Called, and they said they would be at my house 30-40mins and they never showed up! Not even a courtesy call that they wouldnt make it. The following day, I received a call that they were going to my house. I told them not to because I had hired someone else. At that point, they said they didnt make it because they had an emergency at a restaurant. Well, that courtesy call would have made a ton of difference!

I had a sewer blockage and this was at 9pm on a Friday night. I tried 3 or 4 Plumbers that were “24” and none could come out until the next day.Luckily I found Best Quality Plumbing and Sergio said no problem and was out to my house in 15 minutes.He took care of the blockage and left with one happy customer.I’ll be using him from now on. On Sunday morning 04/07/2024, he was at work in Simi Valley CA replacing my leaking water heater with a new, quality water heater. Not only is Sergio fast responding and very competent, but he is also the best when it comes to price.

They removed a cracked pipe from my mainline, including all the roots and replaced it with a new pipe. About 6 hours of work. I am very grateful for the work. Sergio, the company owner pointed out a faulty job not realizing his company had done it. They replaced pipes due to a gas leak at my 86 yr old mother’s home and pipes used were wrong type. Once I told Sergio it was his company, he seemed to regret having pointed out the faulty job and assured me he would take care of it. After not hearing from him, I called and he was rude and angry and blamed technicians. He told me to take it up with technician despite the fact that technician no longer worked for company. I spent 3 months trying to contact him by phone and text, to which he has avoided and not responded or returned calls. $1,600 this company pocketed. So if you like giving money to scammers, go right ahead and hire them!

We had a bathtub shower cartridge replacement. The guy was very nice and professional. It took 40 minutes for the service and the price was $450. The delta cartridge is $70 with tax if you buy it at Lowes. According to Angis article on Oct 2022, the average cost for the shower cartridge replacement in LA is $290, so their price is higher than average. The service was great but I probably get an estimate from other places in the future. Im happy its fixed though!

My original 30 yr plumber retired, and my hot water heater was leaking onto my floor and carpet. I frantically start searching for a plumbing company, other companies could only come the next day. I looked for Best Plumbing company and Best Quality Plumbing company popped up with a few others. I choose them, Im so Glad I did, they came in 1 hour and installed a new Water heater and all connections. Service, clean up and professionalism and was pleasant to have them working thru my disaster........ However, They will not be my new go to Plumbing company..because I didnt buy their hot water heater, but choose my own brand Reem they took advantage of me and way over charged me for the installation. After talking to two other plumbing companies ( one that completed my whole house plumbing and the other whom is my New regular Plumber, I was over charged. They charged me Double the price. They charged ne as if they sold me their hot water Heater, when j bought my own. Crooks is all I can say. BEWARE.

Sergio and Joseph were out to my house in about a half hour after calling and this was on a Saturday. I had a leak in the main water supply just after the water meter so the repair was my responsibility. They had to remove the concrete meter cover and dig to clear and clean the pipe. They had the job repaired, tested and cleaned up within two hours. Nice job guys!

Our water heater was leaking. We called Sergio last night, he and the crew showed up this morning. They recommended to replace the heater because the heater that we had was too old already. Sergio took his time explaining how the old heater got the leakage and how we could make sure the new heater stays in good health. The price was affordable and got the job done within hours.

I would highly disregard any other plumbing company unless it had the name Best Quality Plumbing. Called ten other neanderthals that presented themselves as incompetent and illiterate.Sergio came out within the hour of me calling them. They immediately dove into a malicious sixty year old clogged pipe that could have been dangerous if not treated as priority, which is exactly what they did. They dove right in and got the work done, not in the easy way, or even the correct way (which they did), but the way that seemed more suitable to my needs.
