We had to adjust the location of the gas line shutoff for a new stove. It involved crawling under the house and making a few plumbing adjustments. I was not up to the task so I posted a request the web and got multiple responses.I scheduled 3 appointments for estimates and only one showed up as promised.Israel, from High Speed Rooter & Plumbing, showed on time and we discussed the issue.Israel said he would have to get under the house to give a true estimate.Once he was able to see the situation he made a couple of adjustments on the spot then came back from under the house an was able to cut a notch in the floor and anchor the gas line into the correct position. All done in about a hour.I recommend High Speed Rooter & Plumbing.Responsive, Professional and easy to work with.A special thank you to Israel. He is one of those folks that is totally professional and yet his personality is so friendly and generous. He left and I feel like I have a new friend.Thanks for such an efficient and reasonable fix to my case.

One night, when we were all going to take shower, we noticed that both bathroom toilets clogged and water came out of the shower drains. It meant we were not able to use toilet for the entire night until the plumber fixes the issue. There was no emergency plumber comes out at night. Therefore, I left messages with some near by plumbers. Early in the morning, Frank from High Speed Rooter called me trying to understand the situation. Since it was very urgent, he came quickly to look at the issues regardless how far he was. Before starting the job, Frank patiently and thoroughly explained to me on all the possibilities and solutions along with the price. He used camera to look at the inside pipe and showed me how bad the clogged was. Thank goodness, he was able to fix it within an hour. He could have done only very minimum, but, he went above and beyond making sure everything is correctly, nothing left behind. The plumber came 3 times for leaking problem. He was not able to fix the problem by the third time and gave wrong diagnosis. I ended up hiring the handyman that works for our building. The handyman diagnosed and resolved the issue (leaking problem) in 10 minutes.Please do not waist your time and money on the incompetent plumber.I learned my lesson and I will not have anymore business with this company.

I had a professional tech (Eddie) with great customer services. You will get a PREMIUM estimate and on the very high end. Make sure you are truly comfortable with the estimate….before you give the green light. You can work with the GM for a fair deal or if you are not happy with the final result/charge. The GM will listen to your concerns and help you sort things out. Overall, professional meaner and a good high class style business and i really mean…High-class. Good luck to all!

Tried to charge us $375 to come out to simply snake our toilet during a sewer emergency with which our city was involved with in our neighborhood.I charge a fraction of that to take care of your childs life under anesthesia. Think about that.

I dont know why I bothered trying to figure out my plumbing issue on my own. Once I realized our septic tanks needed to be pumped, I called up High Speed Rooter and Plumbing and within a couple hours had someone at my home with an estimate and not even a couple more hours after that my tanks were already getting pumped. Finally gave up & hit up HS Rooter on ThumbTack around late afternoon, got an immediate response & was accomodated for the next morning.Jesus was a top tier technician - he arrived early, assessed my toilet, unclogged it, & thoroughly explained necessary repairs, all under ~45 min. Pricing is pretty much a steal, dont waste your time & efforts trying to fix it yourself.I highly recommend Jesus - informative, professional, superior & quick service - 100% going to be in contact for any future issues.

Have a clogged drain and Jesus was sent to rooter it clean. Unfortunately, the clog was in the wall and worse than expected; Jesus was very thorough in walking me through the problem and why it existed. He got an estimate from his supervisor which was pretty hefty and he was very respectful when I said I wanted to make a few calls and get some comps. He didnt charge since he didnt fix the problem! He asked to call when I got the estimates if they were lower, to see if High Speed could price match. Overall an excellent experience and I hope to use them ultimately to solve the problem.

We were woken to the sound of the sink pipe bursting and flooding our hallway. Upon arrival, Richard professionally assessed and clearly explained the issues along with the necessary steps to solve them. Once things got underway, everyone involved (among which included Richard, Jovanni, and Santiago) were very thorough and professional. The work was completed effectively, and the repiping went smoothly. Service was top notch, the response to the call was quick, and they went above and beyond in helping us.

I made an appointment with Frank and had him pick the day/time that best works for him. On the day of the appointment, I waited and waited around the timeframe he provided. When I messaged him, it turned out my appointment was scheduled for the following week! In addition, he told me he was not in that day and that he should have checked in. What kind of shop is this guy running where he cant keep appointments that he committed to? No apologies nor tried to work something out with me. Frank obviously does not care about new customers at all. Do NOT recommend this guy. Poor excuse for a plumber if you ask me.

Having gone through this experience, I might say it all depends on who you hire to perform your sump pump installation. This team showed me how honest and experienced is at giving me some different options not to have additional plumbing-related costs. So if you need any service related to sump pump installation or replacement, you would better contact them to have some other convinient alternatives that dont affect your pocket. About the drain cleaning, they offered us the most unerring method to get it fixed right away. They have lots of options for that service so we just can simply say that it was very effective and efficient. I used a couple of other companies for drain cleaning before but it doesn’t compare to what this plumbing company provides, exceeding our expectations with the results.

If you have a problem like clogged drain pipes, I definitely recommend the hydro jetting drainage that this team work with. Hydro jetting does a very effective job of removing major obstacles on your sewer system, beside hiring these experts who know their business. I recommend them to complete all plumbing jobs quickly and thoroughly.

Call these jokers if you have nothing to do and want to waste time and get the run around. Booked an appointment with them for a next day service based on their availability. Said it was a standard $90 for a rooter if you have a cleanout. Appointment was for Saturday morning and the call about an hour and a half before to confirm and they said someone would be on the way. Two hours later I call to see whats going on and the technician isnt even on his way. They have to call him to track him down. They call back to say that the technician is about 25 minutes out and if I want the service theyll give me a 10% discount for my trouble =$9 for at least an hour of my time waiting AFTER THEY BOOKED AN ADVANCE APPOINTMENT AND THEN CALL TO CONFIRM IN THE MORNING! Said I wasnt interested and the person on the phone who probably isnt at fault said shed call the owner to see what else they could do. No thanks. Theres actually respectful businesses who Id rather give my money to. As a note if you get referred to a speed rooter service as a good one this one clearly isnt it. There another speed rooter in LA that I think I was supposed to call. I should have known based on the bad Google reviews.
