This review is for Jose from drain buster’s. Jose is an excellent technician and very personable! Very very knowledgeable excellent service I would recommend Drain Buster,’s Jose, especially to anyone and Will refer his company to all my friends! Great service, totally satisfied!

We recently experienced a water leak in our main service line and sought quotes from several plumbers. None of them could match the estimate provided by Drain Buster. When it came to the work itself, I couldnt be more impressed. The team was highly professional and provided excellent customer service. They fixed the leak with remarkable precision, creating just three small holes without the need for any trench digging—like a surgical operation. I highly recommend Drain Buster for any plumbing needs.

Called them up from learning that a neighbor used them in the past for some plumbing work . My neighbor spoke highly of them and now I know why! Needed my sewer main to be replaced, Jose came out gave me a free estimate. Very nice guy he was , however just to be sure I had to get another quote cause I’ve been burned in the past. Drain buster Rooter and plumbing’s quote came in $2500 less. Do yourself a favor and use these guys! Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere! 5stars for drain buster rooter and plumbing !

I am very pleased with the work done by Drain Buster. Jose Palima and his crew were very professional the whole time they worked at my residence. They fixed my poorly installed water into a great looking and safe water heater. They fixed the venting pipes so they are properly connected and run clear past the roof. Fixed some badly installed wire someone put in as a brace with professional looking straps. They replaced a very Shakey looking enclosure with one that was the proper size. They also placed the water heater onto a proper platform that looks solid and balanced which far better than what was there before. They cleaned up after everything and took away the junk from the old water heater.Thank you Jose Palima and your crew for a great job. I highly recommend Drain Buster Rooter and Plumbing.

Very Excellent experience. I called them at 8am and by 11am they were at my house fixing the issue. Very knowledgeable techs. Explained what the issue was and what it would take to fix. Very friendly and they gave me a really good price. Definitely recommend for any plumbing issues. Will use them again

WELL our pipes were backed up in 2 rooms so we researched a good and responsive discount price plumber. Drain Buster is the real deal. They answered their phone right away and provided a next business day appointment. They provided a discount price. They came on time and the Hydrojet has been done and line has been cleared. They were polite and professional. We are running various tests now to make sure everything continues to work. The guys were great and I’d like to give them a great review.

Jose was fantastic - cleared out our French drain in less than an hour. Super fast, helpful, showed me everything he found during and after - just all around excellent experience. 10/10 would recommend and hire again!

The technician Orlando is very skillful. He is also very efficient. I live in Rosemead. I had a shower handle cartridge problem. Needed to cut it off, and replace it. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He finished the job in one hour, including commute to buy new parts. He had the right tools. The other contractors might be able to do it too. But he did it so quietly, and quickly. He made it such a small job for him. He was also very considerate. He volunteered to clean up the shower room after the job was done. His price was also reasonable, compared to another quote I got. I definitely would recommend him!

Drain Buster was referred to me by a plumber doing work in my kitchen a year ago. They cleaned out the drain at that time, warning me that there were many roots that could continue to cause problems with my 56 year old pipe.. One year later I called them back and they did a complete replacement of pipe, plus a liner. Complete Professionals. They have fixed all the issues we had with a faulty plumbing job that was done by another contractor. Cant say enough good things about them. Completely dug out a 8-ft hole in my front yard like nothing. All I can say is that these guys are amazing when it comes to plumbing sometimes you think you know it all I’m a plumber myself but i’ve gotten myself into some jams where I’ve called Drain Buster and they’ve come and bail me out and by far they are second to none I love working with them very reliable and always on time
