I used Arsenal Plumbing as part of my home warranty program and I was very pleased. It was easy to schedule and Jose the plumber let me know his progress. I can’t say enough about Jose. He was a great sleuth and tracked down a water leak that had caused crazy high water bills. He explained to me what was going on and how it was working properly. He was knowledgeable, gave explanations that made sense, and showed persistency about finding the problem. Everything you’d want in a plumber!

Arsenal really is the best! They came to my home and fixed my water heater issue, it was leaking and they replaced it professionally, safely and briskly. The office manager Kristine is wonderful! She was great with getting back to me in a timely, friendly and professional manor! Very helpful and a great licensed company would use again for my plumbing problems!

Jose was the BEST plumber that Home Warranty has EVER sent in18 years. Others were good but he was so pleasant, focused, and efficient. You can tell when someone has integrity and knows their craft. It’s so hard to find effective people these days. Arsenal is lucky.

Bulat was the best plumber I’ve ever worked with! Fast, efficient and 100% professional.We had a massive clog in our kitchen sink and Bulat was able to identify and fix it quickly and got everything running again, he even installed a new professional P trap for us. If I could give Arsenal 10 stars I would. Highly recommend them!

So we had an issue and had another service come out. They did not resolve the problem. Michael was out fixing another problem and I asked his professional advice and inquired to see if he could diagnose and fix it. He immediately said yes. I called their office and they immediately followed through on setting up the appointment and fixing the 2nd issue for us. Michael was amazing, kind, professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem that was missed by the previous company. I highly recommend and wouldn’t call anyone else for any plumbing needs moving forward. An honest company is hard to find. THANK YOU!

Arsenal was very good at responding and coming back to resolve our matter that took an additional trip because of another part that needed replacement in order to stop the leaking toilet. And because I wasn’t angle to shut off the water via the angle stop the dripping leak wouldn’t stop so they responded right away in the late evening and were able to fix and resolve everything. Great job!

Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have ever experienced! They left my situation in worse shape than before they came. I am a licensed Realtor and use various contractors ALL THE TIME whether for my own personal use as I have investment properties as well as my own home, or for my clients. I have never had a company say something was good enough, leave damage and create other issues. All I had was a frozen handle on a faucet. The faucet should have been changed out. Instead, they removed a piece from inside the faucet that said Do Not Remove, only partially repaired faucet where the frozen handle would turn from a different section of the handle (was a two piece handle which was only supposed to turn from the top), left gouge marks on the handle from the tool they were using, and then left the entire faucet loose from the vanity top. They could not have done a worse job if they tried. I have a video of the aftermath but the MOV video will not upload to the photo section of the review. This company was assigned to me by a home warranty company. I have since reached out their contractor relations department and filed a complaint against this company and waiting to send over the video. They are so bad I cant even see how they are in business!

Insurance calls says Arsenal says there is part missing! (Which he never told us) and in addition of $75 given they want another $125 to replace it !!!Such crooks and liarsDo not use themFiled a complaintGot my $75 back

Atrocious experience, these guys want to charge me for something that is their fault as they couldn’t fix a leak from toilet fill valve, started saying it is 30 days and all. Paid 85$ to fix it while it didn’t last for even 30days.

Robert from Arsenal Plumbing continues to be my hero. My place was built in 1979 and I’ve had no plumbing issues since I’ve lived there the past 24 years so I guess I was due because everything that could go wrong, went wrong at once. I have a home warranty company and they sent three plumbers that could not do the work. Thank God they assigned Arsenal Plumbing and Robert came. Robert is not a one size fits all mindset. He was able to diagnose my problem and knew exactly what equipment was needed to take care of it. He was even able to run a camera through my pipes to make sure we did not have a break in the pipe.Ive had a repeated issue with my powder room toilet. It’s been repaired multiple times, but continues to completely lift off on the right hand side. Robert discovered that the wrong size flange was used. He installed the proper flange and said unless I do gymnastics off the toilet, it will not lift again. Im so appreciative to have someone who cares about their client and takes pride in their work.

Honestly, I dont understand why there are negative reviews about this marvelous company!!! They saved our home and fought with my home warranty to get repairs covered. I wish I could give extra stars for quick scheduling and professional plumber work overall. My heart belongs to Arsenal Plumbing 💙

Arsenal plumbing was sent to replace a failed regulator covered under a Fidelity National Home warranty. Plumber said they would have to reroute the piping prior to regulator replacement, which would be about $500, then the regulator could be replaced under warranty. I had another plumber replace the regulator without rerouting the piping since the regulator bonnet can be unthreaded, body of the valve installed, then reinstall the bonnet. Unfortunately, Arsenal Plumbing A) Does not know their craft, or B) was suggesting work that is not needed to make extra money (scam). AVOID ARSENAL PLUMBING AND HIRE A REPUTABLE PLUMBER. Make sure you request another plumbing company if Fidelity National Home Warranty wants to use them. See before/after pics.

