I got so lucky with Eric from Skyline Construction. I live overseas and was nervous to renovate my home in CA without being there, but from my conversation with him I felt Eric would be responsive, professional, and trustworthy. He did an incredible job, even with me from afar. I didnt have a single issue, he was honest communicative, and timely, and the result exceeded my expectations. Not only that, but Eric is personable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend for all contractor needs!

We remodeled our master bathroom, kids bathroom, and kitchen with Skyline Construction.I strongly recommend Skyline to anyone looking for a responsible, transparent, communicative, and above all else, quality professional general contractor for remodeling, renovation, consulting, etc.Communication was timely, something extremely valuable with complex projects. Work estimates and risk factors has high accuracy with regard to both time and cost (this is a very uncommon feat in the industry). Quality of work and professionalism of workers on-site were supreme (I was personally present 2-3 times a day, every day).In addition to all this, Skyline continued to take care of us several weeks after the project was done and the contract ended. They made sure to take care to reseal, re-caulk, and/or fix any problems or flaws we found (we only found minor, trivial stuff) as we started living in the house and as fixtures, plumbing, tiles, and flooring begin to settle into their final resting positions. Skyline anticipated this settling, informed us that this is natural, and continued to send in their workers and technicians to make sure every single detail was excellently taken care of.Highly recommended. If you go with Skyline, you choose to go with a real pro. I am definitely hiring them for my next project.

Weve had the most amazing experience with Skyline Construction. Eric exceeded every single one of our expectations from start to finish. It is so hard to find reliable, trustworthy, caring and genuine people in this business and Eric has been all that and more. He basically held our hand through the entire process of our home remodel (gutted house completely) which included framing walls, 5 bathroom remodels, kitchen remodel, new floors, plumbing, new air/heating/vents, painting interior and exterior and much much more. I just remodeled my 30 year old kitchen, laundry room and pantry with Eric from Skyline construction and the results are super impressive. All our guests are shocked at the transformation to the feel of our home. Get this : The work was completed ahead of schedule! Yes thats right - it does happen in remodelling - but honestly not often. The entire process was executed with near swiss clock precision, scheduling and craftsmanship. The workers showed up on time at every step and its clear they have a very good relationship with Eric at Skyline so they do their best work on time, every time. Its evident that all the workers are very experienced and know how to execute complex projects like ours. We removed an entire load barring wall dividing the kitchen and living room that had a brick fireplace, and chimney. They removed it all without destroying unintended nearby walls or flooring. Skyline rebuilt the entire ceiling structure, doubled the skylight opening by adding a second skylight, they patched the roof opening, replaced all the utilities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and even refurbished our existing 20+ yr old exotic Kempas hardwood flooring to line up like glass with our newly installed kitchen tile flooring. This was a complex job with a lot of challenging details, like custom cabinetry, a 10 foot waterfall Quartzite stone island with utilities on concrete subfloor, and much more. The results speak for themselves. Ive done previous work with other contractors but the level of efficiency and professionalism with Skyline made this a smooth project where all the small details are handled well before they become an issue. Im already planning additional remodel work in other parts of my home with them. Seriously, do not hesitate to use Skyline - they are a rare gem in the remodel field, but they are busy so call for an estimate early if youre considering some remodeling. As new homeowners we wanted to have everything fresh and designed our way, before we move in. The priorities were bathrooms, floors and walls. Skyline construction is a perfect company for all that. It was simple,found them on google, met up with Eric and signed the contract! Eric is very easy to work with, professional, courteous, reliable and efficient. We have newborn baby, so its a lot of work without the remodeling,. Eric made the whole process easier, from picking tile, helping with vanities, wall colors, hardwood floors etc. . His team have done an amazing job! I have to brag about our master bathroom, its to die for! And its fun to be a designer of your own home when you are dealing with professionals like skyline construction. We highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an upgrade.

I highly recommend Eric and Skyline Construction; We’ve contracted Eric and his team for the past 4 years as he’s worked on 2 different homes and this is his 3rd remodel with us handling both kitchens and 2 bathrooms. Whenever choosing a contractor, we place a high value on trust/relationship as well as fairness in price, speed and flexibility. Eric & team deliver on all those things - Eric is honest, his team is hard-working and above all else, they understand the importance of making the project right for you and your family. We have 2 young children and remodels can be tough especially when it comes to getting your daily routine achieved. Kitchen Remodel. This is the second time I have hired Skyline for work on my home. The first time they remodeled our bathroom. From the time Eric at Skyline came to look at the kitchen to the day we had final inspection and approval it was A+++++. I was at home for the entire remodel and observed everything. The Demolition crew was professional, the plumbing, cabinets and tile went smoothly and ALL was on time. Eric is professional and the crews he hires are also professional. Music to my ears was when I asked one to the sub-contractors what he thought of Eric,.. Good guy, but he wants things done yesterday! When I called, he has a very helpful and professional person in Kristina answering Eric would call me back immediately, if not sooner. I would highly recommend Skyline Construction and Eric for any remodeling.

There arent words enough to express our gratitude to Eric and Skyline--they remodeled a new home we purchased from top to bottom in 3 months without any issues or delays. I doubt theres a better contractor in the city (or beyond). We used a few other companies for some of the work (unfortunately a few wed committed before meeting Eric) and they were all disasters. Everything Eric did, including everyone he employed, was top notch. We couldnt be happier with both the process and final result.

