Great service! Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed the problem promptly. The company sends a picture of the technician when s/he is on their way. I found this very helpful and reassuring for safety issues. It was nice knowing the person who showed up at my door was the actual technician and not someone dressed in a uniform trying to rob me.

The office staff were friendly and set my appointment for the next day. I received text notifications when they arrived with a picture, so I would feel safe and know they represented the company. The two electricians were on time, polite and professional. They explained what they were doing and the cost for repairs were in my budget. I received a warm goodbye and small gifts with their company logo. It was a pleasant experience and I recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Mr Electric installed an outlet for our electric car. They did an excellent job. The bid came in lower than some other large name electrical contractor. They were prompt, polite and neat. I am very happy with the final installation and would most definitely call them in the future.

Jesse was timely, professional and knowledgeable about the requested project. He had initially quoted an all day project which turned out to only take 3-4 hours. The end result was so well done. Will consider them for future projects.

Mr. Terry Sr. is a very nice man with good intentions. His staff however are not aligned with both Sr. & Juniors values or work ethic. Monica Pruit is their receptionist, and unfortunately is a real nasty, and arrogant lady. She will.make your experience with this company hell, all while consistently being sarcastic to you over the phone.

Called this afternoon with an emergency at our tenants property and they were quick and fast, when their competitors said they can come in one to two days, they came within an hour. Will definitely use them again.

I had an exterior outlet not working. HeDiagnose the problem very quickly. A simple wire needed to be reconnected. Very professional and prompt.Great service technician!For a visit of an hour was charged $250.

Had Mr. Electric install/hard wire a ring doorbell. Marcus Hobbs was the electrician. He was on time, friendly, and professional. I had a good experience with this company overall and would recommend.

Thier work was very bad unfortunately. They failed to pass inspection THREE times with the city. I had to hire another company just to pass inspection. It was a long, nightmare situation. I cannot recommend them unfortunately.

They are beyond professional and communicative, and did an excellent job for us. We will absolutely be using them again!

**This review is only related to their pricing structure.** I requested someone to come out and swap out existing outlets and switches for some that had been painted accidentally. They wanted to charge $200 per switch or outlet.These were all existing and I had the material. As a result of the high cost I choose not to use their service.

Workers arrived promptly. Installed hardwired carbon monoxide detector/smoke detectors and installed an outdoor covered outlet. Did a great job!

Marcus, our technician, arrived on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problems with our kitchen wall outlets and replaced them with new, better designed equipment that he sourced at the local home improvements store. The outlets are now working correctly and even have tiny LED lights to so indicate. When he arrived, the first thing he did was conduct a household safety inspection. He identified a problem with a lack of grounding at our water heater, but we’ll address that issue at another time. Marcus helped us get a discount by signing up for their Mr Electric One Year Plan, which more than paid for itself with today’s service. Very satisfied with the techician, his back office, and the appointment setting process. They even texted us his photo so we could verify his identity when he arrived. Highly recommend this service provider and tech Marcus.

My wife and I are the biggest supporters of local companies, we have never given a poor review before, we would just simply keep the bad experience to ourselves if we came across poor service or local businesses. But the service was so bad that we needed to warn others. Electrical work is serious business. It is work that you do not want done incorrectly or poorly. Be safe and avoid companies like these guys. :(I also notice that they do not take responsibility for any bad reviews. We had a buzzing breaker that kept tripping, and it was on the circuit our kids’ distance learning computers are plugged into. At a late hour on a Thursday, I had to call 15 different electricians until I googled and found Mr. Electric Inglewood. Their receptionist was responsive and genuinely concerned about the emergency, and they sent over a technician almost immediately. Louis was our electrician, and he was absolutely fantastic. He diagnosed our problem and went an extra mile to find us the needed part so he could fix it ASAP so our kids could log on for school the next morning. As we waited for parts, he was kind, an engaging conversationalist, and explained to us some other aspects of our electrical system that may need work, without ever being pushy or overselling!We are so very grateful, and will absolutely call on them for future electrical needs.Thank you so much!!

Stay clear of Inglewood Mr. Electric. They gave me a $230 quote and billed me $2,300 on an invoice that photocopied my signature.
