I recently had an exceptional experience with Flood Brothers Plumbing and wanted to share how impressed I was with their service. I had a serious issue with toilet paper and human waste backing up and covering my front porch from the pipe leading to the street sewer—a problem I’ve unfortunately faced multiple times over the past few years.Brandon, who handled my service, was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He began by snaking the pipe and showing me photos of the blockage, which really helped me understand the situation. I decided to have the pipe cleaned out with a hydro jet, and they returned the following day to complete the process. During this, Brandon discovered a broken pipe and made sure I was informed every step of the way.The next day, while I was at work, the team came back to dig a 4x4x4 foot hole in my grass and repair the broken pipe. They documented the entire process with photos and completed the repair with a 5-year warranty. When I came home, everything looked perfect—you wouldn’t have known such extensive work had been done.Brandon’s attention to detail and excellent communication made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Flood Brothers are truly the best for plumbing, and I highly recommend them!

This is the 3rd time we have used Flood Brothers and we highly recommend them!! They are fast and diligent. Brandon scheduled same day service, quickly found the issues and went above and beyond to fix the clog, leaking disposal and other plumbing around the affected area. My absolute favorite company! They have saved me numerous times this past year. Emergency late night water pipe burst, sewage back-up, gas leak etc. Everyone I have encountered has been excellent. They are consistently Expedient, Professional, Knowledgeable, Reliable, Extremely Attentive, Kind, Efficient and just an all around great group of people. Tracy has been our MVP multiple times. Jerry is one of the most professional people I’ve ever worked with which is great but his humanity and his kindness are really what stand out. He helped me and my daughter multiple times when I was really in a bad spot. He is decent. He is generous. He takes his work very seriously. I not only back his work, but this man has character and I’m so lucky to have found his business. He also really takes care of his employees.

I scheduled a service to clear a clogged drain and due to miscommunication on my part, I missed them. I thought they wouldnt want to come back out but they were HAPPY to! I have never had a more AMAZING experience. Tracy was prompt, polite, knowledgable and took care of my clogged drain in a few minutes. I live in a large condo complex and I asked if he could give me his opinion on a water temperature issue I and a few neighbors are having and he was happy to weigh in on that - free of charge! I will be telling everyone I know to call Flood Brothers... starting with YOU, Google review reader ;-)

So far so good. All I’ve done so far is schedule for work to be done. Brandon viewed the house, but he had an issue sending me the estimates. He was responsive once we determined the estimates had not come through, and he’s answered all of the questions I’ve had so far.

Excellent customer service! They were a little late to my appointment, but they were very apologetic and sent someone out as soon as they could. I was able to get a quote. Flood Brothers Plumbing has done work for me before. This time Phillip came out and checked my toilet and showed me what was happening. In essence, the sediment that I was seeing at the bottom of the toilet bowl was nothing more than mineral deposits from hard water in the tank. He told me what I could do and it was a very quick and easy visit. I appreciate his honesty, in the end I dont have a plumbing issue. thanks Flood Brothers!

They came on a Sunday for my plumbing emergency. Main pipe collapse. They assessed the situation quickly, and after trying a few options, they replaced the pipe and everything was done with excellent care, professionalism, and speed. It’s my second time needing help from Flood Brothers. Philips who came again and remember my house getting serviced before. This time my water pressure regulator valve is bad and my pipes getting some hammering sound. Philip assessed and I mentioned my tiny scenario. He did not hesitate to give me advice on how to replace it and as I mentioned I have all the parts already. He helped me replace it in less than 3 mins without even charging me! I highly recommend Flood Brothers!

