Chris and James called and let us know when they would be arriving. When they got here Chris reviewed the scope of the job and got right to it. The concrete patio had very large cracks and was in terrible and unsafe condition. They wasted no time and were able to finish the job that same day. They were professional and efficient. We are very pleased with the job.

We had some foundation issues and called Saber - they sent out Justin Reed to walk us through the project and provide a bid. It was a decent size job with moving parts and Justin was available for my 6+ phone calls and two different visits. Once all my concerns were addressed we booked the work and a few weeks later Scott Lamb came out and completed all the repairs. He finished in two days and left the worksite in perfect condition. Extremely knowledgeable and took the extra step to make sure all repairs were complete and done to last. Can’t recommend Saber enough and these two enough.

Saber provides a very professional and honest service from beginning to end. From the day of the quote to final repair. Larry the first contact went over every detail for the job and gave options for immediate repair to full property services. The contract portion of the experience was easily handled and any questions were answered within minutes.Day of repair went perfectly. Chris and James were polite and informative. They were neat with craftsmanship. Chris let me know of any potential issues with the repair ie. cracking or brick displacement but he and james kept the site looking great. He ended by explaining items that may need attention due to brick area they don’t repair but left with a good looking area I am now free of a trip hazard and drooping slab on my main walkway.Thank you Saber.

I have been experiencing foundation issues for the last 5 years and I reached different foundation repair companies and finally I selected SaberWhy Saber? Because of the following reasons:- Saber has been around for longtime with a large portfolio of happy clients- They have the best technology when it comes to installing different type of piers, good materials and warranty- Saber Sales team rocks. Jason has been the main reason why I chose Saber because of his professionalism and his detailed answers to all my questions.Then when it comes to the real work and get the job done, I am so grateful that I had Sammy and his crew.Sammy is amazing, he has a great attitude, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to his job and managing his team.Sammy and his team installed 22 piers all around my house to the perfection. This is not an easy job specially under the extreme heat. This kind of labor requires not only a lot of physical energy but also a very good technical knowledge and experiences with the installation and adjustment of various pier types.Sammy also saved me some time & money. Initially we did run into an issue with the placement of 2 piers but Sammy contacted the appropriate team to make the necessary adjustments to the original plan so I didnt have to pay extra money to remove some of the decorative stones on my entrance wall.At the end of the project Sammy did the necessary adjustments on all the piers to the entire house can be properly leveled. This was done perfectly without any damages to the walls, slabs, etc.I never thought a major project such as this will be a smooth experience, but Sammy & his crew made it happen and I am grateful to have chosen Saber and his talented crew members.

Curtis Larson did a great job at our home. Had some pool coping replaced. It was an awkward location. He spent extra effort making sure the job was done well. A great guy to work with. We also talked about a pool settling issue that I have. He was very knowledgeable about that.

Saber did an earthquake retrofit on our home. They were thorough, polite, professional, and communicated with us every step of the way, from the initial quote to the final inspection. They are one of the best contractors weve ever hired.

Alex was amazing. He went out of his way to get more materials --- driving to LA and back from Santa Barbara overnight --- so that the expanded scope of work could be completed without rescheduling. I am impressed by everyone I have met and talked with at Saber, very professional and prompt, but I am most impressed with Alex!

Our house is nearly 100 yrs old. Prior to renovating the kitchen, we decided to invest in some foundation repairs as a means of insuring our investment. Since completing our renovation, we have experienced two significant local earthquakes that barely registered inside the house while my husband felt them outside the house. Saber is a fantastic company with a fantastic crew!Andrew came to give us a quote about leveling out our patio. It had sunk into the corner and created flooding in our closed patio. He was extremely friendly, informative, and helped us save money. We had to wait a while for the actual appointment since it was peak work season (summer) for them but that was totally fine! Barsha contacted me a few times to go over the plan and kept me updated.I was contacted a week before the appointment by Barsha with more information and to confirm everything. The day of, the foreman Chris called to let me know he and his crew were on their way. They arrived early morning and Chris, James, and Orlando were courteous, friendly, and very professional. Chris explained what they were going to do and he kept me informed on all the steps that they completed. They were done in just about an hour! The machine took longer to warm up :) They were so fast and so efficient! I contacted Saber through their online form. Within a few minutes, I received a call and got an appointment. I also received a confirmation email and information about the contact person that I would be meeting on my appointment. My contact person for the appointment was Jason and I contacted him. He answered my call and I asked if I could send him a plan before the appointment. He reviewed my plan and responded to me that its not in their scope of work. I really appreciate Jasons honesty, communication, responsiveness and work ethics. I called him again and he answered my call. He explained why my plan is not the company scope of work. He listened to me and also provided me suggestions. Thank you so much Jason and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend this company!!!

