After thoroughly evaluating various contractors and reviewing multiple bids for the conversion of our covered patio into a permitted interior living space/dining room, I selected Miron and his team at LA Home Construction because of their quality workmanship on a similar project for another customer, seamless communication, and competitive pricing. Throughout the renovation project, Miron, his project manager Pascual, their in-house crew, and subcontractors were all exceptionally cooperative and professional. They were always on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the renovation project within the estimated timeframe and on budget.Being impressed by the quality of their work, I engaged LA Home Construction for an additional project to update a ¾ bathroom and laundry room. Thanks to their efficient work, we were able to host my daughters 10th birthday party in our new expanded interior space!Our entire household couldn’t be happier with our added and refreshed space and will absolutely use Miron and his LA Home Construction team for any of our future home renovation projects.

LA Home Construction helped us rebuild our bathroom after we had water damage from upstairs neighbors. The team did a great job in many ways - 1) they were very much accommodating of timeline I needed to finish the jon due to personal reasons, 2) the workers were diligent, always showing up in a timely fashion (which often times isnt the case with other construction workers Ive worked with in the past), and most importantly, 3) they really went above and beyond to deliver high quality, thorough job even on stuff that was outside of original scope (they were extremely helpful fixing something that a different vendor had messed up). Really had a pleasant time working with LA Home Construction team and we will definitely hire them again for our next job!

My condo turned out absolutely beautifully! Miron, David and team did such a great job. I ended up adding more and more as things progressed, but they were accommodating and always available to answer any questions. This was my first home purchase so I really needed guidance and patience and they gave me both. They also have contracts that I didnt really get from other contractors which is why I chose this group because I felt a lot more comfortable. Im planning to remodel my bathroom later on and will use them again!

We recently completed a home renovation project with LA Home Construction and, overall, our experience was satisfactory.The communication throughout the project was consistent, and the project manager was responsive to our inquiries and concerns. However, there were instances where we felt a bit more proactive communication could have enhanced the overall experience. It wasnt a major issue, but it did leave us occasionally seeking updates.The construction teams were competent in executing the project. The craftsmanship was good but there were a few minor details that required correction. Thankfully, the company was responsive in addressing these concerns, and the necessary adjustments were made promptly.In terms of timelines, the project took longer than initially stated.A bit more foresight in anticipating potential delays would have been helpful.We appreciated the professionalism of the construction team. The workers were courteous, and the construction site was generally well-maintained.Our experience with LA Home Construction was ultimately satisfactory.

The quality of work is absolutely unacceptable. Cracks started appearing in the walls just weeks after completion. They refused to fix it and blamed us for “improper maintenance.”

We recently worked with LA Home Construction for a deck with pergola, We had previously worked worked with Miron while he was a project manager elsewhere and he managed our entire front and backyard hardscape including a red wood deck. Already then he impressed with his attention to detail and constant communication.It took a long time on my part to decide for the right pergola and decking material. We went through several rounds of drawings of deck layouts until I thought it just right. Miron was not fazed by my indecision and if so he did not show it.When we finally started construction Eduardo was his foreman who did an excellent job, making sure every last detail was considered, he familiarized himself prior to starting on how to build a pergola kit that we had ordered on our own and worked carefully to not waste any of the precious timber tech. He was cooll, calm and collected, easy to communicate with and nice to have around.It came out beautiful, we are very happy and will hire Miron again for our next phase of remodel to open up our living room window front to the deck. I highly recommend Miron and his team!

My family and I searched for months for a contractor to help us renovate a portion of our 100 year old duplex. After interviewing 8 contractors, Miron from LA Home Construction came by and felt the most honest and confident in what we wanted to accomplish. His bid that was right in the middle of the other bids.From beginning to end, one of our favorite parts about working with Miron was his communication. Any questions, concerns, or changes that we wanted to make along the way were addressed promptly. He’s quick to update and deliver paperwork and contracts, and was on top of the payment schedule in a streamlined manner. Most importantly, Miron is kind and always available. He took all of our questions, large or small, seriously.We did make a few significant changes to the scope of work along the way, and the workers and sub-contractors all made room for the changes without hesitation.The project turned out great. From asbestos/lead tests, to demo and the replacement of termite damaged wood..from drywall/painting, new vinyl floors, electrical updates and central heat and air installation, everyone who came to work here was kind and good at their jobs.I was living in the apartment during the renovation, and a few times I had to remind the crew of this- so that the dust and debris would be better contained with plastic and floor protection. I know it’s hard with multiple trades coming in and out over 8 weeks to keep that in check, and in the end I do feel like our home was treated with respect.Pasqual and his construction team, Roy and his HVAC crew, and Eyal and his electricians are all welcome back. We plan on hiring LA Home Construction again for future projects.