Late on a Friday afternoon we discovered that our clean out had overflowed and had backed up. Our old plumber of 20+ years had recently retired so we found ourselves in a bind. I went on Google in search of a plumber and, after reading dozens and dozens of reviews across multiple sites plus doing some thorough research myself, I chose Flood Brothers. I called them up around 6 PM and they put me in touch with Philip, their emergency serviceman who scheduled my appointment for the very next morning, a Saturday.Philip showed up for what I thought was going to be a simple snaking of the line to clear out the blockage. He used a camera snake which unfortunately showed a crack in the clay sewer pipe leading away from the house. Less than an hour later his crew (Santos and another guy) showed up and began the tough work to replace a section of the pipe. About three hours later the pipe was replaced and the problem fixed. Philip came by the next morning to inspect the worksite and complete the invoice. He was extremely nice and communicative about everything.All in all we were extremely happy with the service from Philip and his crew from Flood Brothers. It looks like we have found our new go-to plumbers. Many thanks to Philip and his crew!

Flood Bros Plumber came out and gave me a quote to fix leaky Moen shower faucet. Quote = $575. Other companies quoted $250 and $185. So I award Flood Brothers 1 star for being far too expensive

Weve been looking (again) for a solid, go-to plumber this year. Weve had Flood Brothers out on multiple occasions and have been very pleased with their service. They are quick to respond and set up an appointment. They arrive on time. They take time to understand the issue and explain how theyre going to fix it. Ive used this company twice, once to install a new toilet flapper and another time to repair a broken sink. They were punctual, communicative, and affordable. They are easy to schedule, without having to wait weeks for an appointment. They are always willing to look at other plumbing related things while here and offer advice on how best to tackle them. They even wear shoe coverings when in the house. Would recommend!

Phillip was our technician and he was amazing! He was professional and friendly. We had a water pressure issue and possible leak on our main line due to some tree trimming. He assessed the problem and gave us a reasonable quote considering the work. Seeing how concerned I was, he went the extra mile, investigated and discovered that the main line was accidentally turned off by one of the tree trimmers. I had thought the knob he discovered was inoperable but he got it to work. Crisis averted! There was no leak and the water pressure returned. He then waved the emergency fee and wished me a happy holiday. I will be calling them again. Thank you!

I’m very happy with the service that Flood Brothers / Brendan + Philip provided!I recently had a difficult plumbing issue at my house in Valley Village, and found Flood Brothers through a Google search. They had far more customer reviews than any other local plumbing service, so I called in and booked an appointment — for the next day, since it wasn’t an emergency situation.The first thing that tipped me off that I’d found a good company was that Brendan and Philip actually arrived when they told me they would - Brendan texted me in the morning to let me know they’d arrive between 9:15-930, and they got there at 9:20. They proceeded to do a full walk-around to understand the issues, and were quick about providing an estimate services, with helpful explanations of what each line item involved. They found major clogging issues that I wasn’t even aware of.After I approved their estimate, they came back to perform all of the work that same day. The issue was solved within about 4-5 hours of them first showing up (it was a pretty involved service). Paying was quick + easy, handled with an online invoicing portal.I had a question about one of my sewer lines the following day, and Brendan took the time to come by and check on it for me — free of charge.I’ll definitely be calling this company next time I have a plumbing issue.

So glad my neighbor recommended them! Flood Brothers came out after my late-night call around 10pm. They diagnosed the issue and came back the next day to hydrojet. After using a scope, it was clear that a section of pipe needed to be replaced—directly under a stone patio. Obviously this was a multi-step/day and expensive process. Elias was fantastic running the project as site lead. They were clear and helpful the entire time, from accurate ETAs and transparent estimates to answering our questions. They also cleaned up the site after every round of repair. (I have had other folks come by in the past to do plumbing or other work on the house who left a mess in their wake for us to clean up.) Everyone was friendly and efficient. I don’t want to have to call them in the future for a plumbing issue…but I’m relieved to know I can.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink due to the connectors between the pipes and the p-trap, as well as the pipes themselves, simply being old. We had another (large corporate) plumbing group come out and give us an astronomical and unreasonable price estimate for the fix, along with a big timeline in which it could get done. Uncertain, we decided to call someone else for a second opinion, and are so glad we did! Not only did Flood Brothers come in at a much more reasonable and realistic estimate, and give us the estimate for free (the other guys charged us just for the estimate, no work done at all), Tony was professional, punctual, and honest about what really needed to be done. He was able to fix the leak and replace the pipes the next day in about an hour (much faster than the other company had said they could do it). His work was neat and he cleaned up everything spotless afterward. And he fixed more than the others had offered to fix at a fraction of the cost! He was very polite and answered all questions knowledgeably and professionally. We were so impressed, and plan on using Flood Brothers for all of our plumbing needs in the future from now on! Were so glad we found you! Plus, we are so happy to be supporting a local, family business.