This rating and review is specifically for the repair work Curtis, from Saber, completed at our property this week. The initial Saber crawl space encapsulation was not completed correctly. This led to water intruding through the installed barrier creating a “pool” effect due to Saber initially not installing enough French drains in the area. Curtis came out to assess the situation and quickly uncovered the issue. A failed seam caused the water intrusion and he confirmed more drains were needed to extend to the problem area. This was assessed by initial install crew but they failed to truly understand the requirement.Curtis professionally prepped the area, provided photos of each stage and then single handily peeled back the encapsulation material, trenched and graded the terrain beneath the house, hauled in approximately 20 bags of rocks, laid material and drain pipes and connected it all to the initial drain system to resolve the flooding issue under the home. Curtis provided more pictures of the area and his work. He took the time to wipe down the space to remove as much dust and any residual debris.We have had a half dozen different Saber personnel at the house since June 2024. The project has been ongoing toward completion for months and although all technicians have been excellent, Curtis was by far the most experienced, technically savvy and knowledgeable. His customer service truly has made what has been a slog with Saber a more pleasant experience. Should you need this type of work, Saber can certainly complete the job and we are hopeful it will be the moisture and mold elimination program we believe should be the result. We appreciate Saber sending Curtis to resolve this latest and hopefully last issue and we will gladly update this review in the coming months.

Saber Foundation Repair did a fantastic job making our foundation earthquake resistant, and theyre approved by the California EBB Earthquake Brace & Bolt program. If you have an older home and youre looking to make it more resilient against earthquakes, Saber is a great choice. If youre not familiar with the EBB program - take a look - you can apply for a grant to help cover bolting your home to your concrete foundation with special braces so in the event of an earthquake, the structure all moves together. Without the braces, your home could slide or fall off its concrete foundation, especially if you have a crawlspace. This process could save your home in the event of a serious earthquake. Sabers installers Alex and Alvino and project coordinator Barsha were kind, efficient, thoughtful, and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend!

The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and understood my foundation issues based on years of experience reading and recognizing the cracks that were happening in my slab. Unfortunately they don’t do structural work and we are going to need that as well, but he was recommend his company 100%.

Very good and talented crew, Christian and James. Fast and thorough. One section of slab could not be leveled due to too much debris underneath unfortunately so felt like initial evaluation was a slight over-promise. Overall, pool deck looks much much better. Not miracle workers but very solid service and product.

Jason inspected my house foundation, he helped and collected all the trashes and took them out although it wasn’t his responsibility. He’s diligent and helpful, i liked quality of his work.

Chris and Lalo were friendly, professional and efficient. Our backyard concrete was so damaged that water was pouring toward our house and sometimes underneath via the crawlspace. These guys lifted the concrete significantly, covered all of the cracks, and it looks great!

