Fabian has done many jobs for us, hes done an earthquake valve, refrigerator water line, a recirculation pump, updating some hose bibs, as well as the water main master valve.Hes done a great job with each, he has become our go to plumber because of the quality of service he provides including checking in after the job is done. Hes easily reachable and answers any questions one may have about a job. He makes sure to explain exactly what he has done and why. Our house is old and were sure it gives him a challenge, so we are glad he came back after the first time 😅We feel grateful to have found Fabian! An added plus is the cats love him as well!

Fabian installed an automatic shutoff valve that my insurance required. I called him and he literally came the next day and it was done. Fastest plumber I have used and also the lowest price. Definitely saved Tight Grip in my phone as my go-to plumber. He also gave me the letter I needed for insurance the same day. My install was not straightforward either. I needed someone who could work around my setup and Fabian pulled it off. Highly recommend him.

He was able to replace our faucet that had a bolt in a tight spot and badly rusted and needed to be cut off. And when he called him for a different issue, he was able to quickly identify the problem, got the part and took care of it the next day. He’s very thorough with great communication. Fabian did a fantastic job fixing shower handle. The cartridge and mixer needed to be replaced and he was able to get it done fast on the first go around. Had the most competitive quote and honored the price he quoted. Other plumbers wouldnt give a quote and wanted to come inspect before giving a quote. would highly reommend!

I would just like to say Fabian is the kindest plumber . What an honest guy. He came out and help me. I had no hot water for five days he was here within a couple hours. I saved over $700 with this guy. The other plumber was overcharging me. He went above and beyond to replace my water heater and even took my old Water heater. I definitely recommend him. He went above and beyond.

Fabian is fabulous!! We needed to replace a bathroom faucet, drain and also needed new angle stops under the sink. Fabian came the same afternoon I contacted him even though it was at the end of the workday. Fabian has an easy manner that makes you feel like youve known him for years. His work is flawless. He works fast, and is always thinking of the customer first. I had really old angle stops that he was able to remove and replace without problem . But when he tried to install the faucet I had bought ahead of time he found the easy to use hardware that came with the faucet would not fit under my sink. Fabian didnt flinch. He suggested several ways he could solve the installation and let me decide. I opted to get a different faucet and he agreed to come at 9 am the next morning to install it, all at no extra cost. He showed up on time and completed the install in 45 minutes. Fabian cleaned up his work area so it looked like he had never been there. His prices are as good as his service, so he is now my go-to plumber. If you have a plumbing problem, call Fabian. You will not be disappointed!!

Thank God for these guys. The second I called they would tell me that they would be at my property in one hour. The estimate came to nearly exactly what he quoted, and was very clear with communication. The other quotes that we received from other plumbers were almost double. Thank God we went with this team.