Flood Brothers was excellent from start to finish. I had a plumbing emergency involving massive pipe buildup/clogs, and they took the time to explain my options. At no time did I ever feel like they were trying to sell me on anything. They were good to ask me what my personal needs were and what they could do to achieve them. Both Brandon and Brendan were really nice and knowledgeable people who kept me informed every step of the way. The crew was efficient, communicative, and always on time. Flood brothers came over 1 day after I called them to change a gas valve in my house. They were courteous, fast and responsive. However, I felt that the price was pretty outrageous and after the job was done, I felt like I’d been had. I agreed to a price of 685 dollars, which was initially 725. I was quite surprised by that price, because changing a valve didn’t sound sound like a complex, expensive job, so I assumed that it was more work than I expected. However, the technician finished the job in wat was literally 5 minutes. In essence, I felt like my ignorance about plumbing was taken advantage of to overcharge me for something that was quite simple.

The quote giving to me was several times what I pay usually so I pass on it, I am going somewhere else…

Fanstastic experience from my first call to Flood Brothers... Responsive, fast results for a gas pipe leak that we needed repaired ASAP. Other plumbers were not available for days, Flood Brothers had our gas back on within 24hrs at a fair price. Glad to have them in our phonebook and would highly recommend to others.

I highly recommend Flood Brothers - lovely Brendan in particular - after receiving fabulous service from the company on two jobs. The first was complex, replacing the sewer line that cut through my back yard and required having the team here for a few days. The work was done quickly, ahead of the timeline quoted, and they kept the disruption to a minimum. More recently they fixed an issue I had with my toilet. Great communication, fabulous work. Wish I could give them 6 stars!

Chris arrived a little earlier than the time window the scheduler had offered when I made the initial call. He did the work cleanly and efficiently. He was courteous on the phone too. I also asked for a quote for toilet replacement but ended up going with my old handyman.

Flood Brothers came out to unclog the kitchen sink drain pipe under our slab floor…it took 2 days but we were happy that they honored their 20-year warranty for replacement of our old sewer lines that they did 3 years ago. Jerry and Elias and Anthony were all great, very thorough, courteous, and kind. Drain was ultimately unclogged, and although it took two trips due to a lot of gunk, all’s well that ends well, and we did not have to pay anything, due to the warranty! Thank you “first day” guys, who cheerfully came out in the pouring rain!

His team investigated the problem, snaked the pipe, and determined the best route with minimal concrete removal. The job was completed by a team of 4 brothers who completed a 3 day job in 2 days. Daily, Mike reviewed the work with me to ensure my satisfaction.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a plumbing service, period.When I experienced a leak late at night coming from my closet, this was the first service that could send someone ASAP.They were able to find the leak and shut off the water immediately.They came back the next day, fixed everything and got the water back on by midday.The drying process was immaculate, and the workers kept the place pristine.Communication was seamless and I always knew what to expect.There were no surprise charges, and the work was completed in a timely manner.I could not recommend them any higher.

Flood Brothers have always done a great job for me, and Phillip recently handled a very challenging task, replacing the sump pump for the plumbing in our exterior bathroom. Not an easy task, but they got it done fast, and left the place looking like there never had been a problem.