I hired saber to fix some of the issues we had with our house. Sammy and Alex showed up on time to start the project. They got to work immediately clearing out all the debris under the foundation and installing the Jacks. Sammy explained detail and took the time to fully explain to me what I was having done. This crew was amazing. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and this was by far my best experience. I would recommend Saber and Sammy to anyone that has been contemplating fixing their foundation. Tyler called days ahead of the appointment to introduce himself and the company. He called to remind me of our appointment the day before. He called to let me know he was on his way and he was on time. He did a thorough check of the problem area and designed a layout of the work area on his laptop. I have not had Saber do any work yet, but they have come out to inspect our foundation and crawl space. The salesperson/inspector Curtis was professional, thorough, and extremely generous with his time. Curtis sat with us for more than an hour, explaining in detail what he observed and what, in his opinion, we did and did not need to address. Curtis was even willing to come back out when we had some follow up questions almost a year later. I learned a lot from speaking with Curtis and feel confident that, working with Saber, we’ll get a fair deal and a job well done.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE .HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 star I would! First, they cancelled appointments with no call, no show! When I called I couldn’t get a hold of anyone in the company! The second time someone finally showed up, he was alone and had to reschedule AGAIN because it’s a “2 person job” then why he showed alone? Finally 2 people came with a pump that looks used and old (not in a box and has no proof that it is new). They hooked up the pipes to the pump, note the pipes are not secured, nothing holding it in place. After installation, if he connect the electricity to it, the electricity in the house shuts off! and he left without fixing this issue. Now I try to call but of course no answer!I hired them because of all those good reviews but trust me it’s all fake. I don’t recommend them, you will waste your time and money.

Saber has amazing products for concrete leveling. To be able to lift slabs that were sinking with foam is crazy cool.A big shout out to Scott, the person who did the concrete leveling and the concrete shaving of a couple of other areas that were tripping hazards.. Scott was friendly and a real pro. I’m so exciting with the way it all turned out!

Jason was my Saber Foundation repair specialist and he was fantastic! He called to see if he could come earlier than our scheduled appointment which I appreciated on many levels. Sales person Angel ,very professional/ Knowledgeable, I still have a few questions about how much correction we can expect when finished. I don’t think we will lift exterior walls in your plan. I’m going to consult my structural engineer to discuss lifting walls and lifting existing girders.

I hired Saber to lift a sinking apartment complex. They handled the design, permitting, and foundation work. They showed up when they said they would, did the job they were hired to do and were clear about the change orders. Saber Foundation just completed a project last week encapsulating my crawl space. This was a fairly complicated project that required involving a plumbing company, but Saber made it as smooth as possible, coordinating their work with the work of the plumbing company and trying to keep everything on track. And stepping in when some difficulties arose. The project ended up taking longer than had been anticipated, but apparently because Saber was trying to get it right. They were friendly and courteous and very professional and very hard workers.

Saber just completed my CEA Brace & Bolt retrofit and I am very happy with the results. It took a while to get the project approved by the CEA but once it was they scheduled me and completed the work in a day and a half. Alex and Alvino, the men who did the work, were very professional, courteous, took before and after photos and answered any questions I had. They also did a good job cleaning up after their work was done. I’m very satisfied with the Saber team.

Super thankful to the whole Saber crew. From the extensive evaluation by Angel, coordination w/ Sarah, & work executed by Peter & Victor, I have answers & solutions to what seemed like months of chasing ghosts on how to handle a root issue with my foundation, not just a band aid job. When I contacted Saber through email on a Saturday, I did not expect a response until Tuesday since it was a three day weekend. I was amazed when I immediately received a call from a specialist to book an appointment.Saber was able to come out and evaluate our foundation and give us a good idea of how to solve some foundation lift issues, likely due to tree roots.Saber’s representative Curtis was professional, helpful, on time and explained things to us in a straight forward manner. He took readings with an altimeter throughout our house to determine if we have any lift or settling occurring with our foundation. It was great that we were immediately able to see the data and what was happening with our foundation.

The Sabre technician was prompt and very courteous. He explained the inspection process thoroughly and the documentation of his findings was very comprehensive. His analysis of the inspection results was also very informative. The recommended service was comprehensive, but more than anticipated.

Saber was very responsive with setting an appointment and were very easy to contact. The sales rep Jason was on time, very informative, and explained the process for foundation repair in great detail. He totally went above and beyond as this was a free estimate and when he checked the condition of my crawl space he also spent the time to clean it so air can flow through better.

Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice on how to best remedy our leaking guesthouse. He walked us through the process that needed to take place to prevent further flooding. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with waterproofing.

