Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Pomona Valley

My house is very, very old. The pipes are leaking under the house. My kitchen was flooded. I needed Dr. Rooter to snake the kitchens pipe. They found old rusty pipes leaking into the foundation. The settings were out of compliance. Their technicians fixed all my plumbing problems at a price and payment terms I could afford.

Excellent service. I am very pleased with the quality of work. They certainly are my contact for future plumbing needs.

Gabriel and Edwin did great jobs replacing parts that were leaking in the sewer pipes under the house, and in a toilet. Cleaned up and sealed around the toilet All perfect.

This is my second time using this company and they never disappoint. They have helped me in emergency situations. Santiago the plumber who serviced our home was very professional, knowledgeable and helped educate me about the plumbing. I appreciate working with someone like him who knows what they are doing and helped put us at ease when he fixed the problem.

We had an emergency situation during a weekend. I called and the receptionist was super friendly. She was able to get someone to come to my house and view my situation that same day. The plumbers were super helpful and got the job done as quickly as they could. Highly recommend them.

Needed my tank heater removed because it was in the way of a remodeling project. Richard was able to quickly get to the site and remove the tank, allowing the word to move forward and he did so with a great sense of professional and at a reasonable rate.

Excellent! It was only 6:00 P.M. and I couldn’t find any plumbers available for that evening!?! I was shocked. I had called about 13 companies, many that advertised 24/7 and same day service to no avail. I kept searching and found them and they came within an hour or so as promised! Mr. Rooter is my new company!

Mr Rooter was able to restore my hot water in a very timely manner and did a very good job installing a new water heater for me. They were very professional. I will use them again should I have a need for a plumber.

Richard came to our facility he was on time very professional and affable he did his job and when he was finished he left the place cleaner than when he arrived even after letting him know that I would clean up after him.he also put a camera into our system so he could advise us as to what we would need to prevent the problem in the future .I would definitely recommend Mr Rooter to anyone who needed their service I would also add that thier price was as advertised .Richard is an employee that any employer would be proud to have represent their Company . 5 STARS to Mr Rooter.

Nathan & Adam were so nice. They explained everything very well and I felt like they had my best interests in mind. They came on a Sunday and I thought it would be an additional charge, but they said no, it’s the same price every day. I called them at 8 am & they were here by 10. They had my problem fixed in no time for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and the next time I have a problem I’ll call them.

Great service and experienced help on a difficult problem

Mr. Rooter had excellent service and complete transparency. We were able to schedule same day service and the issue was fixed immediately. Marcus helped us with our problem and he was very professional.

Santiago Grajeda and his partner came over my place to help with a problem with my garbage disposal. The water wasnt going down and they replaced the piping and helped unclogged it. They where kind enough to discover the main reason it wasnt properly draining. I look forward to doing business with them in the future and I highly reccommend them!!!

Enrique and his manager, Carlos were both mindful, respectful, and top-notch professionals, who were willing to go the extra mile to ensure the drain blockage was clear before leaving our home. They performed a camera viewing of the underground pipes, and shared their findings, and options to remedy future clogging.

Both my wife and I were especially impressed with the friendliness and professionalism shown by Richard, Raymond and Korin. We agreed to contract with them rather than other companies because of the way they handled themselves and the way they treated us. After the project started they stayed professional and friendly. This was a big job and went into Saturday evening. While some would try to hurry to go home, they were meticulous and detailed-oriented until it was done properly and to OUR satisfaction. Money well-spent.

The young man who took my call was very friendly and helpful, assuring me a technician would arrive in about 1 hour to Carlos, the tech, unclogging the drain and then asking for some cleaning product to finish cleaning the area. Eduardo was very courteous and professional in his interactions with us and the tenants. He was also very prompt and diligent in the cleanliness and quality of repairing the broken pipe in the kitchen.

Wally was professional. I like the fact that in the invoice that he prepared had photos of before, during and after of the work performed.

Eddie came to change the water main. He was very personable and an honest guy. He started on the job immediately and was hard at work to dig the trench to get to the issue. The work he did should have been a two man job but he did it without a complaint. We were very happy with the job he completed. He gave us regular updates and reassured us it would to our comfort our expectations. I hope the company will realize what an asset he is for your company If we should need plumbing service we will make sure to ask for him to do our job. Five stars for Eddie.

The technician was on time and very capable. He hooked up the water heater I had purchased from home depot only to find that it was defective. He then got authorization to install a second watet heater which worked. I am very happy with the service and quality of work performed! Thank you!

We had a surprise gas leak at our home and our gas was shut off. We called Mr. Rooter and within 45 minutes Richard Arellano showed up to help us out even though it was after 6:00pm. He quickly assessed the situation and recommended some repairs to prevent future leaks as well as repair our current issue. He was kind, friendly, clean, and very knowledgeable. After we approved the repairs he quickly performed the interior repairs so he didnt have to go in and out of the house and could focus on the exterior repairs. He worked for several hours during the night and even had to do some digging. In the morning the repairs were complete and our yard was restored like he had never been there. We were able to call and get someone to come out and turn the gas back on the same day! We will be calling Mr. Rooter for all our plumbing needs and requesting Richard Arellano whenever he is available. I recommend you do the same!