I had a really ugly experience with contractors in the past so I had been very careful who I choose this time as my contractor.For you who had construction in the past probably knows what Im talking about and for those who hadnt have one consider yourself lucky.Someone I trust had recommended Erics company to me but I still worry about getting another nightmare construction, so I wanted to start with my bathroom before getting into something bigger.Initially he said it wont take more than a month but depend on inspection which I understand sometimes couldnt schedule inspector to come right away.It actually took them about 2 weeks of full work to finish the job and the whole process was smooth. Couldnt believe how efficient their crew was. Its very organized, never waste a day as the crew work from 7.30 - 5, carefully lining and protect the floor and other walls, always cleans after each day and the quality of work is excellent.Im not gonna lie of course there was a bump along the way but what impressed me is how Eric handles it. Once we encountered a problem with fabricator, he did good job but the opening cut for sink was a little bit to small for my sink size.I called Eric and told him the situation, right away he had the fabricator came the next day and had them fixed exactly what I wanted. Without hassle. You know a lot of contractor would try to get away with it or try to convince you that its okay so they dont have to do extra work but Eric always make sure I get everything exactly the way I wanted.Im very pleased with Eric and his crew. Never imagine that doing remodeling could be this easy. Now Im not hesitate to have him do the job for the entire house.Ill keep you guys update once they finish the next job.

We just finished a bathroom remodel with Eric Saida of Skyline Construction. Eric was deeply involved in our project from start to finish, he was on the job site every day. He helped us with the design and layout of the bathroom, obtaining the permits, selection of materials like the vanity, tile, light fixtures, and paint colors. He kept us informed of the daily schedule of who would be here each day and what they would be working on. All the workers were very professional and polite and they cleaned up after themselves every day. After meeting with many contractors to bid on our project we got the impression that Eric was a man of his word and that we could trust him. We were right. Our project was completed on time and on budget. We are very happy with our new beautiful bathroom.

Eric, at Skyline Construction, is the best! We couldnt have chosen a better contractor for our kitchen remodel. Not only are we thrilled with our new kitchen, but the process was an absolute pleasure. From the first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Pricing was fair and we moved ahead quickly. From the day that demo was started to us moving back into our wonderful new kitchen was only 3 weeks! We still dont know how that was possible. Eric was here daily, and all of his guys were top notch. Even minor requests on our part were all included and addressed as we went. There is no question that we will work with him again.

Our experience with Skyline has been outstanding. Working with Eric and his crew is a real pleasure.We contacted Eric to redo our master bath, however before we got started we found some unexpected repairs that we needed to do first. It was not a problem, Skyline jumped on it and made the necessary repairs even though they were rather extensive.He understood that we had a vision for a unique bathroom and spent a lot of time helping us find just the right cabinet maker that was willing and able to build exactly what we wanted. (that took a lot of effort) He was there all the way helping up pick just the right patterns and materials to achieve our goal.The couple of times when we did not like something, it was corrected. No arguments, just we will take care of it.Never a problem working around our schedule. Never a problem with all the back and forth on the cabinet.Communication on schedule or inspections was excellent. Eric or someone from Skyline was always present for inspections.Bottom line. I had an upgraded kitchen done for my moms kitchen by SKYLINE Construction and Remodeling company. Mike and Joe were in charge of our upgrade and did super job, and all of the workers were outstanding and knew their jobs well. Biviano, Simon,& Wilson, Fernando,they were all very professional and were neat workers always keeping walking pathways clear. The project run into a few unexpected complications with plumbing & electrical, but the workers stayed on top of thing when we found issues they resolved them, and the project turned out beautifully and we love it, most importantly my mom loves it. They are dependable, easy to communicate with, gets projects completed on time even with complicated larger projects. After working with previous contractors years ago that left a lot of professionalism unanswered, Im more than happy to give my projects now to Skyline because I know it will work out great, as agreed, on time, and on budget. This level of professionalism and service is becoming rare in the construction industry.Building outdoor patios, doing tile work, and getting retaining walls built is no small task coordinating multiple disciplines, but Eric had it all down to a science with each team getting things done like clock work. I had a few changes I wanted to make with the tile design, the lighting and some modifications to the BBQ island, and each time Eric was accommodating, reasonable, and fair. It appears the crew that works with Eric know each other well and have a good rapport. Im sure this is a result of having these teams working together often and with good results so they prefer to work together and not against each other like Ive seen with some other workers. Eric is the Best Contractor Ever! We met him and instantly knew he was clam and organized and had great ideas for us . Eric started right away step by step he told us daily what was going on at the house and walking us through the process. We were not living in the house and trusted him to take care of our place for us! Then 5 weeks later he was done yup unbelievable but true! We had our kitchen remodeled and 3 bathrooms remodeled too plus a few others odds and ends. Eric people were so clean and showed up each day worked hard. So if you have a chance to work with Skyline Construction you won’t be Sorry call Eric!!

Needed to renovate a second guest bathroom and add an additional guest room. Called and spoke to Eric, he came out same day and gave us a quote. He was able to help guide us in our options and got us the best prices for materials.We had a small window to complete this job before anticipated guest were to arrive and they were on top of it.From start to finish they did a great job. Eric is great, I highly recommend him. This was my familys first big renovation project and Eric was a great partner. He basically gave us a new house under a very aggressive timeline, AND HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE so we could move in before the Covid 19 Lockdown. We are in the process of remodeling three bathrooms in our house with Skyline Construction. Two of the three are mostly finished and we love them! We are about to start on the master bathroom. Eric has been wonderful to work with and we feel lucky to have found him. He is always very responsive and understanding of our needs. Ive interacted with Eric a number of times. Hes always been thoughtful and responsive. He came out to the house multiple times to give me quotes on different projects. In the end, Skyline ended up demoing an exterior wall and a bunch of concrete in the back yard, bricking up two extra doorways, and installing a new window. The quality of the work was top notch. The crews were friendly and efficient. Overall, the project was done right and on time. Would highly recommend.
