My first experience with BHSH was in 2018, when I was looking for an expert to assist me with my universal remotes and automation system at my Hollywood Hills property. Jay presented himself professionally, had an extensive working knowledge of our hardware, and made quick work of the task at a fair cost. A year or so later, I asked Jay to come back and propose replacing my outdoor deck speakers and some first generation Sonos equipment. It was at that time when Jay discovered that one of our two subwoofers in our cinema wasnt functioning properly, and he was proactive in having the unit repaired by the manufacturer.From the onset, Jay and his associates have always been respectful of my schedule, my curiosity when it comes to learning as much as I can about modern technology, and receptive to my overall goals for the home. His company always does a great job of taking the time to educate us when it comes to new products and changes to our system. BHSH always delivers as promised, and whenever I have a question, there has always been someone there to respond in a reasonable time frame.Over the course of the last six years we were always treated with the same level of expertise, and whether it was our music system throughout the home, the new wifi network they installed, the incredible URC automation system, the surround sound system in the Family Room, our gate controller, or even our motorized projection screen and custom surround sound configuration in the Master Suite, we know were always going to get the best from Jay and his company.

Jay is the only one we trust for such an important part of home design and function. Even when he moved the business to Beverly Hills, it didn’t effect his long term care for us. We were so happy to learn that his company is able to serve both coasts! His commitment to the job is unusual and welcome!! His meticulous work ethic combined with stellar skill makes him stand head and shoulders above the rest. We are beyond pleased with the systems he put in place in our new home. He showed patience with this non tech dinosaur to make certain I understood the new technology.5 stars, but I wish I could post more!!!

BH SMART Homes installed a new zoom project in our board room. The cameras, sound system, microphones are top notch and world class. Jay was very thorough with his work and did a great job!!

I found him through a friends direct referral, and he came by for a consultation and listened to what i was looking to do, he came up with a unique and reasonable solution, worked within my busy travel schedule, kept my home exceptionally clean and left me with a system beyond what i thought was possible. I can’t wait to work with him again….Five stars!