I called Flood Brothers because they had many good reviews and were local. The operator who made my appointment was helpful and quickly found a time slot that worked for me. The technician called ahead to let me know what time he would arrive, he was timely and courteous. He figured out the problem, got the parts and fixed it sane day! Overl a great experience.

From start to finish, Flood Brothers were professional, prompt, and accurate. They gave me a fair estimate and reduced their fee as well. The problem was with leaks in my flooring that made the wood floors buckle. They put up plastic sheeting in the two areas of floor removal, with zippers to access. When I mentioned that my mom used a walker in the house, they added two zippers for access so she could get through. They were accurate in their time assessment, and when the new wood floor installers came afterwards, they commented that their job was made easier from the efficiency of work that Flood Brothers did. I would definitely recommend them for your flood or leak issues.

I reached out to them because I suspected a water leak. Giovanni came out quickly and checked everything for me at no cost. He was very professional and thorough. I would definitely hire them if I ever have a plumbing issue.

Brandon S. was great. He called about 20 mins prior to arrival. He was quickly able to identify the the issue and the fix needed. I was worried as we knew there was a large possibly hed have to punch a hole in the wall to access the problem, but he worked diligently to solve the problem through the original pipe opening into the shower saving us over $800. Very professional, enjoyed the tech that came by to inspect the job, but I am not going with the company because they tried to charge me $3,350 to replace two toilets. Other bids come in around $800.The job would probably take 2 people 2-3 hours total, if even. 1k - 1.5k charge per hour? Good joke.Still giving 4 stars because they were professional, which is more than I can say for other plumbers Ive spoken too. If you dont care about the money Im sure theyd do a great job.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful my experience was with Anthony and especially James from Flood Brothers. I had a major plumbing emergency and the plumbers Id used before were unavailable, so I literally did a search for plumbers online and found Flood Brothers. They were so lovely on the phone, were able to rearrange their schedule to address my situation in a timely fashion, and were thorough, professional and so nice. They spent over four hours at my home and took care of everything. I am indebted and grateful, and they are now my plumbing company for life.

Incredible service. My toilet got backed up at 9PM and water started leaking through the sheet rock on the first floor. I found Flood Brothers and they answered the phone and sent Junior to my house within 30 minutes. He fixed the issue and also found other issues that needed to be addressed. The Flood Brothers plumber who came to my house, Leon Castillo, assessed the problem we were having with a bathroom shower and a separate bathtub drain, explained in detail to me what he thought could be done, and then proceeded to do the job. (This was two years ago: apparently my review did not actually post at the time. My views are still valid as of now, Feb 2024!) No hard sell about needing to tear everything up and replace pipes. However. Since nothing is ever easy, he had to pry up the drain grate in the shower, which clearly had not been removed in probably 50 years. He managed to do so and then de-clog the drain. Yuck enough—all disposed of expeditiously with no mess left. At the end, he rejiggered the grate into place, having managed not to damage it. Ditto for the tub, which also had its issues with very old fixtures. Anyway, it all worked out. Leon was on time, listened to what I needed and did everything efficiently. Masked and socially distanced throughout.

I recommend Jerrys work! Will definitely request him for when were ready for our shower. He was so incredibly thorough.

Wasted my time. Quoted me a price for drain clean out over the phone and once the technician showed up they wanted to charge me 4x the quoted price. Ended up going with another plumbing contractor who cleaned out the drain cheaper then the first quoted price.

