Karen Hirschorn was an excellent project manager. She kept me informed throughout, helped with design elements of the remodel and finished on time and in budget. I highly recommended Karen and her team.

Machi was courteous, responsive, and professional. Every one of the contractors who worked on our backsplash, cabinet, and bathroom door projects were craftsmen who took pride in their work.

The person we dealt with from Concierge was Aharon. He gave a fair price, and the workmanship on our roof was very well done. They cleaned up and the process went smooth, and the roof looks great. We had mold issues in our kitchen ceiling, due to a leak, and the people who handled it from Concierge did a great job, you would of never known the ceiling was damaged it was a perfect repair and match of paint.

We called Concierge Home Remodeling and Karen the Project Manager came out two days later. She was accommodating to our late schedule. We were very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She answered all of our questions and eased our concerns we had in starting a room addition project. She also said we could visit some job sites and talk to previous customers which I felt showed confidence in the work Concierge does.

We worked with Concierge Home Remodeling to redo our primary bath, and we are so happy with the results! Even from the first meeting with our project manager, Ori, it was clear that Concierge has the scale and the resources to accomplish virtually any project quickly and cost effectively. In fact, from permitting to final touches and inspection, Ori delivered on a timeline that was faster than any other contractor quoted. On top of that, he was highly responsive throughout the process and always happy to help us through any question or concern. The new bathroom is what we have wanted for years!

We just had Concierge handle the bulk of the work on our kitchen remodel and were very happy with them. They did all the demolition and prep work to get ready for the new cabinets - this included rebuilding a wall, building a pantry closet, re-routing a bunch of plumbing, and closing in the ceiling opening where the old fluorescents used to be. Once the cabinets and counter tops were in, they came back and painted, installed the backsplash, reinstalled all the appliances and put in the new plumbing fixtures.Their work teams were great and did quality of work exceeded our expectations. Will hire again and fully recommend.

We met with several contractors in order to have a large paving slab for our Jacuzzi as well as a smaller one for our fire pit. The Jacuzzi required an electrical hook up. We also needed rebar and concrete base for a retaining wall and finally artificial turf for our backyard.Roy’s attitude was professional. He took a lot of time to listen with what we needed, and what we wanted and offered input when necessary. He won us over almost immediately. He not only told us what he was going to have done, but kept true to his word and did everything he said he was going to have done.The workers that came to our home were very professional and did the work quickly and efficiently.I cannot stress enough, how happy we are with the backyard. When we decide to have additional work done in our house, Roy will be the first person we call.

The team exceeded all of my expectations and their fabulous work. The manager, Vlad, was exceptional in all of his details and very courteous. He kept me updated about the project all the way through and visited when I needed him for advice. He helped me paint my entire condo and install carpeting over existing wood flooring. We recently completed a remodel of our bar and fireplace. We selected Concierge Home Remodel after having several contractors come out to give us bids. A large part of the reason we selected Concierge was because of Machi - the person who came out and really listened to me and what I wanted. Machi stayed with us throughout the whole process as the project manager. For me this was important because this is the person who had all the discussions with me and understood what I was trying to accomplish. During the 3D rendering, it was suggested that we could redo the mantle and the fireplace tiles to match the bar. HUGE suggestion that we never would have thought of and it turned out truly amazing. Obviously, this was additional work but they made it seamless. I don’t know that someone else would have suggested this or been able to make it look so good. Machi kept me informed on a daily basis of what work would be done that day and when they would be there. On the occasion that there was a hiccup - there always is in construction - Machi was at my house within a half hour to work out the issue and get a resolution we could live with. The job was completed not only on time but ahead of time. Machi worked hard to make construction in our house as stress free as possible.

