He was able to figure out what was the most important for my husband and I and made recommendations that truly worked. Closet World - Today my custom desk and drawers were installed by Closet World. The installer was the second time here and he again was excellent. My Sales rep Helena Cho spent a few hours drawing everything up with notches for windows and it made that room complete.The entire process was handled professionally from Helena to scheduling snd ending with install. This is my third custom installation and couldn’t be happier.

I had a great experience with the consultant Lori and the installer Isaac. The day of installation went very smoothly and we love the new closets! Shelving and hanging rods are all adjustable and Isaac really did an amazing job.

Ghislaine was fantastic! She was incredibly informative and took the time to truly understand our vision. We especially appreciated the detailed plans she provided on the spot, allowing us to see exactly how everything would look without any delays.

The sales team was fantastic, helping with the design and ensuring I was going to be satisfied with the end result. When it came for installation, everything immediately went sideways. The first appointment I admit I was away from the office. But I had an entire staff on-site that was aware of the scope to be completed as well as a detailed design schematic provided by the sales team. There was no follow up for their install department so I had to reach out to schedule a return visit. When they finally did return, the install crew clearly smelled of cannabis and could barely communicate with me or my staff. Then they tried to get me to pay them BEFORE they even started. I told them Id be happy to pay upon completion and they decided to just leave. I reached out to their installation manager (David DeLaRocha) and expressed my concerns and the fact that paying for a contract prior to the performance of said contract is a violation of the CSLB (licensing board) He couldnt care less and hung up on me. I attempted to call back to speak with his manager but I was told nobody would be talking to me and I was again hung up on.

Ghizlane was extremely helpful. I had an idea and she helped me come up with a better option to make my idea come alive. She was professional, positive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!

I was very excited about getting my closet remodeled, but the construction was done very poorly. I wished I would have spent more money with a reputable company to gain a better outcome. They cut my railings short, which my clothes have fallen countless of times. After I explained the problem, they wanted me to pay 130.00 for them to come out and fix what they did incorrectly. Please, if you only have a little money, wait until you can afford a better company. I had to put fabric in so the railing wont keep falling.

Joanne Park is our designer for our closet and sliding doors. She is extremely pleasant to work with. We had her come over to our house a few times because of change of designs and measurements, but she was nice and extremely patient about. We would recommend her to any of our friends and neighbors without any hesitation!

I absolutely love Closet World! They have built out all of my kids’closets as well as my downstairs tiny coat closet, which made so much more space just by having it built out. The most recent project was my garage and the cupboards came out absolutely fantastic! Mayra, the estimator is the sweetest lady ever, and she helped me design the space for maximum organization. The installers arrived on time, did a great job, were so nice, and cleaned up absolutely everything! The peace of mind that comes from having a place for everything is priceless and Closet World is the best! 😊

Samantha was great! I had an unexpected setback to which Samantha went out of her way to make sure this project happened as smoothly as possible. This is my third time having Closet World come in for a project and each time has been wonderful. First, I had a walk in closet built, then a Murphy bed in our spare bedroom, and now cabinets in the garage. I will definitely continue using Closet World for my home organizing needs.

Sales person arrived to do closet install estimate for my RV garage and closets. He left and never texted me back or replied with a quote and wasted my time. I emailed customer service to complain and they said thank you for the positive review. Feels like Im in the twilight zone here, I guess they dont want my business.

The Closet World experience has been completely frustrating. From the first no-show of the first designer to the “I’m still waiting for the install”, I have been disappointed with the service. I took time off from work because I had a confirmed install date. The night before, I never received a time call. I called and was told there was a problem with design and it would not be scheduled. No communication from their offices to let me know. If I hadn’t called, I would have dismantled my current closet/clothes. Still waiting for my “urgent” request to understand the status.

Gloria Wong is a very kind and friendly, knowledgeable Senior Designer. We would give her 10 stars rating but there are only 5. It was a real pleasure to work with her. And Closet world quality is the best quality all around. Ask for Gloria Wong to do your consultation you’ll be glad you did.

Months ago my wife and I moved into a new house. Everything was perfect with the exception of our shared walk in closet. In its configuration it simply would not accommodate both of us. My wife suggested Closet World and I called to set up a consultation. I was skeptical and didn’t expect to be dazzled by the results… I was. Last week I had a second consultation and in three more days my garage gets a beauty makeover featuring new custom cabinets.Mike Dmytriw

Designer was great in-person. Although she doesn’t acknowledge my texts after she requested that I provide her a positive designer review that gives her extra money - her wordsFelt a little pushed into contracting the job.More importantly our home had to be evacuated due to the Airport Wildfire and there is uncertainty if our install can happen as originally scheduled. When I called to speak to someone about rescheduling, the phone agent lacked empathy and understanding. She also didn’t have any suggestions for navigating the uncertainty of when the community would be accessible to allow for installation. Left the call feeling like a number and that this business lacks personalized service.

Ghizlane was an amazing person. She made our dream closet come true. E we’re so proud with her presentation.

Had Albert Garcia come to our home to give us an estimate for a “redo” and some new additions to our garage storage. It’s been 29 years since our last Closet World installation and our cabinets and work bench have been flawless. Albert was great to work with and had an estimate in minutes ready for our approval! She incorrectly color matched the existing closet world system that we had to wait another week for that part of the install to be done. During that second visit, we found out that the drawers we ordered were not done either, so we had to wait yet another week for the final drawers to be installed. We are extremely disappointed in Melissa’s lack of follow up with these issues. The technician Andrew who installed the closet was great, but that’s about it. Andrew’s manager Richard, who we had to coordinate the second and third installs with, was completely rude.

I worked with Kate and she is the reason I went with Closet World. She was professional, very helpful and an absolute joy to work with.Their lead time was short and their team was prompt, courteous and professional.