I called to get a quote and they scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. The guy on the phone said they would come between 3-5. Then they sent a text saying 3-6. It was 5:50pm and I called the office to see why they didnt show up, the girl that answered said, let me call the technician and see what happened and ill call you back. She didnt get my name, number or anything. She never called me back and no one ever showed up. That is very unprofessional. Probably saved me time and money. If they are this unprofessional about coming out to do a simple estimate, I would hate to see what its like for them to actually do a job. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Floor Brothers was quick to answer our initial phone call and schedule our appointment for 3 days later. They werent able to provide any kind of quote in advance, which I understand since they dont know the scope of repairs. The driver arrived within the promised time window and called in advance.Unfortunately, this is where things went a downhill for me. The technician took a look at our toilet flap device and dishwasher pipe (replacing a short rubber bent pipe) under our sink, and quoted us $338 for both, claiming that it would take a lot of work. That already sounded steep to me. To my surprise, he was finished with both repairs in a total of 15 minutes or less, with parts he had in his van. After he was done, he seemed to be in a rush to leave, but I wanted to make sure everything worked. The toilet was repaired, but the sound of the water is now EXTREMELY loud - about 3x louder than what it was before. I raised this to his attention, and he didnt even care to try to fix it and claimed that its because the water pressure in our house is too high. I dont understand how this sound was not an issue before he replaced the flapper. He seemed to be in a rush to leave our house but didnt hesitate to tell us we should install a water pressure regulator at our house at the cost of $1,500. He then offered to check the pressure of our water, but claimed he couldnt find his tools to do it.In the end, I feel like we overpaid for these services and were left with a ridiculously loud toilet flush and mediocre customer service. I wouldnt recommend this company.

HUGE job Well DoneI hope no one reading this has to deal with what we just went through. But Im glad we called Flood Bros. to deal with it. There may be cheaper solutions. But I cant imagine there are better ones. Sewage began bubbling up into our bathtub and shower. Toilets overflowing. Sinks not draining. Our regular plumbers... (who have been here a lot lately on drain and pipe stuff and didnt suspect a thing), were too busy. So I went to Yelp, and saw these guys, called, they were super responsive, came right away. The job turned into (frankly) a worst nightmare situation, with the entire sewer line needing to be dug up and replaced or relined. Demolition of concrete, the works. But Brendan and Chris were so solid and transparent and clear that at no point did I feel like next steps werent Absolutely necessary. It was expensive, no question. But the trust I had in these guys, and (just as important) the workers they brought to my home, was never in question. They were awesome. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Solid A1 service.

My problems started on New Years eve. Flood Brosnan was extremely responsive and out the next morning. The clogged drains ended up resulting from degraded , collapsed pipe on this 100 yo home. After extensive camera work, the location was identified. This job required tearing up the street as well as part of my entry to the property. They did a great job, trying to inflict as little demolition and slab break up as possible. They communicated regularly and kept me apprised of all things going on. The employees, foreman and on site workers were all excellent to speak to and work with. They answered questions and worked with me when I had questions regarding pricing and process.Waiting for city inspection slowed the job, a bit, but at the end of all this, we are very happy with Flood Brosnan and would highly recommend them for major and minor plumbing and sewer issues.

Had these guys come out for a Pipe repair before my sons birthday party, I expected the last minute repair to be an arm and a leg. When they were done and handed me the bill I was shocked at the price. They resolved the problem, quickly and without any additional charges. Our first floor was flooded and the sewer was backed up due to the rains and a cave in of the connection to the city pipe. Total disaster. These guys worked their butt off to fix the problem. Took two weeks and a LOT of digging. Replaced a damaged pipe and a destroyed connection to the city sewer line. They also did the remedial work inside the house. Tony came to repair, what I was told by a dishwasher delivery man, was a leaking turn off valve. However when Tony looked he said the valve was fine. Instead it was the current dishwasher supply line that was leaking. This line ironically would have been changed out with the new dishwasher that was to be installed. The good thing is that Tony did find a crack on a different valve and replaced it for me. He explained everything clearly and answered many questions I had about something else I’m going to replace later. He was very patient and kind.

I have them install a water heater in my home and they were in and out in a flash and left no trace of their presence other than the positive memories of them blessing me with hot water once again. Filthy cars. I was behind the black van on PCH with the license plate O35O5C3 and they were constantly throwing taco bell sauce packets out the window. Really smart doing that in a work van, especially into driveways of the waterfront houses that all have cameras.

