This morning I woke up to a leaky kitchen faucet and this afternoon, it’s all fixed thanks to Robert Gutierrez my Rooter Hero. Robert was kind, respectful, well mannered and above all knowledgeable about my plumbing problem and how to fix it. In no time at all he replaced my old, leaking faucet with a new stylish, Moen faucet and new values. All is well now and I appreciate all Rooter Hero and Robert did for me in a very timely fashion.

Our kitchen sink had been backing up for the past couple of months. After trying every trick we found on Google (including snaking it ourselves) we called Rooter Hero Plumbing.They responded almost instantly. Very professional, great communication through text and tracking of their technician. Spencer showed up within the estimated timeframe and provided excellent customer service. He was clear and was able to explain our options moving forward.After some troubleshooting Spencer spent some time checking the drainage and was able to resolve our issue. The company has a great warranty and they stand behind their work.If we ever have issues like this in the future we will definitely call Rooter Hero Plumbing and request Spencer!Stop messing with your plumbing and give them a call, you will be saving yourself time and money!

The company was wonderful in getting someone to me the same day. I had called 6 so called 24 hr hvac companies and everyone said they would not have someone until the morning. My toilet kept overflowing and I needed someone the same day. Thank u so much Spencer from Roto Hero for showing up in 1 1/2 hrs to fix the problem. Ive used rooter hero on two occasions in the last two years, my daughter will keep me using them and im done with other shady companies who bait and switch. On the last call Miguel came out and assessed and explained the issue. He was at my door within about an hour of calling. He was very polite and professional, had tub unclogged in about 15 minutes, a true hero! Their phone is now programmed into my phone.

Broke the front hose bib, and had to cut all water into the house. Called Rooter Hero Plumbing since I had them install a new water heater in January 2024. Leo and James were here within an hour. They recommended replacing all of the original shut off valve, pressure regulator, and install a threaded (not soldered) hose bib. Just about all I was going to ask to have done. Now we have water to the house again, and new pipes, valves, and an adjustable pressure regulator again. Great job. AND so nice too!!

Byron and Giovanni were quick, courteous, and very patient with me and my curiosity with the steps that they were taking. I had an issue with a hot water leak seeping out of a crack in the pedestal under the water heater. Days prior, we had noticed that the tiles in the adjacent wash room were pretty hot (~10°F difference than tiles 3 over), but were unsure if it was just from running the machines during the summer. That night, I booked a consultation and, the next morning, Giovanni was able to quickly determine that the leak was coming from below ground as opposed to a pipe in the wall.I agreed to a leak detection and Byron came out quickly. I gave them permission to cut into our drywall to get access to the manifold and they quickly confirmed it was a leaking pipe branching into the floor and traced the pipe offshoots to determine what my options were. Within that night, Giovanni ensured that I had a temporary connection to hot and cold water for enough of my household. The following day, Giovanni had finished the final repair work and, at the moment, just waiting for the inspector to review the work.Giovanni and Byron were understanding, very patient with me and my questions. I am very grateful for their punctual response, their expertise, and I feel very taken care of. Thanks!

First time using Rooter plumbing and I’m amazed at the quality and professionalism of their workers. My house had horrible old plumbing that was decaying and brittle/cracked. Miguel Tellez and Jeffrey Cronin are the best people ever and most helpful and understanding of my financial situation. Very disappointed in the service I received. Tech came out look at toilets & bath/shower drains not going down and some part backed up. Then he took out a small portable snake and snaked the main line for a few seconds and brought out a clump of small roots. Then he automatically tried to upsell us to get a robotic something for $1600. Good thing we decided that something was off and ended up just paying the $77 via Cash App (even though he did absolutely nothing). I kept asking him if he did everything he could to snake the main line and he said yeah that his snake wasn’t going through and didn’t want to damage anything. So I just paid him and got a different local plumber that came out few hours later. Within 5 minutes of him just snaking the main line everything was working. Toilets flushed and drains weren’t backed up. So I basically just got scammed from this Rooter Hero Tech and I’m not happy about it at all.

Spencer was very professional, punctual and efficient in his attempts to fix my clogged drain. Due to issues he was not able to complete the job but he made sure to leave very helpful suggestions. Thank you Spencer!

My fridges ice maker was leaking for couple weeks, and I had other plumber to fix it I thought. However, it was still dripping and I called Rooter Hero plumbing on Monday. Alex was the technician and arrived on time. He was very professional and polite. He had turned off the water switch behind the fridge and advised to change the plastic tube to prevent future leakage that the previous plumber didnt mention it. I never use the ice maker of the fridge so I decided to stay as is. I would recommend Rooter Hero plumbing to whoever need the urgent services.

