Our plumber scheduling and planning for the septic system replacement along with other related services were well-handled and organized. This involved on-location assessments, phone discussions, and email correspondences. The level of communication and promptness truly impressed us. Each technician we dealt with was amicable, experienced, and prompt. When the team arrived in Paramount to execute the task, their synergy and efficiency were noticeable. Each member had a clear understanding of their role and how to collaborate with the rest. It was not unusual to see a worker stepping in at the perfect moment, demonstrating their understanding of the task at hand. The mutual respect and admiration among the team members were evident. It was clear that each worker was highly proficient in their respective tasks, including operating the equipment with accuracy and efficiency. They worked diligently, swiftly, and meticulously, effectively solving any problems that arose. Moreover, I appreciated their consultative approach. They routinely checked in with me at critical junctures, patiently addressing all my questions. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable.
Updated: Had a water line leak in the basement. The plumbing team was in and out of my place in Paramount in less than 15 minutes, quickly identifying and fixing the issue. This company is highly commendable, setting a great example for other tradespeople on how to maintain customer loyalty. Ive had their services multiple times and have always been satisfied. Just recently, I contacted them regarding a boiler problem, and in less than an hour from the time I left a message, the repair was done. They responded promptly, arrived swiftly, diagnosed the issue, executed the repair, and were out the door in no time. Their service is truly remarkable. I strongly endorse their plumbing services.
Plumber 007 Plumbing Services Paramount is consistently busy but comes highly recommended! I frequently seek their services through my home warranty. They are reliable, trustworthy, and their work is always spot-on! They are quick and their craftsmanship is top-notch. I recently encountered a blocked kitchen sink and was assigned another plumbing service through the warranty company. The technician from the other company informed me that the sink was inaccessible due to it being glued together and wanted to charge me $985 to unblock the sink!!! He showed up completely unprepared, without even basic equipment like a snake to try and unclog the sink!!! It was absolutely shocking! I reached out to Plumber 007 Plumbing Services Paramount and was informed that I could get a second opinion, and they would be available to fix the issue. True to their word, the technician arrived, disassembled the sink joints, accessed the clog, and had my sink functioning perfectly within 10-15 minutes of his arrival! My heartfelt gratitude goes to them for consistently being the most professional plumbers around!
We reached out to a highly recommended technician, just as others had, and he successfully thawed our frozen meter. Initially, I had been struggling with a meter cover that turned out to be a decoy, designed to frustrate homeowners and force them to call a professional. I managed to remove the cover only to find it filled with dirt. Upon digging out the dirt, I discovered a large root running straight through it, further convincing me that this was a fake meter. Despite my efforts, I couldnt locate another meter cover and decided to call the plumber. The technician arrived and agreed that the hole I had opened was a decoy, but he too struggled to locate another cover. The ground was hard as stone, but he began probing around the area where he suspected the real meter might be. Eventually, he discovered it, buried about 8 below the frozen ground. He painstakingly chipped away the dirt with a chisel and hammer, ultimately revealing the access cover. He was fairly certain that the meter pipes were frozen and skillfully used a blow torch (definitely not recommended for amateurs!) to heat them. After about 30 minutes of heating, water began to flow in the house again. While the plumber was working, I managed to get hold of the city authorities. I informed them about my complaint lodged on Sunday about having no water. They mentioned that their records indicated a visit at 02:34am that morning and a decision to replace the meter. The issue was forwarded to another department. However, the meter that they claimed needed replacement was in fact just extremely cold. The plumbers advice to avoid such situations was to leave both hot and cold water running when the weather is extremely cold, especially if no one is home. Although it seems risky to have water running in an unattended house, my plan is to keep the faucets in the garage wash basin running to avoid any drain issues. If theres an overflow, it wont affect the house and will simply run into the driveway. This experience taught me a lot about our new home and I feel better prepared for any future issues. The technician did an excellent job and I wont hesitate to call him again in the future.
