GR Repair & Maintenance

GR Repair & Maintenance was recommended to me by Home Depot. Awesome recommendation. I needed sub-flooring installed. The flooring installers refused to put the flooring in my back room because the planks were running diagonally and they said it was foundational.I called George, he showed up on time. He took a look, I told him what I needed, he gave me a recommendation. We made an agreement and he put it in writing. I signed the contract and we were off to the races.George is an exceptional contractor. He brought over the guys to introduce them prior to them working. Very thoughtful. The work was exceptional. I am so pleased! My family and I did not feel uncomfortable. They did quality work, put up the plastic and kept the working area clean. There were no discarded items left lying around. I am so impressed. I recommend George and his crew. I will be hiring George and his crew again.I’m not sure if you’ve received what I’ve been saying... Here it is, simply put, “Hire George!”

George and his crew were great to work with. I ended up needing the subfloor of my apartment repaired on short notice, and they worked quickly, showed up on time, and showed a great attention to detail in the quality of work.They took the stress out of a bad situation and delivered a great service. Id absolutely work with them again.

Our old fashioned sash windows operate on a pulley system with a cord. If the cord breaks there is no way to open or close the window. George and his assistant did a great job in repairing this. It only took them about an hour and I think that included a quick run to the hardware store. They were pleasant, always responsive to texts and messages, very clear, communicative and & responsible. Left our bedroom immaculate. Its now been about 3 weeks and the window works perfectly at a 2-finger touch. (I.e. easy, smooth and effortless to open and shut.). I highly recommend George and his team. TOP NOTCH!!

My mother needed to freshen up her kitchen and we contacted several contractors to come and look at the project.When George at GR Repair and Maintenance came over and gave a fair and reasonable estimate, we chose him over 3 other contractors. George took the time to listen and understand what my mom wanted.Georges worker Felix came over every day on time and did the bulk of the work and did a really nice job, with some panel installations and painting and caulking.My mom is very happy with the work that was done, they cleaned up every day after work and would hire GR Repair and Maintenance again for upcoming projects.We are happy we found George at GR Repair and Maintenance.

Highly recommend and will do business with Jorge again. The work involved installing an interior window casing and replacing damaged decking/roof. Jorge conducted business professionally and in a timely manner. We are satisfied with the job.

George and his crew were efficient in the work looks great! Contact was easy, and he helped communicate with the insurance at fault to help them understand what they should be paying for. After everything was fixed they thoroughly cleaned my bathroom area which I greatly appreciated. 10 out of10 would recommend! It 5 in this case.

It’s been hard finding reliable contractors for my business but George is always consistent, communicates well, does a great job, and doesn’t overcharge. I’ve had to call in so many contractors since opening but he is by far my top choice

Ill start by saying we are very pleased with the completion of our kitchen remodel. We hired George and his company to do the remodel based on other quality work they did for us in our condo. His quote was competitive. Overall the job was completed on time and within budget. The minor hiccups that occurred (what major project doesnt have any) were handled professionally and quickly by George and his team. Great care was taken to minimize any mess. GR Repair and Maintenance is highly recommended.

These guys were great! They were efficient, kept the workplace clean, put everything back as it was, and overall did a terrific job. Looking forward to calling them again.

George and his crew have done several jobs for us and always delivered high quality work with clear up front communication. Most recently they installed an automatic motor to our security fence. It was a large amount of work and they completed it with a great end product. We’re very happy with the gate.

GR Repair & Maintenace worked on a small job at my house repairing 3 door moldings that were taken out of its place and damaging some of the drywall they restored everything back in its place like new , i recommend them to everyone .

GR Repair and Maintenance repaired a wooden fence for me that was in very bad shape. They also filled some holes along the edge of my roof. They were prompt, thorough, and easy to work with. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, and would not hesitate to hire them again for other work.

George & team were very professional & communicative, always arrived exactly when he said they would, and were very thorough. They did a beautiful job replacing my kitchen floor and updating my island countertop to a butcher block breakfast bar. He really took care of all the little details and I am so happy with the results.
