Just today, I had Ara over at LA Wrench plumbing come over. He fixed our kitchen sink/bathroom leak the same day. Best maintenance guy in town. The communication was great as well, both from the plumber and office.

A sprinkler head in the back yard sprung a leak (water was shooting 8 feet in the air). Ara from LA Wrench gave an ETA of 30 to 45 minutes but arrived sooner. He capped the broken sprinkler head, traced the source problem and advised us on how to address it. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable and the service cost was extremely reasonable. We will definitely call this company for our future plumbing needs.

I had leaking water from the ceiling. I called LA Wrench Plumbing and talked with Ms. Anna. She was friendly, listened to my concern, guided me to send video/pictures so she could let the her team know. She also let me know that there was no charge for coming to do the estimate, that was awesome!!!. She then set up time and let me know who would come to fix it. Mr. Ara came on time. He was knowledgeable with his work and completed the work right away. I really like what he did, he showed me the video before and after his work. It was amazing!!! the water stopped dripping!!!. Ive had two services completed by LA Wrench Plumbing.A leak within the wall March 2023The most recent in December 2024, my electric water heater had to be replaced.Im a single woman with very little knowledge about plumbing - but I still try to do my due diligence and “shop around” for the best candidate with the most reasonable pricing.I found the people of this company are the most with honesty, integrity, knowledge and commitment to the service they provide.Anna the receptionist is very friendly, kind, patient and helpful. Her sunny disposition and follow thru about getting back to me and keeping the lines of communication open put my mind at ease about the process and my options in the jobs that were completed.Ara is very knowledgeable about his work and thru his experience was able to determine I may just need an electrician to fix the problem with my water heater (long story) AND NOT REPLACE IT!Ara was ok with him not making A LOT of money off of me and tried to save me money! NO PLUMBER does this!In the end I opted to replace it.Roto Rooter and other well known companies quoted me between $2800 - $3200 to replace my water heater!Anna without knowing how much I was being quoted, came in at a VERY reasonable price!Of course I took her offer. But I shopped around TO KNOW who and what kind of businesses Im dealing with.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.I dont write reviews - but this company and the people who work here, deserve this review.Because of who they are and the quality of their work.If I could give more stars I would!

I hired LA Wrench on short notice for a chronic and complicated shower cartridge replacement issue (long story short, the screw broke off inside the handle after stripping, and the handle would not come off for anything). Ara came over the next day and was able to remove an almost impossibly stuck handle, get the cartridge (also long since fused into the hardware from age) changed to a new one, and then installed the new hardware we brought to the job to our satisfaction. LA Wrench charged a fair price for the transaction and was done as quickly as possible. We would definitely recommend this company to others here.

Great plumber! I called LA WRENCH Plumbing and was connected to the owner/plumber Ara’s daughter who immediately dispatched him to our house. He arrived within an hour and was respectful enough to ask if he should remove his shoes, a nice touch/sign of respect. He gave us a reasonable quote to fix our clog and even pointed out/fixed the mistake of a previous plumber we had called. Great, honest, and affordable work! Thank you for your service.

Ara is a great plumber; he is professional, has a quick response time, punctual, and does the job well. He came to fix a ptrap and to root out a slow drain. His prices are reasonable and wont upcharge like most other plumbers. I fully intend to make Ara my main plumber, please dont hesitate hiring LA Wrench. They are good people !

Fantastic Service ! A Representative came out on time and within an hour of the phone call. I was expecting another day. Then to have the issue fixed and demonstrated everything worked properly within another hour was great. The repairs were extensive and done correctly, with a clean up after. LA Wrench will take good care of you. They display the Red, White, and Blue and I love the fact they live up to it. Thank you again

Just when i thought all plumbers were gougers and rip-offs and had come to the conclusion I may have to resort to a handyman to replace my kitchen faucet, I found LA Wrench.LA Wrench is a hidden gem!!!Not only was his price much less than any of the other jokers Id been speaking with, he said he could come right away to do the job. He was @ my home and my faucet was completed before I knew it!He cleaned up his mess, put everything back underneath the sink, asked me what I wanted him to do w/ the old faucet, explained and showed me how the new faucet worked, left the brochure, and his business card. He accepts all forms of payment- cash, credit card, check. I was so pleased to find there is still someone out there old school who is professional and has ethics, and cares about their job and customers.I have found myself my permanent go-to plumber!

Very very reliable, affordable and great service. I had my toilet clog up late night during this Covid-19 as I started to panic I called a few plumbers. I stumbled on Ara luckily, he was quick and responded within a short frame time. He was able to come the next day (Sunday) and unclog and repair my toilet. Very fairly priced and honest. We had three relatively small plumbing jobs. Texted them pictures, got an estimate, and set up an appointment for them to work. Ara arrived on time, and fixed a bathroom faucet, kitchen faucet and kitchen garbage disposal. We highly recommend them.

Wow - great service and price. After getting an absurd quote from another company to fix a minor gas leak at my house, LA Wrench came out on short notice, diagnosed the problem as being much different and of smaller scope than the other company, and then charged me a very fair price after fixing it on the spot. They also fixed a few other minor issues during that same visit. Great professionalism and fairness!
