Richard came by came by and fixed my water heater, while all others tried to sell me a new one. Definitely recommend him and use him again.

Richard really came through for us on our hour of plumbing need. We had a blocked drain that was causing kitchen waste to back up through our shower drain. Was nasty! Another generic rooter company came out first but they were unable to clear the clog. Richard came to our home even though it was after-hours and got the clog cleared. He was very professional and explained what the issue was. Highly recommended and will definitely use for future plumbing needs.

When I found my 76 gallon hot water heater was leaking late in the afternoon, he came over to take care of it the same evening and worked in the dark. I just want everyone to know Richard is the best in his profession. He is very reliable, honest and trustworthy. He came on time and finished repairs within 10 mins. Whereas the other plumbers Ive had before, would either show up late or not show up at all. He prevented me from replacing my good and functional toilet, thus, saving me time and money. Too bad I didnt find him sooner, I wouldve had him change my faucets and take care of leakage. Honest people who believe in doing their job right are very hard to find. Richard is God-send for me.

Nice guy, but I wont call him again. I couldnt unclog the bath drain myself, he was available on a Saturday, he showed up and helped me out. He asked over the phone if there was an exterior cleanout access for the bathroom, and I told him no. He says its $99 to come out and make the assessment, which will be applied to the work. That was already the top of what I expected to pay, but okay. When he arrives, he asks again about the outside cleanout, and again I tell him there isnt one. He now says its $150 because theres no access--as if he forgot I told him on the phone. I tell him I think thats a lot to pay, but I need his help so I agree. He was in and out in under 15 minutes, and my drain is clear, but I felt stung on the price, and how he raised it. His rooter snake went in through the bathtub overflow, and an outside access wouldnt have made the job any easier. On the way out, he asked if I wouldnt mind posting a review, which probably wasnt a good idea in my case, because I feel he played me a little.

I needed an emergency plumber and Richard was there within the hour. Job done! Thanks

I had Richard’s Rooter and plumbing come by to my Home in Pacific palisades and find the problem , it was an emergency at 7:30 pm we had no hot water on our two story home he saw the two 40 gallons water heaters that connected together in the garage that where over 15 years old and leaking .,Richard’s Rooter and plumbing show me the sticker on the water heater to tell me how old the water heaters were as they where placed when the home was built , And I have a family 3 kids we can’t live without hot water for showers and cooking.Richard’s Rooter and Plumbing gave me a good price went to get the water heaters came back in 20 minutes replaced them change the copper lines to the wall for hot and cold with new ones and connecting all new copper lines where it was needed.I felt safe with Richard’s Rooter and Plumbing doing work in my home he’s a licensed Plumber with over 30 years of experience I got very lucky he had all the tools and kept me updated as he moved along with the work since I have no knowledge of how plumbing works he got the job done in a few hours and finished the job that same day in less than 3 hours He’s work ethic is very professional and knowledgeable in the field of plumbing I recommend Richard’s Rooter and Plumbing very highly, as I had a crisis emergency by not being able to have hot water for my family, at the time he finished my kid were able to shower before bed and have hot water, Richard’s Rooter and plumbing is one notch above all, straight to the root of the problem and what needs to get done he tells you Richard’s Rooter and Plumbing is the one and he did a great job during an emergency situation He’s my plumber from now on with anything related to plumbing at my two story home he can fix anything the guy is a pro and I’m so happy I got hot waterRichard’s Rooter and Plumbing save the day other companies I called were not able to send anybody. Great great plumber! Richard really helped us with our plumbing issues late at night during the storm. Our garage was flooded due to our drain pump not working and Richard installed a temporary pump that drained all the water out. Definitely will be using Richard Rooter and Plumbing in the future!
