Kevin Nuno is crazy talented. He evaluated everything same as I did; (I am also a plumber) got quick to the problem and fixed it immediately. There is so work that needs to be done but I’ll take care of that after the holidays. If he ever wants a new start we would hire him in a minute!! Amazing representative of your company. Great job

Kitchen drain became plugged late in the evening. We called to have Rooter Man plumbing come out the next day. Jonathan was our service rep. He was able to arrive 3 hours earlier than originally promised, which was a real help to us. Unfortunately our problem was more severe than a simple snake could handle. He called to have a second truck come out with a high pressure flush that was finally able to do the trick. At all times Jonathan and his partner were concerned about keeping the work areas clean both inside and outside the home. They did a terrific job and we still managed to keep our early dinner date with friends. I will call them again the next time we have a plumbing issue.

Fixed our leak. Rick was very courteous and professional. The company was easy to schedule with. We only got a half hour window, unlike another company that wanted to keep us waiting for a 2 hour window. They called an hour before to remind us before they came out too. Overall, great experience!

I asked them to solve a sewer plumbing problem and agree to pay an overpriced value but what I got instead was a toilet removal and inspection. Once all was removed then they came back with another quote 8x higher. Their behavior and posture was not to the level of the service they claim, full of jokes and sarcasm when you need professionalism. Be careful.

Sako was wonderful, professional and did a great job. He showed up when he said he would -he finished the job in a timely manner and showed me everything that had been done. I was kept informed by Text when they were going to arrive along with knowing who would be here to do the job. So glad I went with them and him!

Harry (Rooterman) came to my home, my kitchen sink backed up. He arrived on time, looked at my sink (which was now drained) went to my DS bathroom, turned on the shower, vanity and flushed the toilet. No worries. We then went down to my garage and discovered a drain pipe LEAKING. It was rusted out and entirely compromised. Harry refused to charge me, saying, I did no repairs. There is no bill. I was stunned. That kind of integrity nowadays is rare! I will not hesitate to call them for help in the future.

Orlando showed up promptly at the time that was scheduled. He was kind and informative. He explained to me what causes kitchen plumbing backups, how snaking temporarily deals with the problem and the different stages of remediation. He was transparent in our discussions, quick to get the work finished, and pleasant to talk with. If I have sink problems again Ill certainly be calling Rooter Man. 10/10On a side note, I did call Roter Rooter first and they tried to tell me that it would cost $600 to snake the pipe. I threw the tech out of my house. Rooter Man did the work for $50.

Jacob was very respectful and skilled. He arrived within 30 min from calling and fixed our toilet back flow issues. He explained step by step what he is going to do to solve the problem. He fixed our problems in two hours. I really appreciated his help.

Sammy came out and quickly pin pointed what the actual issue was (it wasnt just a clogged toilet). He was friendly and took the time to explain what was happening. His supervisor also came along and both were knowledgeable. They recommended a service and confirmed the main issue. Our sewage pipe had settled. We were offered two potential solutions. They were honest, empathetic, and patient as my husband and I were making our decision. Highly recommend Sammy and this company!

After many attempts trying to clear my bathroom sink drain myself I called Rooter Man. My appt: was between 3 & 4pm, but they called back saying the rep. could come earlier which he did (2pm). Gary A was clean, polite, willing to listen to my explanations, & questions, & give thoughtful answers, and completed the job quickly. Very happy with this Rooter Man experience.

Plumber clean the main pipe the first time, then a couple hours later the same problem came back, called them back, and now they say they have to charge me again!!! , they didn’t fix the problem first timeWhy should I pay again, which they did not do their Job…. Now they are not warranty the Jin they did in the same day… the are trying to sell me to do the hydro jet cleaning, which cost $600

Johnny and his crew from rooter man plumbing are extremely professional, on time, and quick. they replaced sewer line few year ago and recently came and provided line clean out and rooter serviceso. I am extremely happy with their work , will definitely recommend them to friends and family

Rooter man was a great experience! We had a clogged kitchen sink on both sides. Gustavo first cleaned the sink pipes and then snaked it to 25 foot, to no avail. He didnt charge me since the drain was still clogged. He recommended some home remedies to try, which I did, but they didnt work either. So he came back next day with hydro jet and camera, located problem, and fixed it in less time than expected. Gustavo was so polite and helpful throughout, answering all of my questions, and walking me thru each step. And he left things very clean when he was done. I highly recommend Gustavo and Rooter Man Plumbing:)

