Our repairman arrived on time. He was very friendly and quickly set to work diagnosing our problem. His estimate was reasonable and he completed our job quickly and totally to our satisfaction. We would gladly use them again.

I came home from a weekend away only to have half the lights in my house blinking like there was a poltergeist. I called USA electric and the reallly nice woman scheduled someone to come out. Not only was Edger on time but he was EARLY! he did an assessment, found some glitches, changed a bum switch and all was good in the world Edgar was really nice, helpful and professional. I will definitely continue to use USA Electric.

Reached out for electrical problems in my kitchen. Company was responsive and tech came out the following day at the scheduled time. Repair was done timely and everything was explained in detail. I would recommend but be prepared to pay top dollar!

Our service technician Jeremy, was very friendly and provided us with excellent service. It was a quick response to our immediate need of a ceiling fan. He put in it easily and was kind to explain some basic information about his work. We would easily recommended his service to our neighbors or friends.

USA Electric were on time, successfully troubleshoot and repaired the power outage in our office and charged us a reasonable amount. We had them installed 2 dedicated circuits as well. Blown off, called and set up an appointment. Explained the job was time sensitive, all the leg work was done. Good $$ job, DWP spot check in hand, new updated service with a 200amp panel board upgrade inside building. no brainer work. Called an hour before our appointment to cancel, said they would call me later in the day to reschedule...No call back. Lost a money maker of a job and any potential work down the road from us.

This was awesome What could have been a complicated problem was solved quickly. Jeremy, the electrician who came out was experienced and amazing. It feels wonderful to depend on great people and a great company!!!!

Please read this before you hire this company. I went with USA electric after seeing all the good reviews, but it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them- Please save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.I was quoted two days for a simple installation of an electric charger by their technicians. It is now over a month since that date and the process is STILL dragging on, and this whole process has been the most stressful thing I have been through in a long time.- They do not know local city laws. Weeks have been spent now because of errors USA electric made, because they did not know the permit laws of West Hollywood. Licensed contractors should at a bare minimum know the most up to date laws for any project they take on.- The city documented emails back and forth between them where they did not send required documents, which ended up dragging this on for WEEKS. They had told me they had followed up every day, but I had to actually go myself to the city hall to talk to an agent that showed he had requested documents multiple times which werent sent.- They charged me nearly double the price of the equipment they bought for my install. The price of labor was more. And after the insane time dealing with them, they still tried to charge me 500 extra for an hour of time just to be present for the inspection (They had previously told me this was not required, when the city said EVERY install requires the contractor present)I have now had to hire someone else that is much cheaper to come in their place. Save yourself the hassle.I am sure they will respond saying all of this is false, as they told me on the phone, but really excuses shouldnt be made if I am taking so much time out of my own schedule to fix the problems they wouldnt.

80-year-old house with lots of additions and d.i.y. owners. Had a scary problem with a complicated light switch that kept burning out and seemed to have 220V in a 110V circuit. Chose USA because of their good reviews and the fact that they werent just operating out of their home like so many other electricians. Turned out to be a good choice. They scheduled the job sooner than I would have expected and their price was quite reasonable. John and his partner were very professional and within an hour had unscrambled what Im sure was a spaghetti mess. Will be calling them for all future electrical work on this old house!

Been using Kenny and USA Electric for years. I highly recommend them. We’ve had them upgrade our electrical panels, install recessed lights, install a new outside low voltage lighting system, even just outlets and light switches.