I purchased my new home without a shower door and needed a custom shower door installed. LA Home Construction & Team were incredible from beginning to end. The owner was very detailed and thorough with his follow-up even as I had not been as responsive due to my being busy. During the LA rains at the end of ‘21 our roof got a leak and after a few estimates it was clear that LA Home Construction would provide the best value and service. Miron ran the project and was responsive and helpful, there was even an issue with the paint drying and a patch needed. They came back and fixed it with no charge and they were prompt. After an electrician came and left a disaster of my bathroom (holes all over the walls) - LA Home Construction quickly responded to me with a quote, scheduled quickly, took less time and money than they initially asked for, and did incredible work.I was in crisis when I reached out and they held my hand and helped every step of the way. Now my bathroom looks incredible and theyll be my first call for pretty much everything I ever need.

We hired LA Home Construction to build a deck for us on our rooftop. We chose to have material from Trex installed, which required them to prepare the decking by installing a massive underlying support structure as the surface of the roof had a slight slope for water drainage. The team designed the support structure to ensure that the decking materials were completely straight and flat, but retained spaces underneath for water drainage.In addition, they took our somewhat creative idea on design for the decking and managed to implement it so the final result looked exactly like we had envisioned. We could not have been more pleased with the final result.The final product is smooth, flat, and very sturdy underneath. Extremely professional job!I will also add that the job required the crew to bring everything up a narrow staircase to the fourth floor of our building, which they did by hand. It added additional challenge to the design, but the crew handled it very well, bringing hundreds of pounds of materials and equipment through our hallways and staircases with no damage to anything.The crew working on the install was extremely professional, considerate, and thorough as well, ending each day of the project with cleaning and vacuuming the work areas on the roof, and sweeping the stairs to ensure there was nothing left behind overnight.We can’t say enough good things about the work that they did, and are now looking forward to furnishing the rooftop deck so we can enjoy some beautiful LA weather outside!!

They did an absolutely terrific job tiling our Hollywood hills home. The house is almost 100 years old and all its walls are out of alignment. LA Home construction did a brilliant job not only tiling, but also disguising the problems of an old construction. I have worked with a lot of Tilers and Carmello is absolutely one of the BEST. Miron was very good about keeping me posted. All the work was timely, including when LA Home Construction had to make up for mistakes our plumber made. I recommend them very highly.

We are very pleased with the work LA Home Construction did on a backyard remodel consisting of covered deck, pavers, and turf. The covered deck design has some 45 degree angles to accommodate the adjacent driveway so layout and construction was more complicated than many decks, and the crew pulled it off extremely well. We got exactly the look we were going for. The crew worked through the project at a good pace and very efficiently handled delays for a number of rainy days. A great experience, and we look forward to using their services in the future.

My partner and I were looking to installing a skylight to open up our converted warehouse space. LA Home Construction recently completed a backyard renovation for us, including replacing our tile driveway, and building a beautiful deck, painting, repairs, new windows...basically the works. We have done work on our home in the past, and Miron and his team outdid themselves and our expectations with the work they did. First, Miron put us at ease immediately with his manner and the clear indication that we would be getting a fair price. We did get other quotes and can confirm Miron was honest and competitive throughout. I have always said the most important thing in a contractor is trust and knowing if there is a problem (and there ALWAYS is) the company will stand behind their work and fix whatever needs to be done. Miron has had to come back a couple of times to fix things that were not necessarily easily noticed upon first glance. While the issues were far less than I anticipated based on past experience, without fail LA Home Construction has proven completely reliable. We are taking a break for a bit before our next project, but once we are ready, Miron will be on our speed dial as our first call.

