I would never work with this company again. They did a kitchen and some built in bookshelves for us. The kitchen overall is standard, but they put the wrong hood cover on and a year later it still hasnt been resolved. The hood cover style was shown and approved in the shop drawings before the kitchen was installed but they couldnt be bothered to do it right and even after multiple requests to put in the correct cover still havent. For the built-in bookshelves we went over all the dimensions and had been very specific on the fact that the depth of the cabinets needed to be at least 14. When they came to install they started installing a 12 cabinet which I quickly told them wasnt right. They stopped the work, then when I called them to discuss and insisted I pay additional money for the new shelf depth since it was my fault the depth was wrong. I had worked with their in show room designer on the cabinet and had approved the 14 but the designer apparently didnt save the info so it was me vs them. They had already insisted we pay for the cabinets up front before install so I knew I wouldnt get my money back so had to move forward and ended up paying the extra money.They had to install our ADU kitchen twice because they put the wrong color cabinets in, and even now the color still isnt right.They are super disorganized, dont care about the customer and dont respond if there are any problems. Save your time and go to someone who actually cares about you and the end product.

Good experience with a few hiccups associated with scheduling. Kitchen met our expectations, and I recommend Kitchen Pro.

Our experience with Kitchen Pro Cabinets was great from beginning to end. From the design to the installation was better than expected. You hear about kitchen projects going horribly wrong all of the time. However, everything with Kitchen Pro went horribly right! The cabinets are great quality and a fraction of the cost of what others charge. Their installation and project management was amazing. They pay attention to every detail. And are willing to go above and beyond to give you what you want.

Good quality, real wood, kitchen and bath cabinets at very reasonable prices and with good service. Really meant for professionals, but open and helpful to the public.

We loved our house but hated the builder-grade laminate kitchen cabinets. When it came time for a remodel, we hoped to upgrade our cabinets, rearrange them in a more efficient design, and still have money in our $10,000 budget for a new sheet vinyl floor and laminate counter tops if we did the work ourselves.Boy were we wrong! The kitchen design centers quoted $25,000 just for the cabinets, and the big box stores were about half that cost. We had almost given up on our dream kitchen when we discovered ready-to-assemble cabinets.We selected Kitchen Pro Cabinetry for its great selection of quality cabinets that included the solid wood doors and plywood boxes we were looking for. Our designer Betty worked with us to come up with a more efficient design, and was even able to give us two special doors cut out so we could add chicken wire – a hot new trend that was going to cost us big bucks elsewhere.Our new cabinets cost around $6,654, which left enough in our budget for the floors and counter tops. But once my husband installed the cabinets, which only took two days, they looked so good we decided to splurge and upgrade our counter tops, black splash and floor.Our new kitchen looks fabulous and is now our favorite room in the house.By the way, my husband said the cabinetry assembly instructions could be improved a bit, but once he put one cabinet together, putting the rest together was fairly easy. He gives this product an A+ for quality and says anyone with moderate woodworking skills can do a professional looking installation.

My wife and I recently purchased a home that needed a completely new kitchen. We contacted Kitchen Pro Cabinetry as they installed a new, beautiful kitchen in our previous home (which received many compliments from friends and neighbors). As a matter of fact the kitchen was a big selling point when we sold our home. Our designer, Vickie, was extremely helpful and friendly. She worked diligently in ensuring we got a beautiful kitchen and one that made the best use of the space available. We also expanded our request to install a hall closet, and bathroom cabinetry and counters in two bathrooms. Vickie was again very helpful in the design and product selection. The installers were prompt, courteous and very efficient. We really appreciated that they came back to make some slight modifications we requested after the installation was complete. The kitchen, hallway closet and bathrooms look great! We highly recommend Kitchen Pro Cabinetry for value, price and great levels of service!

We have used Kitchen Pro twice now for two major projects in our home. We did our Kitchen, and then we used them for our Laundry Room and upstairs bath. Both times we have been extremely pleased with the products, quality, and service. We are so happy we found them, as well as deciding to use RTA cabinetry. It is amazing how great the quality is, as well as how nicely the installation went. They have a wonderful design service, and utilize master carpenters to install. We recommend them highly!!!!!

Overall it was a good experience, the only issue I had was that when I initially purchased the cabinets, I was told that they should be in stock and ready to pick up within a few business days. However, when I called to check if they were ready for pickup, I was told that they were still waiting on part of my order to arrive to the warehouse, the rest of my order ended up getting in a little over a week after I was told they should be ready. Not the end of the world, just wish there was better communication between the showroom and the warehouse to have given me a more accurate time estimate. Other than that everything else went well. If we had any issues that were on behalf of the company, they were very accommodating and were able to resolve the issue quickly.

The quality of the product is comparable with much higher priced custom cabinets. We are overall pleased but the customer service was very poor and our product was delayed over and over again. The cabinets are made by factories in China so lead time is important. Rodolfo Lopez is an employee here he harasses people and is a violent man. His behavior is absurd. The way he speaks to women is uncalled for and a disgrace of a person.