We had a clog in our line connected to our kitchen sink. Normally it just involves a clean out. So, we thought we’d try Rooterman. When he got here, we realized that the plumbing was actually leaking pretty badly under the house. He said he really thought it was the toilet and that just doing a clean out of the line would not do the trick. I explained that if it was a larger job that we’d have to get our plumber that is connected to our landlord instead. He understood And leftI appreciated their honesty and understanding. Will use them again when we just need to clean out. And perhaps this is The beginning of a better longer relationship.

On a Sat called at 3pm ish desperate and service was here at 5pm. Very pleased with the promptness of service. Richard was great 👍 friendly and knew his job. Finished in 15 mins boom done. I tried for a couple hours and knew I needed help. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and most certainly will do. Josie deserves praise as well. Took the details very well and attentive to the details with a friendly Demeanor. Can’t wait to have another plumbing problem.

Plumber Harry N was great! Very professional and courteous. That being said, the actual company would not honor a coupon that they posted on their website and was clearly appropriate for me to use as a first time customer. I spoke to someone, at the company. I explained how this visit fell under the coupon instructions/ restrictions. They asked to speak to the plumber. Yet, STILL, would not honor the coupon! Either way, HAD to get my sink fixed. So, ended up just giving in, and paid the much higher price that they charged. Needless, to say, I will not be using this company again. Once again, Harry N, however, was awesome. He WAS successful, at declogging, my sink. And, he was very apologetic that he was not allowed to honor the coupon.

Our technician came out because our tub stopped draining and a sink was slow in our upstairs bathroom. Now this house is around 65 years old, has sheet rock walls and ceilings, and old pipes. So they couldn’t fix it easily and had to go through the wall. Then, because of the old pipes, they had to go through the downstairs ceiling to get to good pipe. All this took quite some time, and Eddie our technician was very cheerful and professional throughout. He even was careful to keep the open wall closed off when he wasn’t by it to keep the cats from trying to get in. He explained all the steps he was taking and showed us the pipe that was clogged when he was through. I would highly recommend Rooter Man Plumbing OC.

I am posting this review on behalf of my husband, Terrence Smith. Edgar was very knowledgeable and thorough; I called him to come and clear a blockage in our kitchen sink. He arrived on time, (he was very cool and laidback) and went right to work. When our drain would not clear, he gave me a step by step explanation, showing me at every stage what the issues were. He gave me a quote that encompassed all of the repairs needed. At no time did I feel that he was pressuring me to agree to the repairs. I would definitely use this company again and would request that they send Edgar to service our home.P.S I called in to compliment Edgar to his manager and was told that the manager was out and would call me back. I didnt get a call back but I realized that it may have been they expected something negative! Could be farther from the truth-Edgar was great!Thanks!Terry Smith

Woke up to find a real nasty mess coming out of a pipe in the yard. From the minute I called it was friendliness and professionalism. I got a technician out in a couple hours and just by looking, the technician Mike D gave me an answer of what the issue was. Roots in the line. Sure enough that’s what the issue was. We highly recommend and will personally definitely use them again.

Santos arrived on time and was very professional. He assessed the situation and assured me that he could fix the problem. He worked diligently and did a great job.My only other comment was that the work was a bit more expensive than what I had estimated, but Santos made it very clear to me how much it would actually cost before he started the work.I am very satisfied with his work.

Very helpful in explaining the issues and how it is supposed to work. They answered all my questions in detail. They also did a very good job in keeping the work area clean and leaving it like they found it. They were also really prompt about being on time and showing up every day until completion.

Gustavo was polite and got the job done quickly. When the outside drain access could not be opened without potentially damaging the pipes, he did not pressure me about accessing it from inside the house, which would be more expensive. He gave me different options about how to try to solve the problem, but I decided to have it cleared from the inside. He was able to unclog the drain and gave advice about how to prevent it from happening in the future.

The service technician arrived rapidly, however was ill equipped to provide the service required.Then attempted to up sell for thousands of dollars in services.He couldnt un clog a toilet ($49.00)?then attempted to up the sale to a diagnostic charge($69.00)I paid the $49.00 even though the game wasnt worth it.I should have sent him away with a see you in court.I may go to a small claims court just for the principle of it all.

