The technician arrived at my home as expected and did a great job in correcting the problem. He explained everything to me and did so in a timely basis. My only critique is the time it took for the to come to my residence. My electrical problem started last Saturday 5/11 and I reported it on that day. I was expecting a call from the company within 24 to 48 hours and I had to call them on Monday. They could not come to perform the work until today 5/15/24. I was disappointed in that time span. I had no electricity in my refrigerator in my garage thus I had to throw out some of my frozen food. What a waste.

Horrible company. First American home warranty assigned them to work on my fan. Worst decision they could have made. Technician told me on the first visit it appeared to be the motor as the fan was not working even by pulling the chains NADA. However he reported the problem was the remote transmitter which is not covered (how can I be he remote if even by pulling the chains on the ceiling fan it just wouldnt go?). Waiting several weeks, called the home warranty place and that is when they told me about what electrician reported. This created a huge confusion as now they were declining my service request due to wrong information. It took me a while to get someone to get an electrician to the property again to correctly asses the situation. The second visit the guy said yeah its the motor Ill have them replace this fan for you. Weeks go by, I called wisdom electric only to be told there were no notes of that visit. Unbelievable! A few days later I get a call back saying notes were updated and home warranty place will be asked to replace fan. Several weeks later fan arrived and a new appointment was set up. They only work Monday through Friday... well my husband and I also work Monday through Friday. This company gives you a 4 hour window!! 12-4 so my husband had to miss days of work for this. It took a total of 2 months to get my fan fixed. When the electrician (same guy on all visits) was confronted about the misdiagnosis he said: well Im here now. Ridiculous! I said wow no accountability. He says: there is accountability thats why Im here! Seriously guy? You know how much we paid for that service contract through the home warranty??? And our dectible is 75 dollars and you caused all this trouble only for us to get a 50 dollar fan. You showing up to finally do a job that should have been completed over a month ago shows NO accountability what so ever. You wasted our time and our energy. Extremely rude, inefficient, careless and irresponsible.

This company is bad bad news will lie deny any wrong doing, Even if he told you he removed something because he did not know what it was for.You never move anything without going over with the customer. A Good electrician would never move a grounding wire cable because it has it purpose of being there. Be aware of them and First American if they try to book them for your home. I want service at my home who cares about the customer first.

We called this company to help us fixed the light switch. The electrician was very professional and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem fast and fixed it. He also followed up with the property owner after he fixed the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Claim was made late Wednesday night and he was here by 3pm on Thursday and fixed the problem very quickly. Highly recommend him and his company.

I’ve always had positive experiences with Wisdom Electrical. Technician Alex fixed our electrical problem with ease. Company is lucky to have such a knowledgeable employee.

We just moved into our house 4 days ago and discovered some outlets along one wall that had no power. We called American Home Warranty and they assigned Alex at A Wisdom Electric to service our problem. I called A Wisdom and Alex put us on his schedule for the next day. On service day, Alex let us know ahead of time that he was on his way. Our window was between 8-11, and he arrived a little before 9. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem. The house is old and our wiring is really wonky. We were impressed at how thoroughly Alex systematically diagnosed the issue. Once diagnosed, he was really quick with the fix. He even found and fixed another problem that we didn’t know existed (non-functioning garbage disposal). Alex was pleasant and professional. He communicated well what his findings were and what the fixes entailed. All in all, very satisfied.

Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining us the problem and he also gave us some tips how does similar situation related to the outlets on the external wall can be protected for a long time usage.

My wife and I moved into our condo a week and a half ago, and were experiencing flickering lights in three rooms. We scheduled an appointment with our Home Warranty, and Alex from Wisdom Electric called within a few hour. He had a window in between appointments, and came the same day to check out the issue. It took him about 2 minutes to find it was a burnt out breaker, and had it replaced within about 10 minutes. Alex was very kind, professional, and knowledgable. Would highly recommend Wisdom Electric to anyone needing electrical assistance.

Absolutely the worst company ever! Attempted to fix a light socket and several months after they did their sub par work, a bulb went out and the entire socket came out! Sparks and completely blown! Called and they were rude and condescending.... horrible and should be liable for potentially injuries from my falling off the ladder.

Showed up on time & great attitude. The notifications when Alex was on his way and arrival time were excellent! Worked efficiently and fixed my problem.

These guys are a bunch of crooks in my honest opinion. They charged my landlord a 100 bucks (which i have to pay;-[ just to jiggle some switches on the fuse box.panel.The only wisdom is that it would be wise not to use them if you can help it.

They came out a day before, they were scheduled which was great since we didnt have power. Contacted through my home warranty AHS. Alexey was very accommodating. He showed up when he said he would and then qdiagnose the problem to fix it within minutes. A fire had broken out on some of my wires in my attic. The attic was not the easiest to get to, and he didnt complain once. Also my dog Otis is a little terror and was barking at him, and he was very good with Otis the killer Chiwernee. Hopefully the Home Warranty approves my exhaust fan fix, which turned out was the culprit.

Alex was amazing and I would refer him in an instant. He was determined to find the problem and did. It was horrifcally hot and he didnt complain or try to get out as fast as he could. He had a nice demeanor and was professional. AND he appeared to like what he does instead of looking like he hated it. I will definitely refer him and when and if I needed an electrician again outside of my warrant he will be my go to. He made me feel confident that the job would be done and I would be safe.
