The District at Northridge Shea Homes

This is an amazing place to live. With the Northridge mall nextdoor, many places to shop Macys,Sears, JCPenney,fashion 21, Ross dress for less, a movie theater a pizza place Dave & Busters, GameStop Windsor a food court inside the mall a car dealership across the street Lowes next door Olive garden around the corner. Starbucks Luna grill you dont have to go very far to have a great time.

Nice plans for the price. The new pricing is tempting. Im not sure of shared walls

Overpriced town homes, sales people are pretentious and intellectually subpar, I guess cant expect a lot from a real estate agent that has limited to no education.

Units are nice but small overall.

I am hoping they are as wonderful as the Shea townhome I owned in Valencia. Helping my clients navigate the new construction purchase because I’ve done it three times myself. Vickie at Shea is very sweet and informative. We’ll update as we go.

My to go place for everything I need. Super convenient and I dont really need to go far to find all kinds of stuffs and foods I love!

Sales people here are very reluctant, rude and arrogant.

Small, not very creative with the build-out and pretty much look like Apartments versus condos