He knew what he was doing. Had the right equipment. Came out on a Saturday. Had a great attitude! Fixed the sewer problem in the shortest amount of time. Charged a very reasonable price! I will never call Roto-Rooter again after using Rooter Man Plumbing!!!!

Rodney was a great worker it took him a while to fix my old leaky sink plus it was clogged , he replaced the old parts and he has very good customer service skills very friendly very knowledgeable and respected my living situation and financial pocket, lol! I hope I don’t have to use a plumber again but if I do I’m requesting Rodney! :)

There were roots clogging the sewer pipes. They replced the pipes and lined the last part leading to the City sewer line. They were courteous methodical professional. They finished the job on time and cleaned up very nicely after the job. We are very happy with their work.

Tony promised to be here at 5:30 PM and he was here- he assessed the issue and opened our clogged drain. This is the 2nd time we have used them once for outside drainage and today inside. We are very happy with their work.

We had a major plumbing issue that had to be dealt with right away, and required a replacement of a 58 main pipe. Gary showed up as scheduled, about an hour after we placed our call. He and the whole crew worked incredibly hard in a 100+ degree weather outside on a weekend to assure we would have our plumbing back ASAP. They were very respectful to us and our tenant. I used this company seven years ago to do a drain cleanout for my kitchen. They gave me good service then, but their service now is even better. Why? Because they are using all the available technology: SMS, email, and phone. I scheduled my service for Sunday and got a phone call asking if I wanted them to come an hour earlier. How often does that happen? I got SMS messages when my technician was on the way and when he had arrived. He was neat, professional, and thorough. After he left I got an email and an SMS message checking on how the service was.I highly recommend this company. Their prices are very competitive. Make sure to do your research!

Greg came and took care of the clog right on time. I had Rooterman do a repipe previously and was told that I wouldn’t have to snake the drain ever again after the repipe, but they came out in less than 24 hours and took care of the problem and Greg told me what not to put down the drain if I wanted to avoid another snaking. This company was great. They came out on a Sunday morning exactly when they said they would, and perform the service quickly and at the quoted price. Would definitely use them again.

Rooter-Man came out because we had a main sewer line backup & an older clay sewer line. They did convince me to replace the entire sewer line, which wasn’t inexpensive. Ultimately, we replaced a bunch of older sewer lines in our house with new PVC—and they did warranty all their line work (for something like 50 years). I will say, whenever we’ve had an issue (which isn’t all that frequent), but if there is a clog, Rooter-Man shows up the next day (or sometimes same day) to take care of the problem. They’re always courteous and they stand by their work. I don’t know if they have the best prices, get bids, but their work is good and they stand by it.

I dont know how this will work, the charge is 1500 for a job that not sure to fixed the problem. I dont care if is 24/ 7 service or not. But with that price and not sure the problem is not fix is not right. Oh yeah, even I dont use the service, I have to lay $50 for it. Not happy it this. Is a 0 star.

Three men came in three separate trucks in a deluge, and proceeded to attempt clearing my drains. My house was flooding because of them. They fought and fought until they succeeded, and I couldnt be more thankful for what they did especially in this awful rainstorm. I would recommend them in an instant.

Rooter man was horrible! I had a $49 coupon which they did not want to Honor! However, Fernando was so kind and so sweet through the whole thing and cleaned out my sinks in about 10 minutes! I highly recommend Fernando, but I will never recommend Rooter man! They interchangeably use the job titles of rooter-man and plumber when they are two completely different job titles! They placed an ad on the Internet, “Friday only $49 for drain cleaning”. But when Fernando got here, they did not want to honor it and wanted to charge me $125 after I had already confirmed with Cassandra over the phone that it would be $49 to clear my bathroom sink!!! Not realizing she was on speakerphone, she told Fernando That she had told me it was going to cost $125 which she never did! I intervened and threatened to call Better Business Bureau on them and they ended up only charging me $49!!!! Sometimes you have to fight for what you know is right!

Arman was not able to clear the clog in the main drain using the motorized snake. But, he recommended to do a jet water clean to ensure that the clog will be cleared. The problem is I have no budget for the cost to do it. So, I am giving him 5 stars because it is not his fault that the drain is still clogged.
