Preferred Plumbing & Rooter Services are hands down the best business in town. I first utilized their services a couple of years ago, and they’ve been my go-to service ever since. I had a water softener installed about a year ago, and just recently, I noticed a small drip when the system was performing its monthly cycle. David, the owner, sent a member of his crew within the hour to quickly repair the issue free of charge. They stand behind their work and always treat you with politeness and respect. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to hear back from them after a work request. They always work in a timely manner, and their prices are fair. In my personal experience, they have always checked back with me just in case I had any other questions or concerns regarding the work performed. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

Woke up to find a water leak on the side of my house. I called David and he shot straight over from his current job. He was able to identify the problem and solved it in less than 30 minutes. Friendly and great customer service, this is my second time using Preferred Plumbing. Thank you David.

Finding businesses that are open on Sundays is challenging enough, finding a business that is open AND can get to you in a reasonable time frame on a Sunday-even tougher-but David (and his assistant in training Mario) were available on a Sunday and showed up to address all my plumbing needs. I was grateful for their honesty, their walking me through what they were doing (I like watching repair work be done so hopefully I can learn a thing or two), their cleanliness, and their willingness to pick up parts that I ordered when the job ended up requiring a bit more work than originally thought. I ordered online and they picked it up and came back. David was able to give me fair prices and did honest work with a 1 year warranty on his service. I highly recommend David for your plumbing needs.

David, Robert, Mario, and Jason took care of business! We had a drainage issue that ended up being a rather large project that took the weekend to correct. After my hot water heater went out I called preferred plumbing and David came out right away. He fixed my heater within and hour and explained everything he was doing and why. Based on his professionalism, price and service I will always call them for any plumbing issues! Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently hosted a Friend’s Giving dinner at home and as always we had several dirty dishes to wash, so we used our dishwasher. An hour later we noticed a huge puddle of water under the sink, so we quickly turned off the dishwasher and cleaned up all the water. The next day we searched for a plumber to help fix our problem. After several calls, we weren’t satisfied with the answers we were getting, especially the answer to the question, “do you provide a free estimate?”. I then remembered of the several advertisements in our Church’s weekly Bulletin, and we found the number to Preferred Plumbing. We called and spoke to the owner, he obliged with free trouble shooting and estimate, so we set an appointment for 14:00 on Wednesday 12/11/19. Mario, the Plumber, was here waiting for me as I pulled into my driveway at 13:54. Mario, was courteous and very personable. He went right to work on troubleshooting the issue. After a few attempts at finding the root cause of the problem, Mario called David, his manager and owner. Over the phone, they worked together to trouble shoot the issue. Within thirty minutes David arrived at my house and together with Mario found the root cause of the problem and went to work. An hour later they were able to fix the problem and get my dishwasher working again. After several test runs we noticed that no water leaked. Problem Fixed! Excellent service. We contacted them due to high water pressure aka our pipes were about to burst and they came out immediately. Jason and David are really courteous. We had a leak and we didnt know where it was coming from and we were in a panic. When David arrived today he put us at ease. He was quick and precise. These guys are great. I called at 8:30 Saturday morning, and Chris was in the field working. He said I would be on the list between 12 and 3pm. He called back at 12:15 and was at my door by 12:45.Chris and his partner listened attentively as I explained my issue, a blocked drain for two inline showers, and they got to work immediately. I ran to the bank to get cash for them and when I returned, Chris was there with the diagnosis.My piping is old cast-iron and its essentially gone. The rooter can be seen in the trap but when it is pulled back the sludge blocks the pipe again. Since they couldnt fix the blockage right then, Chris wouldnt accept any payment. Its going to be a bigger job than I was hoping for but Chriss honesty and professionalism has won him the job.Long story short, from now on when I say, Ive got a plumber I mean Preferred Plumbing and Rooter. You wont be disappointed.

I had preferred plumbing change out a pool fill pipe and add a hose bib to it. Several months later water started to leak out and I couldn’t stop it. I gave David a call and he came by next day to change out internal parts. No cost, no runaround, no hassling. Very satisfied. Answers phone and text promptly. Not sure why communication is so hard with other businesses.

I had a leaking pipe in the wall, Jason and David were here within an hour, provided a fair estimate, and fixed my leak in no time. To add, last minute I asked them to check my waterheater pressure valve that looked faulty, they fixed that with no questions asked and again at a fair price. Id recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I used Preferred Plumbing for a major rooting issue when the sewer line clogged up and flooded the toilets and bathtubs of my house. David received my call and was in my house within hours solving the issue. A month and a half later, another clog occurred downstream near the city main sewer line and I called up David. Free of charge, he quickly came within half an hour and resolved the congestion. I really felt he went above and beyond and walked me through all the issues. Hes great, you should give them a call if you have similar issues.