The service folks were absolutely the best that I have ever seen...so concerned about fixing my sewer problem as quickly as possible (roots in the sewer line, see pic) ...while keeping me informed of their progress every step along the way.

Our kitchen sink was clogged . Israel got there when he said he would. The clog was not easy for him, he had to trek the snake from one side of the house to the other more than once to get it all cleared. He was very pleasant, professional and very helpful in getting the job done. He shared some plumbing tips with us to help in the future. He even went way above and beyond the call of duty to offer to call our property manager and explain the situation and his recommendations to him. He is a great guy and was truly our, Rooter Hero !!

Wonderful prompt service. Professional and courteous. This is the 2nd time I have used this company they are great!!

They came to unclog a sink drain, which kept leading and escalating to something more high in price. They were unable to get the clog, even though they said they did. If I use my upstairs sink and let the water run, it will back up just like it did before. My sink now leaks, and it did not do that before. You can only use it for a matter of seconds before the pan underneath the pea trap gets filled. The tech was kind, but his boss was pushy, trying to push the cost of certain types of work compared to other plumbers almost x3 the rate. At this point, I just wanted them out of my home. I paid the contract, but when I didnt opt for any other service that was way overpriced, Spencers supervisor bounced and disappeared. They did the mechanical clean out, and said they would go on my roof to get the air traps, well we have cameras all around our home, they never once got out a ladder and went on our roof. They sell smoke and mirrors, and write into the clause of the contract and you take legal action that you pay for their legal fees. I have a different plumber company that will replace everything they quoted for replacement of some piping, but for the entire house for about the same cost, imagine that!

It ended up not being a plumbing issue, but Diego was prompt and professional. He identified that the issue was actually the seal on the sink. We paid $77 for the diagnostics which we felt was fair considering how thorough he was. If we have another issue in the future, we would use the company and Diego again.

Byron and Gio were fabulous. I suspected I had an issue when my floors were hot and I gave Rooter Hero a call. Byron and Gio got to my house shortly after the call and explained what was going on - I had a slab leak. They gave me options on how to fix the issue and even offered finance options. My double kitchen sink was backed up on a Saturday Night at 11:00 pm. I went to Home Depot and bought everything I needed to fix the clog. Nothing worked! Amazing experience. They answered my inquiry in less than 15 minutes even though it was after 10:00 at night and were able to get someone out first thing the next morning. They were prompt inside the arrival window they gave us and Jeremy was able to fix our clogged sink very quickly and efficiently. Cristian escalated to his supervisor, Byron, who came and helped us scope our line. He gave us a lot of great information and definitely spared us a potentially huge bill. Both Cristian and Byron were extremely professional and knowledgeable and really solved our issue by proving we didn’t have a sewer saddle issue. I had a good experience with Rooter Hero. They came promptly when I needed them. Cris Aguilar had good communication and got the job done. Byron Franco also was good at communicating and was helpful with the finance portion. I have a new sewer line thanks to them. They put a new pipe within the old pipe, cleared the tree roots, and put a top hat. They also fixed my old pipes of part of the sewer line. And Cris fixed a bad connection that I had behind my shower fixture. I would recommend them.

Brandon and the rest of the crew relined and replaced all 1950s waste lines in just a couple of days. However they did not properly backfill the new clean out. First the boxes were set too low so that the lids did not close all the way. Second, no 3/4 rock wad used to set the boxes. It rained after causing the soil to settle exposing the problem. Removing one star.

On 08/30/2023 my elderly sick mother who is in wheelchair bond contacted Rooter Hero of Pomona for a backed up kitchen sink in which she called this company that she believed was family own & honest ,she used them for toilet back up & charged a reasonable amount & she thought it was family owned about a year ago, so she called them & they charged $257.00 to come & clear the kitchen drain which would be fine but they didn’t clear it & wanted to charge her $3300.00 for a kitchen drain clean out up until she called me her daughter & spoke to Austerberto Maldonado the plumber who stated the charge of $3300 after speaking to his supervisor for the clean out in which I said no such work would be done & for him to send my mother a work order & price they were asking in order clear the back in the kitchen sink. She paid them $257.00 for nothing, they not clear the sink or send her a an estimate for the work they said she needed. I contacted my plumber who went out to my moms & was able to unclog her kitchen sink & gave a estimate of $750.00 put a clean out, I also showed him the receipt that was given that stated he went in 15 to 20 feet which no way plumber said & after reading so many different franchises reviews of the Rooter Hero I realize that these companies are preying on elderly people. Please read reviews & talk to you elderly parents & for those elderly people who don’t have anyone to advocate for them read the reviews. Do not use this company.
