Its not an easy task to find a reliable contractor. I took my time and interviewed many highly recommended contractors and finally I decided to hire California Home Builders to remodel my kitchen. The project started on time and it was a great pleasure to work with this contractor. The project manager and his working team was very professional, disciplined and hard working people. Everything was finished within promised time and within my budget. The quality is excellent and design so beautiful. I+m so happy I found a reliable contractor and I would definitely work with California Home Builders again!

I received 4 quotes on my bathroom remodel and I decided to go with the most reliable contractor, California Home Builders & Remodeling. Their working crew showed up on time, worked hard, finished ahead of schedule and did everything as they promised at the start of the project. The results are spectacular and my new bathroom is perfect. My whole family love it!

After I contacted and received quotes from several recommended contractors, my final decision was to hire California Home Builders & Remodeling. Their offer was most acceptable and they are most reputable company. As I expected , the project went without any issues and it turned out fantastic. This guys are fantastic! I hired California Home Builders for a full bathroom remodel. My bathroom was old and in a bad condition and I wanted luxury and high quality modern new bathroom. And California Home Builders did exactly that, excellent job but at very affordable costs. I cant recommend them enough!

We got a flyer on the door and we called to get an estimate for a patio enclosure. Art who took the information was very professional and sound experienced and was patient. And politeWe got there estimate and finally we move forward. Excellent job we love our patio! I’d definitely recommend this company as they know what they’re doing and are efficient kind and courteous .

Kitchen renovation not completed on time. Seal on sink not repaired. Construction materials left on my yard for a week.Currently complained on kitchen ceiling panels uneven and marks of nails protruding.Trash on kitchen floor not done on a daily basis.Concrete slabs,dirt and pieces of lumber left on the floor for more than a week which was a hazard for us.Complain on floor foundation was not attended. Causing the floor to squeak,bounce back when step on. Currentlykitchen floor is not leveled.Decline to repair foundation.

I gave 1 star because, at least they called! BUT this company refused to pursue my project deeper because I refused to bring my husband right away to the preliminary meetings, even though I explained that he is busy but will come aboard when I am ready. They called many times, by the way, to try to get my business BUT still refused to work when my husband will not be around! I finally asked them to STOP bothering me! Wives NOT trustworthy? Not capable of discussing NUTS and BOLTs?? And Manager asked if I can start the project right away within the month if they work with me. Pressure! These approaches gotta change!

Landscaping work is flawless and Ron is one of the best in the business. Been referring him to anyone who needs work done on their houses. Cant thank you enough.

EVERYONE!!! Steer far away!! Contractor has a skeleton crew of new hires! Has jobs 2-5 yrs never done! Does not have a good list of subcontractors to do anything. Irvine racket club is over 2 yrs and not even footings done!!! ADU expect over 2 yrs to finish . Starts new jobs to advance old jobs. Don’t fall into The Harry trap!! Where he tells you about his entertaining/dancing!! He will drag your job and out YOU, in debt. His timelines mean nothing. Clients BEWARE!!!Don’t believe me google “1828 Sumar dr in Costa Mesa”The entire neighborhood hates this guy. House is been run down and rained on for 5yrs. Uses it to store trash!

We needed a kitchen remodel done. After having a few contractors over for an estimate a friend of ours highly recommended that we go with California Home Builders. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Their prices were very competitive, but more so was there knowledge, punctuality, and honesty. Very rare in this business. Job came out great and on time. I would definitely recommend them. In fact, I will never have anyone else come in for another estimate again. Such a relief knowing that you found the one!

Wow horrible, bad customer service. Bad experience. I don’t know what happen to my 1pm appointment but multiple people called at once acting like they were the same company. Got bombarded with 6 calls two hours before 1pm appointment. Everyone fighting as to who had my appointment 1st. Very scary stuff, very unprofessional. I didn’t know what to do and who was who. And how to approach the problem. Ivan who claimed to be the manager and a problem solver cancels the appointment about an hour 1/2 before they were supposed to show up. This company makes Home Depot look bad. Very sad how things went. I was excited for my backyard project and they turn it into a horrible experience. Ivan never called back like he said he would and I think made things even worse. Don’t work with Ivan. Not a very helpful person. And be careful with their employees. Their company culture is very unprofessional and cutthroat. All I wanted to do was a gazebo, some window glass doors and remodel my master bedroom 🤷‍♂️. They sure know how to spoil the fun of remodeling your home

Very unprofessional. You better be prepared to know what youre doing because they dont lead you in anyway NOR do they update you daily (which was promised). Not good customer service and pushed for easy fixes. Did not seam like anyone was on the same page and no on included myself (the customer).Will NEVER use again

Seems like they might have a lot of fake reviews. They dont properly communicate and are very unprofessional. I had an appointment with them and they never called me to tell me they would not be coming. I had to reach out to them.