The only reason we used Arsenal Plumbing was because our home insurance company sent them out, and we were without hot water for a week.1st, they told our insurance company that it would take 2 worker to do the job. They charged for 2 employees. Only one worked at our home. I believe this is fraud. Billing an insurance company for 2 labors and only sending 1.Then they charged us an additional $1329 for the installation, claiming that it was nessasary to bring things up to code. example $315 for a vent. I looked up this part, and anyone could buy the part for around $70.When I questioned the plumber about the charge, he jumped into his truck and drove away. He called his office, and a rude lady called and demanded the payment of $1329 before she would allow him to return. The only reason we paid upfront was because we didnt have hot water for 6 days, and we are senior citizens. This company is a shameful excuse for a Plumbing company.DONT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE !!!

Arsenal is very prompt and clean. They have done multiple jobs for me and they are my #1 call for plumbing.

They were on time and polite enough. However, they misdiagnosed the water heater they came to check out as having an electrical issue, requiring that I contact an electrician. The electrician told me that it was just a loose wire that had to do with the installation of the water heater, which if the plumber had actually opened to check, he would have noticed immediately. So, they did the bare minimum.

Very professional and knowledgeable service technician, not only fixed the overall problem but he also restored our hot water while we had to wait for a new part. Thanks Arsenal!

I don’t usually post reviews but felt the need to do it. Jose did an outstanding job fixing my water shut off valve and two shower valve! This is the second time Arsenal Plumbing has provided services through Fidelity Home Warranty, and the service has been excellent both times. This visit involved fixing the shower diverter, clearing drainage issues, and replacing the water pressure relief valve. The technician, Bulat, was very thorough and kept me informed at each step, explaining his findings clearly. I would definitely use this company outside of my home warranty plan.

Arsenal Plumbing Is a Scam.A Dishonest Company.The office manager Christine, is extremely rude and condescending.They charged $150 in advance to showed up - COD--$150.00They have their own ways for false statements or other fraudulent methods.Just Stay Away!

Arsenal plumbing came twice to try to fix my clogged toilet but kept re-clogging. My insurance wrote a third work order, but Arsenal Plumbing cancelled it claiming that there was nothing wrong with my toilet.My insurance initially refused to send a different plumbing company because they were going by Arsenal Plumbing’s wrong diagnosis. After pulling teeth with my insurance company, they finally agreed to send us a different plumber and surely enough, there IS something wrong with it and were able to fix it the first time.

Arsenal plumbing very efficient and very responsive. Oleg was my tech- very professional, efficient and performed high quality work. He determined the pipe leak, knew exactly how to fix it, went to hardware store and got the parts. Had to cut under kitchen cabinets to get to the pipe. Once he repaired it, he checked for possible leaks and drain clogging. Oleg and Arsenal plumbing- excellent job. Will recommend all around and will use them again when my next plumbing issue comes up. Thank you

What a terrible experience. This company will not provide my front desk proof of insurance in order to work on my million dollar condo inside a billion dollar building.My building does not allow any type of workers without submitting proof of insurance, and this company is unwilling to do so.I would avoid this company at all cost.This company was given to my by Fidelity National Home Warranty.

Oscar of Arsenal Plumbing did a great job repairing our toilet in the master bathroom and replacing a leaky valve. We would not hesitate to call Arsenal Plumbing and request Oscar again.

Absolutely terrible company. I would be surprised if they actually have a license. They showed up late and didnt have the proper equipment. They provided false information to the insurance company and said I wouldnt let them into my house to do the job. I have cameras set up all around my home and the entire interaction is on camera.This company is a scam. Stay away!

I wish I could give zero stars to this company. Our warranty services sent someone from arsenal plumbing and we had a clogged sink. He came and made things worse our kitchen turned into a swamp after he came for inspection. When we requested for him to come and check again they refused to do so. Horrible experience.