We interviewed 4 companies to purchase our kitchen cabinets from. We chose Kitchen Pro because they were the least expensive by 2000 and seemed to have good customer service. They answered questions promptly and professionally.I was most impressed with Roger who handles the coordination of scheduling the employees for delivery, installation, counters, etc. He was bending over backwards to work with us so that we had little downtime in between services, and could get our project done promptly. We had a situation where amazon delivered the wrong sink two times, and Roger was flexible in rescheduling the countertop crew. He worked really hard to juggle the crew to get the job done, even though Thanksgiving was a few days away.David was also extremely helpful, he handles the returns/exchanges/claims. As with any project there were a few pieces of trim and doors that we wanted replaced, and he literally escorted us to the warehouse, so we could inspect and pull what we needed. This helped us to keep our job on track too.

Kitchen Pro has some of the best cabinets for the value. Easy to assemble, and the company will fix any issues very quickly. Im very happy with the quality, look and price of the cabinets I purchased, and would recommend Kitchen Pro to my friends.

The worse and most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Save your time and money. I went to their location and was told someone will get back to me within the next few days. A month later I get an email from them. You can’t be serious. They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

Kitchen Pro Cabinetry Saved my KitchenI researched a few cabinet companies for the restoration of our kitchen and family room / bar area. We had extensive water damage as a result of a broken water pipe. I was assigned to Yvonne who assisted me with the redesign of the kitchen and bar. Whilethis project was long and at times frustrating, Kitchen Pros really came through for us. Yvonne listened to all my redesign ideas and made them a reality with a complete remodel with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and the kitchen I thought I could neverhave. The process from start to finish took about 3 months, this is not something you can rush through. Kitchen Pros end result exceeded my expectations and came in under budget.

The cabinet quality looks to be good. However, I never had the opportunity to purchase. The sales associate assigned to me was unbelievably rude and not helpful. After several emails with no reply from the sales associate I informed the company to which I never received a reply from them. Customer service is severely lacking with this company.

Our 1980s kitchen screamed for renovation when we moved in a few years ago, but the high cost of such a remodel kept it from being updated right away. When we discovered Kitchen Pro, we were super excited but also scared to buy cabinets off the internet. We bought one cabinet to test the quality before we bought the whole kitchen. The quality was great and our kitchen turned out beautiful at far less cost then any other company I had quote. Johnny helped us and we appreciated his prompt attention at all times.(*Out of all the pieces we ordered, we were only missing one piece of hardware, which I thought was remarkable. When I called about the piece they shipped it to me immediately.)

This spring I was in the process of remodeling 2 bathroomsand the kitchen with a general contractor.While the general contractor overall did excellent work the custom made vanitiesfor the bathroom were not as good as I had hoped and they took one month longerthan promised by the contractor. When itcame time to start the kitchen the contractor proposed doing custom cabinetsthat would take 6 weeks to build at the house.Since they could not stay on schedule for the bathroom I suspected thatthe kitchen would be a 3-4 month project with 8-10 weeks spent on thecabinets. This was not going to work forus and I started to look for other options.When I told the contractor that we were looking for other options forthe cabinets and the counter top he said any premade cabinets would be oflesser quality and their would be gaps since the cabinets were premade theywould not fit perfectly.I went to kitchen Pro Cabinetry’s show room in Northridgeand it was very helpful because they have full size cabinets with counter topswhich helped us design our kitchen.Things always look different in person and we ended up changing ourminds on the design. I worked with Bettywho became our designer. She was veryhelpful in helping us understand our options for different cabinet drawers andshelves. She also helped us pick outgranite counter tops that would match the cabinets. We left the show room with full size cabinetdoors from 5 different cabinets designs without cost. This was very helpful to take home andcompare with our tile options and the lighting in the kitchen.I gave Betty the dimensions in the kitchen and she sent a 3drendering of her proposed plan. Itreally helped us picture what the kitchen looked like. It turned out that the dimensions I sent wereoff by 12” and Betty had to redesign the kitchen. We also replaced the window with a largerwindow and then Betty had to redesign the kitchen again. She was always very helpful and never complainedwhen I made changes. Despite thenumerous changes the cabinets always fit perfectly in the design. I chose Kitchen pro because of the knowledgeof Betty and the quality of the cabinets in the showroom. Another major factor is that the cabinetswould be installed in 3 days and then 3 days for the granite installationincluding on the wall as a backsplash.After my experience with other contractors I was very skeptical of thisshort time period.When the time came for the installation the workers alwaysshowed up on time and were able to stay on schedule. The way that they were able to make the cabinetsfit perfectly is they cut them to size at the job site if need. This allowed the cabinets to fit flush withthe wall on all sides. I woulddefinitely recommend using the installation services of kitchen pro. After everything is said and done I thinkthat the cabinets for the kitchen and pantry were perfect and better thanexpected. Working with kitchen pro wasthe best part of the home remodel that we have done so far. If we had done the custom cabinets with ourcontractor they would still be working on the kitchen for at least anothermonth and the quality of the kitchen cabinets are just as good if not betterthan the custom vanity that we got from the contractor.