I engaged the services of CONCIERGE HOME REMODELING for conversion of the side yard of my dwelling from having an inground spa with above ground equipment area to a flexible usage area, with all former equipment and electrical/plumbing connections removed and the site restored.My project manager from the company, ORI, was there for the start and completion of each step of the project - which took about 2 weeks. ORI coordinated the efforts of multiple crews and trades specialists for this job. When I had questions, ORI was immediately responsive. I highly recommend both CONCIERGE and ORI; I would use both again.

Karen was incredible managing our re-roofing and mold remediation project. Everything was done at the highest quality. I especially appreciated the transparency at every stage. Anything that came up was addressed immediately with a high level of expertise. This was a contractor I would trust with any job I wanted done with high quality at an appropriate price.

The overall objective was met wonderfully. Gabe the project manager was very personable and kept in communication properly, explaining the project clearly and making the experience one of ease. He helped my father through the process of getting set up for the home repairs that were oh so direly needed. Carlos spearheaded this work, smartly and creatively addressing problematic situations he found, solving issues quickly and on the spot. We ordered new countertops from Concierge. Machi was our salesperson who walked us thru the decisions of stone and colors with the up most kindness and professionalism. The short version: best general contractor Ive ever worked with. A dream. Amazing quality and customer service, great communication, finished on time despite unexpected challenges, pricing extremely fair and competitive. Keeps all of their promises. Highest recommendation possible.The Details:Had a bedroom that had been converted to a den long ago, with one wall completely removed to create a great room of kitchen, dining room, and den.Recently decided to turn house into rental property. While restoring bedroom would increase property value, wanted to provide flexibility to the space. To enable that, I envisioned installing sliding doors that would give resident choice to close space and use bedroom or open up to use as a den/great room.Called Karen at Concierge. Had them bid on a previous project, and while I didnt choose them that first time, was impressed with the communication and attention to detail. Explained project to her, and she came out so we could walk through what needed to be done. During the process, she and I identified everything that would be needed, some of which we didnt anticipate until going through it all in detail. Based on that interaction, I awarded project to Concierge and Karen.Work included carpentry, dry wall, painting (including mud & tape), electrical work, moving a gas line. In addition to work on den/bedroom, did paint and trim throughout rest of great room (including ceiling) to ensure everything looked fresh and unified.Quality of work was impeccable by Concierges crew. Amazing attention to detail. Karen kept constant communication throughout project. Finished project looked exactly as I had hoped. Looking at it now, youd never know it looked any different previously. Pricing was extremely fair.Also noteworthy is how easily they worked around other contractors I hired to redo flooring throughout house. Concierge was flexible and didnt allow challenges that flooring contractor experienced affect Concierges work or timeline.When part of the demolition revealed unexpected issues, Karen reviewed the issue with me in enough detail to make me understand and be comfortable. Change order that ensued was extremely fair.In the end, they finished everything on time and on budget despite all the unexpected challenges, and everything looks spectacular.I give them my strongest possible recommendation.

After a long search on Contractors we found Concierge Home at the OC home show. From day 1 we knew we had found the right contractor for our job. Machi from Concierge was friendly, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Those are just a few words to describe him and the company. But the best part- is the work they do is outstanding. My new bathroom looks and feels amazing, and we could not be happier. They are artists when it comes to tile work. Saul who did most of the bathroom work is literally the best in the business and we were lucky to get him on the project. Machi, our contractor hit every date he told me they were going to hit and kept me informed anytime a situation came up. (You never know whats behind that wall...). We were able to text or call him 24/7 and always got quick responses to my questions.One last thing- which is not normally talked about with this kind of work- is they are pet friendly. They never asked me to take my small dog outside while they were at our home- and they became part of the family. That was not true with many others we met with.They may not be the cheapest-but they were also not the most expensive. But for the quality of work- I was happy to write them checks along the way as they delivered 100%. Definitely give them a call.

I didn’t know who to trust as a contractor. I went with Concierge Home Remodeling because Ahron met with me and showed me professionalism, his own contractor license, and the price was fair. His team came in and reconstructed my powder room. It was probably a small job for them but they treated it like it was important to them that it was done right.
