David R. provided excellent customer service. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He cleared the mainline quickly and made sure all the fixtures drained freely. I will definitely call Mike Diamond in the future to take care of any plumbing issues.

I feel they took advantage of an very elderly woman, who trusts everyone.Mike Diamond Plumbing replaced the inside mechanisms (the water level control and flapper) of a toilet for $932.This cost also included$64.95 House Call$99 (shes not sure what this is, but Im thinking its some kind of service coverage, if they come back) and she would get 15% off this days repairs.$545.87 for the water level control$183.17 for the flapper$20 FCS FeeA few weeks later she had a water leak in her flower bed. She called this same company. Oh my gosh, I couldnt get the words out of my mouth fast enough - CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT!!We called a different plumber, who replaced the leaky pipe and fittings, also installed a shut off valve. It didnt cost half what Mike Diamond charged for a simple toilet repair.

Our garbage disposal was leaking slowly. We called Mike Diamond because its the manufacturer for the disposal. The plumber Dave was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. He identified that the leak was from the joint between the sink and the sink-mounting flange. He carefully removed all connections, sealed the joint, and reassembled the unit. The disposal is now working properly again.

We wanted to have our kitchen/laundry room line cleaned as it was backing up and causing damage in those areas. We called early in the morning with the expectation we would get an appointment in a day or so. We were able to get an appointment within a couple of hours at NO EXTRA CHARGE. The crew came and attempted to clear the line to no avail. They offered their hydro clean service and were able to get it all done within 2 hours.We were beyond impressed with their timeliness. They showed up promptly as promised. Even more, their commercial is true - they smell good! We highly recommend Mike Diamond Plumbing and will gladly use them if another plumbing issue arises!

The man showed up when scheduled. Very knowledgeable. Charged me the $99 but added $20. Not sure what that was for. I had already taken the P trap apart so when he showed up he said if I had not done that, he would have charged me more. There is always a catch!He had the right tools and snaked the pipe. Then he put everything back together.Very pleasant man.