I recently moved into a house in Chino Hills and found a leak coming from the drain pipe in the laundry room. David, the preferred plumber, was very professional, had a sense of urgency, honest, and found the issue right away. Even though the property owner chose to use their own resource to fix the leak David had confirmed was due to a large crack in the laundry room drain pipe, and discovered the water pressure regulator was broken (water pressure was excessively high), he was very helpful and willing to help answer any questions I had with regard to the issues. I highly recommend this company and David if anyone has a plumbing problem!

Had a great experience with David. I had called on a Mother’s Day Sunday morning and he showed up the same day in the afternoon. I appreciated that he was prompt and even texted me beforehand to let me know he was on his way. Our overflow drain had leaked into the ceiling of our family room downstairs and David was able to repair it quickly. I tested the tub like crazy a few hours afterwards to make sure it wasn’t leaking bc we had to open a hole in our ceiling and I didn’t want to have to reopen it. Thankfully no more leak! Home ownership comes with its advantages and disappointments yet we often need professional help when something goes wrong. I have used several plumbers after owning multiple homes. Jason and David are just incredible! I had a main line stoppage and called them to address the problem. After running the video camera, they were able to determine that I not only had an invasive root problem, I also had a cracked pipe. My sewer line runs quite a distance to the street connection. Jason advised that only a portion of the line was damaged. He could have sold me a very costly re-pipe of the entire line. Instead, he saved me quite a bit by replacing only what was needed. As the work was being done, they ensured that there was as little disruption as possible. They were conscientious throughout the entire process. I couldnt be more pleased and highly recommend their services!

David was readily available and worked efficiently to provided emergency service for us. He didn’t go for the most expensive fix, but rather the one that was the most sensible. David did a great job of installing a new water pressure regulator valve and also house shut off valve as well as the piping associated with it. Mario did a good job of installing a new seal for the master bathroom toilet. Whenever I need any Plumbing or have any questions about Plumbing I call David. He is prompt and reliable.

Prompt, friendly, and honest. I called about a clog, received a quote on the phone, and a person was at our door within 2 hours. They worked on the clog and described the underlying issue with clarity. We also knew there was more work that would need to be done on our older home. I came home and my kitchen was flooded with water, i called preferred plumbing and they came to the house pretty quick, they gave me a price to open up the wall to find out what was leaking. They found a copper pipe that was leaking. They gave me a price to repair the bad section of pipe, they repaired it and tested my water pressure it was way over 110 psi and come to find out my home does not have a pressure regulator, they installed a new pressure regulator and shut off valve. They set my pressure to 70 psi. I can’t say enough about these guys they are very professional and very knowledgeable.

I am a repeat customer who would not use any other plumber. David goes out of his way to honor warranty work and while you may find cheaper quotes, his does not change even if he has to pick up something to finish the job. He is extremely knowledgeable and know what the problem is right from the start.

We were calling around for estimates on fixing out running toilet and the noise it was makingTechnician Jason came out and looked at our issue and recommended we test the incoming water pressure.He tested it for us and found that we were getting full street pressure 140psi. Make sure to get a second opinion and estimate. We hired this company to clear a backed up sewer line at our house. They couldnt completely clear it and said the reason was because of broken sections of clay pipe that roots and dirt had gotten into. Their solution was to insert a liner into two sections of the problem areas at a cost of $8,300.00. Our insurance company sent their plumber a few days later who managed to clear the pipe completely with RootX and put the pipe camera video on a USB drive for us to keep. The video showed no breaks in the clay pipes, the roots were getting in at the connections. He charged us $800.00.I try to have faith in people and put a lot of trust in a handshake, but experiences like this make me doubt certain trades.

This is the third time I have called them up, every time for a different issue, and they always are able to show up in a reasonable amount of time, with only a 1 hour time window (some places have 4-6 hour windows) and they walk me through what they are doing and really explain their process. They are clean, kind, and thorough workers.