Nothing wrong with the service guy, but he did try to upsell me for a simple tankless water heater service. $1,000. The tank cost me $750 when I purchased it. Anyway, I called another company and they came out the same day to service is for $225. These are hard times for everyone guys. Let’s try not to rip off the ladies like we aren’t smart enough to know when we’re being messed with… 1,000?! It’s insulting…

Flood Brothers Plumbing, and specifically Jerry, provided my husband and I with the best experience we could have ever asked for during our incredibly stressful situation. After our condo began to flood, we called another plumbing companys emergency hotline, and got no answer. We called Flood Brothers and they answered immediately. Within 2 hours, Jerry arrived at our home and spent the next 7 hours not only fixing our pipe, but flushing the pipes of the entire condo building. Jerry was calm, cool, collected, and was an EXCELLENT communicator. He thoroughly explained each part of his process, leaving no questions unanswered. Its so hard to find someone who genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of their customers these days, and we were blown away by how thorough Jerry was and how professional and clear he was. We cant recommend him enough.

They will send a camera down your lines for free ! That way they can give you a correct estimate . Every other service I called wanted $500 to do that and then give me an estimate. Diagnosed a problem 3 other plumbers said I didn’t have, then tried to sell me on that AND the actual fix. Won’t be calling again.

We had a misbehaving toilet - flush weak and sluggish despite plunger and snake. Called Flood Brothers this morning; they said theyd have someone here mid-day; plumber arrived early after having called to let me know he was on the way. Polite, personable, masked and wore booties. Looked at the toilet, made a minor adjustment to water level AND DIDNT CHARGE FOR THE VISIT! Renewed my faith in humanity. This company will handle all our plumbing, large and small, forever. An absolute unicorn of plumbing.

Sub-pump quit working after the heavy rain the eve of Christmas eve. Wasnt sure Id get someone to show up on Christmas eve but Flood Brothers came to my rescue. Flooding had already subsided but the sub-pump drain was still full of water and were due for an even heavier storm tonite. He got it working and together we cleaned out the trapped mud so hopefully theyll be no more issues. Fast and efficient and they stand behind the work.

My Plumber, James, was at my house when promised. He had booties and gloves on, and a great attitude! James inspected all my toilets, and then went to his truck, returning with a black trash bag, disinfectant spray, and the toilet rooter. He fixed the problem, disinfected the toilet bowl, and then asked for a toilet cleaning brush and cleaned my toilet! I have never had a Plumber make that offer!James from Flood Brother’s, and their Scheduler, Denise were fantastic!

First time working with Flood Brothers. The plumber was experienced, thorough, and service oriented. Ultimately he fixed the problem, but the responsiveness and approach deserve praise regardless of the result.

Sunday morning our sewage main stops up completely. My best attempts to snake out the sewage main fail. Called another company first but no call back after 30 minutes. Then called Flood Brothers, they answered immediately and sent the sewer snake truck to my house that morning. Unfortunately, this did not work as the blockage was too solid so they sent their high pressure drain cleaning truck. This unstopped the drain immediately. Then used their camera snake to see that the cause was my cast iron sewer was very rusted and cracked on places which was why the snake could not work. Further repairs probably needed in the future but the drain is unstopped for now.All their employees were very nice and worked hard to protect everything which could have been soiled during their work.

Brandon came and assessed our multiple issues (a repair and a drain clearing) and handled them right away. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took care of all our issues. Will be using Flood Brothers again in the future!

Called Flood Brothers for a non urgent leak and they scheduled time and arrived early. Love when that happens. They orchestrated the leak expert and were present as we went through the findings which luckily, seem to need a minor repair. I didn’t use them for the repair as my gardener was en route and had replacement valves for the issue on hand. Chris G was great and I’d highly recommend them for others. Hopefully, I’ll never need them again :-)
