My water heater went out. Our technicians Greg and Oscar came out and replaced the old one with a new water heater. The job was done fast and professional. They also were very nice and explained everthing. I highly recommend So Cal Plumbing and Roorter if you have to replace an old water heater!

The plumber that came out from Socal Plumbing & Rooter was professional, and knowledgeable. His workmanship was excellent. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a professional plumber. We will use them again if another plumbing problem occurs.

Even though they are timely and their charges are considerate, what I love most about their staff is their vast knowledge. I needed to replace a water heater and needed a professional advice. This guy ran me through the pros and cons of each brand/model of water heaters. I eventually chose a slightly more expensive water heater, I am glad I did because it works great

I called them for drain cleaning after I had taken quotes from 5 service providers. Their charges were the most attractive. Apart from that, their service was fast and effective. Another reason I will hire them again is their patience. My younger sister asked their technician too many questions and he took the time to answer all the questions smiling all throughout. As far as am concerned, that is the highest level of professionalism.

Customer service with SoCal plumbing is great. Had a main line problem, received an estimate over the phone and a àpoimtment time and Joseph shows up in the plumbers van. Thats what I call service. Thank you.

Had to make a late night request for plumbing help when we had to shut water off to the house due to a broken shower handle. Joseph responded right away and assured us he would contact us first thing in the morning. He called us at 8:00am and scheduled an appointment to have his tech arrive between 11:00 and 12:00pm.. Paul arrived at 11:45am and quickly reviewed the problem. He gave as a fair cost estimate, and did a great job at repairing and replacing the broken shower cartridge. It was a difficult job, but Paul’s perseverance and pride in his work overcame a nasty broken shower valve cartridge. We wouldn’t hesitate to contact So Cal Plumbing & Rooter for our future needs.

Their punctuality is very impressive. Their staff showed up just thirty minutes after a call was placed. This is really impressive. They took the time to get to the root of the problem. Apart from fixing the problem, they also gave professional advice on how to prevent future problems.