Preferred Plumbing is the best plumbing service in the Inland Empire. I needed a 2 way clean out installed and for my main line to get cleaned as it had tree roots inside of it which backed up my house.I got 3 quotes from around the area and I instantly felt a great connection with David and Jason. On Saturday morning we noticed there was water flowing in our living room and dining room. We contacted our warranty company first and they assigned us a plumbing company with one star yelp rating, considering the bad experience we had previously and this is an urgent issue, we decided to hire someone with good yelp rating and we found preferred plumbing, we actually contacted another company with more reviews but they were unable to come immediately and Preferred Plumbing was the only company willing to take this emergency call and came to our house immediately. They were able to identify the issue and kept working on it during the weekend. Nathan the technician not only figured out the watermark issue we originally had, and fix it, but also fix the other issue and a potential issue, they get the whole project done in three days and they also referred us to their partner company who is focused on damage restoration so we dont need to do another research.The original cost is around $12,000.00 and they were able to give us a discount as we were paying cash.They also offered us ten year warranty, if anything happened, parts cost and labor cost will be on them. I am hoping we will never use this warranty.Overall the experience is great and we are recommending this company.总体还是不错的，价格贵不贵我不知道，因为我只问了一家，服务也是好的，很快，问题也解决了，周末也在工作。给了十年warranty，希望永远用不上。

We had a leak, very loud pipes, and a shower/tub handle that fell off. We contacted Preferred Plumbing and Rooting Services. Jason and David came quickly. They fixed the leak right away. They also explained that the hard water deposit caused the shower handle to be hard to turn to the point where we pulled it off. They were able to remove the hard water deposits and replace the faucet cartridge and handle. Now the handle turns very smoothly. The loud noise was caused by a bad pressure regulator, which they replaced. We were extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service that Jason and David provided. It is great to see people who care about fixing the issue and building trust by ensuring that you understand what is causing the issue. Their charges were very reasonable. We have used two other plumbers in the past. We have never seen a plumber work so fast! They will be our go to plumbing company if we have any plumbing issues in the future. User beware. They came for an estimate for a leak on my main. The estimate was over $2800. We then had another single guy come and fixed it in 3hrs for $300. I gave him $400. 7x difference... really? No reason for the outrageous estimate. Moral of the story... shop around before you commit

David and Jason did a great job of replacing our water heater which was leaking from the top and had flooded the garage floor initially. They completed the job promptly and efficiently at a competitive price. After the remediation company had removed the mold, installed new dry wall and base for the new water heater. David and Jason had moved the new water heater to sit on top of the newly installed base in a couple of hours. They went the extra mile to also replace the warped dryer hose that was obstructed by the protruding gas valve. This prevented a risk of possible fire in the future due to the overload of lint in the dryer hose. For an outstanding job well done, we will definitely use Preferred Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs.

My toilet was backed up and I was expecting company,,, I called preferred plumbing and luckily for me they showed up pretty fast and diagnosed the problem. It turned out it was my mainline. They found a clean out and were able to clear my line. I was very happy with their service and the price thank you preferred plumbing !

I had a water leak coming from the wall, I called Preferred Plumbing and Jason and David showed up within 1 hour. They opened the wall and found a leaking copper pipe and gave me a very good price and repaired the section of copper, they also tested my water pressure and it was 120 replaced pressure regulator and brought my pressure down to 65. I was very pleased with the fast and friendly service. When I decide to repipe my whole house I will contact Preferred Plumbing and recommend them to all my family and friends.

These guys provide excellent service. I had a really bad water leak in the wall behind my shower. That I discovered around 7pm. After looking online for an after hours plumber I came across these guys. I called them at 8:30 pm. They were at my house in less than 25 minutes. They accessed the situation we talked and they provided me with logical options and once we agreed on the plan of attack they provided me with an estimate. The estimate was free. No pressure. The cost was very fair and they were able to fix the problem quickly. I would highly recommend these guys. I am actually in the Industry and these are the types of guys we want to work with. I would expect any plumber that answered a service call that late in the evening would be seeing dollar signs. These guys provide an excellent service with for a very fair price. Dont be afraid to call these guys. They wont disappoint. I hope they stay in business for a really long time. They do business they way you wish all businesses would.

On my first call to David, he came out after-hours on a rainy night for my plumbing emergency. It was affordably fixed by the time I held an open house the next day.Months later I called David again. It wasnt an emergency then, but he scheduled me next day. The issue was affordably fixed in no time.I dont usually recommend companies but Preferred Plumbings David is very professional and he is a 5-star referral. They came for free estimates, and adjusted the pressure to 110 even higher. They said that the pressure regulator was broken and need to be replaced at the price of $400.