Our design specialist, John, was patient and professional. He was at our house for 2 1/2 hours doing a very thorough inspection and then showed us lots of videos about what would be done to complete our project. I am confident we have chosen the right company to do this work.

Saber did an excellent job in my basement. I had an issue with concrete and not only they gave me the best price, but also they did a lot more than other companies and went above and beyond. Sammy and Ernest did the work in 1 day, their job was clean, they protected the hardwood floor and when I needed them to come back, they did and took care of the remaining issues.

Just had my driveway, backyard patio and pool deck repaired by SABER.. This included power washing, repairing cracks, staining and sealing. The entire process with initial estimate from Jason to work completion by Chris and James went very smoothly. I had the pleasure of working with John Gordo, one of their specialist, who spent the due time analyzing our foundation issues and walked me through the whole process of how the repair would work with payment options. John was very thorough and professional. We are now in the process of evaluating the bid before we decide to proceed.

We had some concerns about cracking so we called Sabre. We were provided an exact appointment time (no 4 hour range like many companies). Curtis at Sabre was great. He confirmed the day before our appointment, let us know when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and explained everything to us. As a bonus, our dog loved him.

I have contacted Saber to check the concrete I have on my driveway and backyard. They did thorough analysis for everything and educated me about my options and what they can help with free of charge. It wasn’t just 30 min sales conversion like other companies. They spent almost two hours checking the concrete and identifying all the issues. They even mailed me in advance material to educate myself about concrete problems. Can’t be more happy about my experience with this company so far.

Saber did a great job of lifting the side of our house and reinforcing our foundation. The secret to this success was the foreman, Orlando.This man is a hands-on foreman, who takes deep pride in his work and keeping his customers happy.He is an excellent communicator and kept us apprised every step of the way. Excellent. The crew lead by foreman PJ Guiterrez and his assistant Victor exceeded our expectation. Our driveway and two walkways came out fantastic...definitely leveled out beautifully. Both workers had a great eye for detail and communicated with us all the way. Also, Jeremiah, the specialist who came out and quoted the job was very polite and knowledgeable.

Mr. Angel Amicay promptly showed up at my residence and visually inspected all areas inside my house including the outside perimeter. He is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable in explaining in layman terms all I need to know about water leak emergencies . Responsive company when emailed with our issue but coudnt be resolve since its out of their scope of work. They still did a full inspection and recommendation of their specialty. At the end they gave me a reference number for another company that can assist with our issue. They are great for foundation stabilization type work and would refer saber.

Saber made our driveway repair a smooth process. A small portion of our driveway and walk way had sunken over time and they raised it so it is level and filled in the seams of the driveway and walk way. There was a bit of residue left behind from the foam product that we noticed after the fact. Curtis came out and cleaned the areas of concern. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the end result. Would recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

So far, I have been very pleased with Tyler’s proposals for repair and restoration of my cement patio and driveway. The actual work is set for after the new year. This might be a great solution compared to the more expensive plan I heard from the cement laying company.

The crew did a great job. The scheduler was very patient and answered all my questions.

They have a minimum spend of $2000, I have a small job that maybe would be worth $400. Instead of telling me about the minimum we go through the exercise of setting up the appt. Then having the sales guy out here then him trying to find “more” work to get to the minimum or more. Use these guys if you want an idea of what the high bid will look like then reach out to others to actually get the job done.

Jason called to say he was going to be 20 minutes late which was very considerate! Jason was very knowledgeable and he explained everything! Jason was talking pictures and showed us what’s going on with the foundation. Jason performed above expectations!

He was thorough and detail oriented to establish the scope of work for my floor repair.I like the that Saber Foundations establishes a scope of work and cost estimate on site. No other contractors I spoke with took notes, pictures or measurements for the scope of work. The also wdid not want to provide a written quote which was a red flag for me.The work was performed by Chris, the concrete foreman and his assistant. These guys worked hard to get the job done efficiently and done correctly with profesional quality. Chris answered all of my questions regarding the concrete stitching process, completed the work per the contract and my requirements to make the foundation ready for the wood floor installation.
