When we first arrived, we saw there was already dispute between Leon and another customer who claimed the wrong cabinets were designed and sent (which should have been a red flag). Leon confidently pointed out it was the customers’ mistake and did not admit fault. At that time I chose to believe Leon because he is super nice (when there is no issue and trying to make a sale).However, a few weeks later, the same issue occurred with us. When we gave him call, instead of owning the mistake and working with us for a solution, he immediately puts the blame back on us and starts yelling and claiming x,y,z were confirmed and even photos were pulled up, etc. However, we went with a few people and we were certain that the conversation he claimed we had did not occur.In summary, your experience will differ depending on your luck (if he happens to make a mistake).

Good company, they get the orders out on time.

This company was horrible to work with. The worst service I have ever received in my life. And awful quality. We spent several thousands for new cabinets. Half had defects and when I went in person to get some replace the rep Leon was too busy with his lunch to help me. Half of the cabinets were damaged or split. They tried to blame the installer (we used the installer they recommended). Please please please go elsewhere to buy your cabinets. You will regret buying anything from this company.

This company is very bad companyThey don’t have stock and the service is very slow. I only have to wait two or three hours when I go here and I really do not want to go there again.

Really bad customer service they dont care if you are standing there for 20 minutes they just pass by you dont ask how they can help you and when they do they just say come back in minutes we are in lunch

The sales person was a great person, however the technicians didnt speak english and they did a poor job in cleaning up after themselves.We were not told that we will have to deal with the plumbing or electrical in the beginning. The cut the counter tile on the drive way leaving the entire new drive way that was sealed a week ago completely damaged and didnt even bother to clean it up.I would not recommend this company .
