I had a great experience when the Plumbing technician came to my home to fix a drainage problem. He did everything possible to fix my drainage problem and he was able to fix the problem very quickly once he found the reason for the blockage in my bathroom. End up having corrosion in my cast iron pipes that Noah and the camera man were able to diagnose. Both professional and courteous men. Will definitely use them again!

Very expensive for a simple task. I had to help the plumber carry his tools since he could barely walk and carry heavy stuff. I had guest coming over and wanted to get the clogged sink taken care of before the guest arrived. I will definitely use someone less expensive in the future.

Well, the first technician came on time but broke his cable in my pipes and called for a cameraman. They said they couldn’t remove it and when I said I can’t afford $1700 for a Jetter for one hour, they said well will have to leave. So they cut their tool and left. I waited over 48 hours to have the true professionals come out to finish the job properly. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. And they even solved the problem and cleaned up! Guillermo was training Manuel, and if there’s ever a possibility, ask for either of those two men- five stars for them. Sadly I waited over two days with backed up sewer contents in my shower and tub and toilet. Call and call again if this happens to you. Also, a credit to the people who answered the phone and the dispatchers who heard my story over and over for days.

I called the Roto-Rooter number that I got off of Google talk to a gentleman who set me up with Roto-Rooter they had a window of four hours and they were here in less than 40 minutes I would say it took him about that long to finish it was our toilet was clogged up so yeah I done caught it early maybe something drop down there he said or they were something that would customer wedding everything and he did it great for happy and fusses 7 day warranty so if anything happens to those seven days call him back and they do for free pretty darn good and everythings fine so I would recommend this company especially the employee Mike who was great very polite, professional and everything was done quickly ! Also it was great because we werent expecting them in there so early and it was just great and we appreciate it very much

The tech Alex 4913, is a very hard worker , he’s very respectful, responsible and reliable. Alex did a great job and in a timely manner, he double checked he work before he left which made me feel more comfortable. This was a big job and knowing that he took care of it by himself and it is great quality of work, I would like to have him as my primary tech when ever we have issues!

Francisco took time to explain the plumbing issue and how to could be resolved. He was professional during the entire process. He also took the time to provide advice on how to prevent future clogging issues.

Needed service for an old water heater made the appointment the day before 8-10am Oscar the technician came a little after 8am. Diagnosed the problem in full detail. Decided to replace with a new water heater. From start to finish Oscar completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. Cleaned everything up nice and tidy. Oscar did an excellent job.

We had an emergency problem with flooding onto our neighbors property and into the street. DJ, Joe, and Bobby worked all day (New Years Day) to fix the issue. Needed a tub drain unclogged. I was not able to successfully snake it myself, nor get it going with drain cleaner. They were here within two hours of calling, professional, and COVID compliant. I was told the cost up front ($325). Had the ability to take a credit card on site. Potentially a little more than others, but they were fast professional, convenient, and insured.

Christian is the best. I called today to have some plumbing fixtures uninstalled for construction. I wanted it done correctly to prevent water damage. He arrived on time and was so knowledgeable about each fixture in my kitchen in need of attention. He restored my faith in the large plumbing services through his work ethic and answered all of my questions on the value of using Roto Rooter vs. a smaller plumbing company. I will definitely use them again.

Wanted $495 to snake a drain even though a month earlier it was $150. I told them forget it, so they said how about $200. In fairness they did a good job trying to snake the drain, pulled some stuff out, but the water still wasnt flowing at the clean out point. The guy just eventually gave up and said he didnt know why the water wasnt flowing there. Icing on the cake was that he broke the PVC pipe under the sink while snaking it and said it was up to me to fix it and just left. You can find better service than this and from a place that isnt openly trying to rip people off. Dont be a fool like me - find a better company.

Personable plumbers provided good service and availability, especially on a holiday weekend. High cost, however, would likely prevent me from using them again.

Guillermo Jimenez saved us from a backed up septic tank, and replaced our burnt out sump pump (and on the rainy holiday weekend no less!) Ever better- he did all of this for $1000 less than what we paid another company 6 months ago- for the same service. Highly recommend Guillermo and Roto-Rooter!

They were very professional but very expensive. We paid $950 to replace a pin hole leak in my copper elbow pipe. With less than $20 in parts and about 2 hours in labor.At about $450 an hour, I’m in the wrong trade.

MAJOR shoutout to Jefferson! We noticed our downstairs shower was backfilling with waste and flooding the bathroom. It was disgusting to say the least and I was in full panic. He provided me with a complete estimate of the costs to correct the problem which was responsive to the problem and he did not look to add on additional services which were not required. I have no qualms in making this recommendation. If in the future another plumbing problem should arise, I would certainly wish to have Jaelen be the Service Technician to resolve that problem.Additionally Roto-Rooters service was very quickly provided and I found the pricing to be appropriate for the services rendered.

Christian temporarily cleared through roots in my mainline pipe to stop potential flooding. More work needs to be done, but I’m so relieved to have been able to stop a much worse situation from happening.

They clear a clogged drain, and a day later at clogged again. They charged me for the second cleaning as well. Not reliable, dont guarantee their work and overpriced. Look elsewhere.Update: Was contacted by their HQ and they promised to have someone reach out. I never heard from anyone after repeated emails. Unfortunately they dont take customer feedback seriously or care about providing good service. BTW dont believe the fake reviews, check Yelp for true feedback.

Asked for $250-500 dollars to fix clogged toilet, called another company who did it for 30. Technician was 2 hours late and person on phone would not give any price range.

Jorge did a great job fixing a drainage block in my apartment. Not only did he get to work right away, he explained the issue to me and basically walked me through every step of the way. It was a messy job, but Jorge took the time to clean up after he was done. I had a great experience, and this was 9pm into the night, working until close to 11pm. Would highly recommend this service to anyone with plumping issues.
