There are not enough positive words to describe my satisfaction with FJC & Co.From the initial point of contact & throughout the whole process Frank has been such a pleasure to work with. He took time to answer all my questions, explained things thoroughly, and then followed through with everything in a very timely manner.The guys he has working with him are kind, punctual and took great care while working in my place by protecting the floors, carefully carrying supplies, being mindful of pets, furniture, etc.Frank and his team are amazing and I highly recommend them! So excited to finally have all the water damage fixed in my place and to know that it was done correctly & with care.

We found FJC & Company from a family friend who referred us. The whole experience was really great. We had mold in our downstairs bathroom and didn’t know what to do!  Frank came over the next morning and did a full assessment. He was able to pinpoint the root cause, setup a containment area, got rid of the mold and left everything in perfect condition. You wouldn’t even know we had part of our wall ripped out! He also gave me super helpful recommendations on a few other things that my house was in need of. They were all super professional and gave honest and knowledgeable advice.

Frank remodeled our kitchen and 4 bathrooms. Everything is beautiful! We also had a leak in our pantry from an old pipe and Frank was there that day to clean it up and get it dried out. He checked on it daily and was always available when I contacted him! Great family owned/ran company

Frank helped clean up a mold issue during kitchen remolding. He was professional and I appreciated his honesty throughout the entire process. He was very diligent in making sure the repairs were done correctly and in timely fashion. We are extremely satisfied with the work done and would recommend him for anyone that needs this type of work.

I had water damage under the floors in my bathroom which caused a slight mold issue. They came out and resolved the issue and were also able to take care of a few other things I needed done in regards to the plumbing at my house. All in all it was a great experience.

What can I say that hasnt already been said? They did an amazing job of getting my house back after a disaster of a situation! Professional, courteous, and fast service! I cannot say enough good things. I definitely recommend them to anyone for anything!

There was a pipe leak outside our front door that was causing water to come through our lower level walls, and Frank and his team were very quick to respond and guide us through the process of stopping the leak, fixing it, and handling the prevention of mold quickly in our garage, and patching up the parts of our walkway that were dug up to get to the pipe.Besides the quality of work provided, the communication he provided about the issues and timeline was wonderful, I always felt like I knew the next step in the plan and never had to reach out to him, he always kept me up to date. FJC & Company were amazing in helping with water damage at our apartment after a water leak damaged our walls. They were able to dry the walls so there wouldnt be any molding and redid our shower after fixing the leak. They were very professional, accommodating, helpful, clean, and organized. I would highly recommend using these guys for any of your plumbing/water damage needs.

“LEGITIMATE”Simply put, this is the word that comes to mind in order to describe FJC and Company, after we hired them to first figure out why water was leaking through our ceiling light fixture and then fix the problem! Frank Jr. and his dad Frank Sr. are legitimate in their:-Quality of Work;-Knowledge and Training;-Work Ethic;-Honesty; and,-Willingness to actually help their clients, instead of trying to take advantage of them like SO MANY OTHER plumbing/restoration companies do.Thank you gentlemen for actually being GENTLEMEN!!

Highly recommend Frank & his FJC & Company - especially to help fix water damage!My kitchen had been flooded by an upstairs neighbors water issues with their kitchen faucet. I was super unnerved as this was one of the first personal water damage issues I had to deal with in my life.After interviewing 3 different services and getting the heads-up from colleagues that my time was coming up short before I had to completely re-do my kitchen, I went with FJC & Company. Not only was he to the point but super friendly and empathetic (and nearby)! And he came with several strong reviews. Although perhaps not as well known as some of the others, I felt like I was in good hands, and my intuition served me right.Frank quickly assessed the damages; brought in the right equipment (several huge fans and dehumidifiers); cut open the necessary areas without making everything look like a mess; and used sprays to make sure that the area was not only dry but also clean of mold.Of course, the process is noisy, but I made sure to usually camp out at a nearby Starbucks to work, and my bedroom was far enough away, where the sounds of the fans going all night to help with the drying wasnt too much of an issue and reminded me of sleeping alright on a plane.Frank also had a great recommendation for a contractor to help patch things back up together and was super prompt in responding to all the messaging and carefully explaining the process the whole way through.Again, would really recommend Frank for this kind of work and super grateful.

FJC & Company is amazing! My home had 2 water leaks and Frank restored them to better-than-before condition. When we contacted Frank, he came out the same day. He diagnosed the issue and started the job the following day. Frank was super organized and worked with our insurance company as well. Thanks for making our bad situation easier to deal with! Hoping it never happens again, but If so, we would definitely use FJC & Company again!

Not only did he help restore our bathroom after a major leak, but he didn’t price gouge us like some of the “larger” companies out there do! I am glad I used a family-owned company. We had a leak from our kitchen located upstairs that leaked into our guest bathroom directly below. We contacted Frank and he came out right away, inspected everything and checked for mold. Turns out we had mold! Frank quickly came in to contain the affected area and work on the mold remediation. Frank took measures to wear a mask and foot booties when entering our home. Would recommend them to friends and family for SURE!

Ive used Frank on a couple of occasions. 1) Had a leak that was flooding under the house. He talked me through how to turn off the water until he got there to repair the pipe. 2) Toilet backed up, cause some not so good problems under the house. Repaired it and did a great job on the clean up. 3) Replaced part of the pipe from house to the sewer. Pipe shifted over time. Sent a camera down to see exactly where the problem was. Could have been a lot worse, but it wasnt thanks to Frank. Does great work and very reasonable price.
