Amen is very nice and courteous. I appreciate him coming out so quickly to fix our annoying plumbing problems. He fixed the low water pressure issue in one bathroom, and the leaky toilet tank and defective valve in another. I would definitely recommend him!

Armen called early in the morning and gave us his first appointment of the day. The project entailed more than was expected, and even though it could have been an issue with First American who had sent him, he did the extra work at no extra cost. Armen was polite, professional, exceptionally courteous, and he worked quickly. Thank you for a very positive experience!

J.O was the company assigned by First American Home insurance and I was a bit leery using a new plumbing company. Armen showed up within 2 hours for a water heater leak and he is my new plumber for life. He was experienced, fast, kind, and professional. I have been a homeowner for over 45 years and it is rare I write a review but Armen was special!

This plumber/rooting company was appointed by my insurance to me for service. We tried to follow up with them but the guy who answered the phone was supppppeeerrr ruudddee and he told us that service will be next day at 5pm. Beware of this company!

I am the owner of a general contracting company and started a couple of private projects for a very important client of mine in LA. My previous plumber dropped the ball on me and i was hesitant to use my old plumber for these new projects. Couldn’t help but notice the workers smoking and drinking beer while they’re working on the job. I’m sure their insurance company would have something to say about alcohol on the job and I’m not happy about the smoking right out the front door.

Armen is very nice and communicates very well. He give you a time window but he arrives at the very beginning of the time window. He does quality work.

My home warranty sent them out. He took one quick look at my water heater then went back to his truck and 30 min later he comes back saying I have to pay 800 bucks out of pocket for some called upgrades. Which my contract say that my water heater and all components are covered. But since he wrote it needs special stuff they won’t cover it now. This company tries to scam and make quick bucks.

Armen is honest, on time and always fixes it the first time.

Great guys! Did great work! Didnt leave until they got the water heater fixed because it went into lock-out and honored the 30 days because , oh yes I kid you not, it locked out again 28 days later! Called on 29th and they came in a few hours, and again... didnt leave until it was fixed! At no charge for the 2nd visit of course!

My home warranty company appointed the company to me, and the first thing I noticed is that the guy who answered the phone was super rude. And when he came to my home and he didn’t do anything just left. I’m just in shock. I would never recommend anyone use their service. Absolutely worst!
