really good! We had am insurance leak detector come out and he metioned that we had a really good plumber. They have done several jobs for us , replace a gas line, repiped my moms home and repiped the master bath shower and put in our new tub they always left things clean when they were done. .