Since you asked, I can tell you which property it is. Its on Lemarsh st @ Northridge. The owner is BH in insurance record. Again, 1) your guy didnt use any snake and didnt even try to clean it but stated he did in the insurance report. He only used his eyes. 2) its not a T as he mentioned in the insurance report. We opened the dry-wall and inspected the pipes. 3) We didnt need to install a clean out and were able to use only a snake to clean the main line. That plumber charged only ~10% of your quote.==============Liars!!! I have Fidelity as my home insurance and dispatched this company to look at a clogged issue. The guy just came take a look, without doing anything and claimed that he needed a clean out installed to fix the clog. Which of course, it is not covered by the insurance. And of course, they quoted $1000 dollars. this drain is standard in the whole community(67 units), which is legit and should not need any new installation. What I hate them most is that they stated in the report that they tried use a snake to clean it which they never ever do!!!! I hate lying. They are liars! They are dishonest! Dont go with them.I have my clogged issue resolved today by another plumber which cost less than $100!

Our homeowners insurance sent out Arsenal.They were able to resolve the issue and leave our water heater working great!

Have used this company before, but never will use again. Quality has gone down and customer service non-existent! The after -hours answering service is extremely rude and completely unhelpful. Also, not good for their own business - She told me that emergency service would be available in 3-4 days and advised me to check with another plumbing service - Good idea!!! This company was called to fix a leaky sink. They confirmed there was a leak, turned the water off and said you shouldnt use this until its fixed and said well have to reschedule because we dont have what it takes to fix the issue. Very disappointed in the quality of service

I am American Home Shield client. It was my first experience with Arsenal. Honestly I was a kind of hesitant, due to the recent bad experience with another plumbing company. I was surprised by the technician coming early and finish the job in no time. Arsenal technician was fast and professional. Thank you Arsenal.

They came to my house to do an inspection for a gas leak, and literally did nothing… got charged by my home warranty company unnecessarily as a result (didn’t so much as turn on the gas to identify where the leak was coming from)… The guy wasn’t sure what to do because the line didn’t have a copper wire around it, so he said he was going to call his boss, made a phone call, and then he left without giving us any sort of information. Also, the guy didn’t have any sense of eagerness to get the job - very blasé about the whole thing. Additionally, he had no knowledge of what my policy entailed, and was already telling me that usually they don’t cover backyards pipes in peoples policies causing me to worry… Mine does in fact cover that, but he gave me misleading information that he had no purview into and should not have been misinforming me about. It was such a waste of time and money.

0 stars not an option - beware and read these reviews before agreeing to using this company!Arsenal was called by my home warranty company (thats a different story altogether) to fix a leaky toilet. They replaced a flap on the first visit only for the leak to continue. They were recalled and came out the next business day to fix the same leak and replaced the new flap with a different sized flap which resolved the issue. I was then charged twice due to a falsified report that there was no issue found on the second visit and that the part didnt require replacement. I guess a leaky toilet doesnt qualify as an issue, never mind the falsified report/creative narrative. In addition, terrible customer service from both Arsenal and my home warranty company.TL;DR: What a scam!

Friendly and efficient.

They were sent out to my unit to look into stoppage. Within 2 minutes said they couldnt do anything without the HOAs permission because it might affect the 2 units below - and that the stoppage may be coming from below. I was charged $75 for a service request where they did not do anything.I called the HOA and they advised that the stoppage was not reported for the 2 units below and that it was most likely coming from my unit.So I ended up getting charged fora service request $75, then have to pay for another separate company to actually fix the problem?What a scam.

Tech did a great job.

We also were referred to Arsenal by Fidelity National Home Warranty (another must avoid company). First they rescheduled the appointment by 6 days and then the technician arrived, he was rude and spent 15 minutes on the phone (during the pandemic) yelling in Russian. When we finally asked him to get off the phone, he told us that he didnt have the part to fix the toilet and couldnt anyway because a part was broken off in the toilet tank. When we called Fidelity, the report from Arsenal was like a legal brief as to why we should not get coverage. Awful plumbers working for an awful company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Do not recommend them. There was a leak in my living room, whole carpet was wet. Home warranty sent them on a saturday and the person who inspected mentioned that the leak is not from the fresh water as the meter is not moving. He suggested that someone will come on Thursday ( 5 days later) to do a leak inspection. When I called on thursday - their office answered the phone and mentioned that the case is closed as we did not find a leak and they updated the home warranty company. I was furious but the lady on the phone kept on insisting that the notes say the case is closed and did not find a leak. She was not willing to help me in any way other than asking me to deal with my home warranty.I have to reopen the case with HW and by the time I resolved the issue, the carpet is damaged and I have to replace it.

Came to the house saw the water damage on the ceiling ran the tub for 10 minutes and because it was not dripping from the ceiling did not fix anything. Nice enough guy. Just terrible at his job