Miron and his crew are just great! We got a great price for a large backyard deck extension and the craftsmanship by his crew was excellent! His guys, Ismael and Hugo were at work early every day, and were able to complete the work in about 5 days. Miron was always responsive and a pleasure to work with. All of these guys really know their stuff.UPDATE: We had Miron back to convert a bathtub to a glass-tiled, walk-in shower. We got the same high quality workmanship from his employees and at a very reasonable cost. I never thought I would find a contractor I could trust.SECOND UPDATE: Mirons crew returned a THIRD time to rebuild a number of doors, windows, eaves, flooring and porch railings. All the specified work, and even some extra we didnt expect, was done promptly and of very high quality. Miron is my go-to guy.

We hired LA Home Construction to overhaul our backyard in the summer of 2022 and wanted to wait a year before leaving my review. I can confidently say that the quality of their work is excellent and absolutely holds up over time. We had our grass lawn completely removed, and had pavers, Trex, and turf installed. They also fixed our severe lack of drainage and properly graded everything so nothing would pool by the house or the middle of the yard. The drainage they installed works exactly as expected, our house & crawl space have zero leaks and theres no longer water pooling in our yard like before. The paver work they did looks phenomenal and has held up great. The Trex deck is gorgeous and sturdy, we use it everyday and love entertaining on it.The pricing was competitive as we got 5-6 quotes for the job, they stayed on schedule with some changes given change orders we wanted part-way through, and most of their team does excellent work. Would hire again, we have many projects still!

We hired LA Home Construction for 2 bathroom remodels. Miron including the rest of the crew were extremely reliable, knowledgeable and available at all hours. Very happy with the outcome. Only issue was that it took twice as long as quoted but as expected with remodels I suppose. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for any house remodel projects!

Miron and his team helped us with a large renovation after water damage we had to deal with across the house. He is very direct, honest, and easy to work with. Given the amount of work and complexity, it was good to have someone I could trust to consult what we should do and very transparently discuss new items as they were discovered and any additional costs. At the end, whenever we found any issues, there was no concern that Miron and the team would fix the issue. For example we had some bathroom wall stone chip and we tried to find a lower cost solution. But when that solution didn’t look good, Miron offered to replace the chipped area and have it restored to a state we are comfortable. Miron takes pride in his work and it shows. Highly recommended.

I used LA Home Construction to remodel the front of my home. Miron, the owner, knows his stuff and was very helpful with good idea input. Pricing was very competitive, inline with other bids I sought. The actual workers were great, showed up on time each day, very competent in their skills and simply worked all day. I would use LA Home Construction again.

Miron and his team were very easy to work with and did a fantastic job sanding and refinishing all of the exterior wood within our townhouse complex. The developer ended up using the wrong sealant when they finished the construction, and LAHC had to painstakingly grind off the old finish before applying the new one.The team was neat and tidy, and were extremely friendly and accomodating to the residents who occasionally had to ask them to move scaffolding or vehicles out of the way. I strongly recommend LAHC.

Mirron and Omar were super professional, fast, and thorough. They came in after another contractor botched a pretty simple bathroom update and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Id definitely work with them again!

I called Miron and LA Home Construction, back in November for renovating our 2 bathrooms and flooring. Miron was great and responsive to all questions and issues that came up.Our bathrooms turned out great, for our master we removed the bathtub and turned into a standing shower. Omar, his foreman, was great to work with and ensured everything was done right. There were a few issues with the smaller guest bathroom, but Miron resolved them to a decent level of satisfaction.Our floors turned out great as well and Freddie was great to work with.

Miron is very responsive. His team did a great job on shower, tiles and installing vanities. All of the concerns that Ive raised during the process were addressed and resolved.

This contractor did a medium sized job for me and most of it went well. his subs need close supervision by you. he does do what he promises. honesty is rare and hes honest.

Miron and David did a full re-paint of my guesthouse as well as added new copper gutters and downspouts. They were communicative and the work looks great.