We are return customers and would go for a third round if needed. Knowledgeable and helpful consultant, quality products, and great product warranty. Kamila was very kind, helpful and skilled in her profession.We had very little vision and direction in what we wanted for a closet, but she very easily guided us and designed a space tailored to our needs and budget.We were impressed by how committed she was to make sure we were satisfied with what we were getting, for a price we were comfortable with.We were also impressed with her quick and skillful hand drawn rendering, although we do think having a software program available for design would be easier and beneficial for all parties.Unfortunately, after the final design was approved, partially paid for, and submitted, Kamila became completely unavailable for questions regarding the build and the 1-800 numbers I found to redirect my questions, were no good either.Ultimately, not knowing the full exact size the closet (we couldn’t read her writing, if it was computer generated, this wouldn’t have even been a problem) negatively impacted the rest of our remodel. Costing us more time and money.The installation manager seemed to have very little regard for this issue that was at least partially caused by their designer.

She always gets the job done. She even came on her day off day. Thats my Kayla! Kayla in the Palmdale area is the best. She makes sure we are happy with our project and comes to fix anything we need promptly. Thats my girl. We will always ask for her when we do business with Closet World.

I explained what I was looking for and my champagne taste vs $17 bottle of wine budget and she helped me design an amazing closet within budget. She made sure to size everything to accommodate my 6’5” husband’s 2xl clothing and size 14 shoes. We’ve literally tripled our closet space and it will be neater and much more functional. She even made a mirror recommendation! And she worked with her mgr to make sure I got the best pricing with the 4th of July sale. I felt like a I had a design partner and not a salesperson trying to max out their commission. I can’t wait to work on some other closets in the future with Natalie and I will highly recommend her to my friends.

Stay Far Away from this company. They are crooks and try and bait and switch you. They sent out a designer and I agreed to a price of $4500. When we tried to schedule an appointment for install, they sent out another agent and raised the price an additional $1500. We already have a signed contract and deposit. When I refused to pay the additional cost, they left and I have been trying to call and get my refund. I will have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. I have called 5 times already and Ashley Hernández refuses to call me back. STAY AWAY, THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

They were both very professional, worked efficiently and answered all questions both my wife and I had. We were happy they didn’t leave a whole bunch of holes on the walls when installing the garage cabinets.Everything from start to finish was amazing! We will definitely work with Closet World in the future and recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.

JV (Villareal) was our designer for closet world and he was awesome!! He did a great job from start to finish in helping us figure out what we were looking for, wanted and needed. The process was easy and we had some changes and JV was patient and worked with us! The guys who installed the closets did a great job and were efficient and fast. They got the job done!

Honestly I expected a lot more after paying nearly $6k.Update: changing my rating from 1 stars to 4 stars because Closet World did send out a second team to fix parts that were damaged. I appreciate their efforts to remediate the situation.

It’s fascinating when a firm that blows it, has the audacity to request a review.First complaint was parts looked odd, not only to me, but to the guy doing the install.The following week the sent someone to swap out the stupid looking parts.The second issue was that when finalizing the contract, the salesperson tells me that time to install is 3 to 5 hours. That quote fell by the wayside on day 2 of the install. When I called the salesperson to complain she said and I quote “I’ll send an email to inquire” the second stupid statement: “I’m not an installer”The correct response is I’ll get on the phone right now and see what we can do.I then get a text from the salesperson outlining every excuse short of the dog ate your closet.What people in the service industry fall to remember is The Rule of Ten:For every dissatisfied client, that client will tell ten people how disappointed and dissatisfied they are.

William Sayegh was very professional and easy to work with, as well as extremely knowledgeable of his product. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends.

After paying $5300 for three closets, I am very disappointed in the final product ClosetWorld installed. The shelves and closet structure were all built with cheap melamine pressboard with minimal craftsmanship. Permanent shelves not aligned with the vertical frame, baseboard cut out and butchered (3/8” tolerance when cutting out baseboard). See all photos attached. It’s fair to say I was ripped off and it’s my own fault. Theres no finish trim anywhere to hide gaps throughout each closet. I’m shocked at the other 5 star reviews. Has anyone noticed the other reviews are written in a very similar format? After my experience, I’d take every 5 star review of this company with a grain of salt. This is a $2000 job, maximum, and that’s pushing it. As an honest review based on the cost and final product, I cannot recommend ClosetWorld to anyone. See photos attached. What do you think?7/30/24 Update:After receiving the Closet World response below from my first message, I have sent them the requested information (inquiry, client number, serviced address) and have asked them to confirm receipt of the email and provide a suggested solution. Scheduled for 8/15. I’ll update my review once they correct their poor workmanship, or IF they correct it. More to come.8/15/24 Update:Closet World came back and added some finishing trim to hide the various gaps from the walls and baseboard. Added a star to the overall rating - 2 stars overall.

Promises, promises but failure to deliver a quality product.After our consultation we were very excited, but seeing the finished product left us sick and upset. The quality of the product was terrible. Their trim pieces dont match the color of their wood (and we got white), wood was damaged, the shelves were dirty and no effort was made to finish the job. What bothered us the most was the $9000 price tag for professionally installed custom shelves...and a few drawers.Do not use this company.

I live in the Palmdale area and have now planned two projects with my designer, Kayla. I had a closet installed when my boyfriends clothes broke our previous one, and it has been wonderful to use for the last 8 months. My boyfriend is 610 and Im 53, we measured his shirts and my clothes to find a closet that would accommodate both our clothes without losing any space. Kayla asked for my budget and worked with it as best as she could and called to help me get the best deals. We called her again to design a media center, and she worked with all the requests and requirements my father and I had. She was able to help with getting our military discount as well and we will most likely work with her again when its time to do the garage.
