We used Olson Superior Plumbing to remove a BBQ gas line we had installed years ago. Patrick was our technician and he was awesome! He was so polite, so respectful of our property, and communicative on what needed to be done. Even our dog enjoyed the experience! Kelly in Customer Service, who set up our order, was also extremely friendly, helpful and polite. We will definitely use Olson again and will recommend Olson to our family and friends in the area!

Reached out to Olson Superior Plumbing due to a restroom leak. Scheduling was quick and easy and they set me up for an appointment next day.Communication was great the day of and Kurtis was on time and friendly. He provided excellent advice on some issues he saw and the proper(and most cost effective) solutions for each. Then he resolved the issues extremely efficiently and kept me updated each step of the way. I highly recommend Olson Superior Plumbing and Kurtis for any future plumbing needs.

Richie was terrific.. He was able to diagnose why the master bathroom shower hot water…wasn’t very hot.He explained to me what he wanted to do and got my approval before he started the repair.. I am now getting hot water again.He did the yearly maintenance on our Navien tankless and said everything looked good.He made recommendations for future work needed to be done throughout our home but advised it didn’t have to be done right away. He was honest and courteous. He also did a whole house safety inspection.Five star rating for sure. I would have given him 10 stars if that was a choice..Great experience with Richie. We were very impressed with Luis and Olson Plumbing. We called on a Sunday afternoon when our water heater pipes started leaking. They called us back first thing Monday and came out that morning. They had to cut into the drywall to get to the pipe. Their prices were fair and they were precise/clean with the hole they cut. We are very happy and will be using them again, if needed.

Just moved in to a new home, and wanted to inspect my existing water heater. One thing led to another and ended up moving my water main to the garage, replacing my water heater with a tankless, installing a water filtration/conditioning system and moving the location of my heater from the laundry room to the garage. All this to say, it was a fairly significant effort.The Olson team showed up a day prior to the property to confirm all that needs to be done and required equipment materials.The day of, they showed up, on time and began work throughout.We were staying at the house while they were working. Honestly, if the tools used didnt make a sound, I wouldnt have known they were there. They are immaculate during the job, and are extremely careful with your stuff, and clean up everything as they go.The job was supposed to take 2 days and ended up taking 4. The guys were there every day, working from dusk to dawn, and left the place spotless by the end of it and with a job very well done.They are honest, patient, and always professional and courteous, and are reasonably priced. I will be going back to them for any plumbing projects we have in the future.Update (08/02/2024): I had Olson come through for another small job to remove some unneeded gas line. They quoted me for the job, and when they showed up, and found that the gas was dead on it, they suggested a cheaper solution, and saved me 80% of the originally quoted solution. I still stand by my opinion that Olson is a go to for any plumbing work.Thanks, Olson team!

I could not be more pleased with the service from Olson Plumbing. The two men who came out to check my house for a slab leak were friendly, professional and thorough. Luckily, the problem turned out to be a faulty meter. As they were checking in the garage for water leaks they also detected the smell of gas and they found that my recently purchased dryer had been installed incorrectly by the company who delivered it. They fixed the issue and really saved me from a potentially very dangerous situation. I highly recommend Olson plumbing. Ill never call anyone else !

Olson is our go to plumber. We needed their help setting up our new dryer. Olson sent out Enrico who did a great job with the set up which involved installing a new gas valve.

When I had trouble replacing my kitchen faucet, I turned to Olsen Plumbing. The mount bolt was rusty, so it was impossible to loosen it with a screw driver and locking plier. Steven (the technician) was very professional and friendly. He neatly removed the kitchen faucet and installed a new faucet. He did his job very carefully. He also explained the current process in detail and further pointed out potential problems that could occur with the water valve under the sink. And the prices were very reasonable compared to other plumbing companies (I quote 5 companies). I highly recommend Olson.

We had a toilet leak and scheduling service was very easy and prompt. The technician, Louis arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and professional. The pricing was fair and reasonable. We decided to obtain estimates for additional services - changing an old garbage disposal system and replacing a showerhead. Olson Superior Plumbing has a live person answering calls to setup appointment. Most business’ ask you to leave a message. It was nice to get a real person on the phone. The person who setup my appointment was very nice. I only needed my bathtub drain cleaned and was reassured the job would get done without no issues. The appointment was set for the next day to fit my schedule.The plumber, Josh N., text and called with his arrival time to my home. He was on time. Upon his arrival, Josh , checked out the job and provided me the cost. He got to work, finished the job, and made sure all was clean in my bathroom when the job was finished. He explained everything he did and showed me pictures. Overall, Josh was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable of the task and of my water heater inspection. He was friendly and polite when discussing the plumbing job. Josh is an excellent representation of Olson Superior Plumbing - ‘Superior’!

I had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night and called Olson Plumming. Emily answered and was able to send Logan and Francisco to help. They were incredibly helpful, informative, and transparent about everything.

Communication is the main reason for the 2 star review. The information given during initial quote led me to believe Olson Superior Plumbing would snake my sink and clean out traps for a given price. It was not until the day of service I was told it was 190 dollars per location. What I thought we agreed on for 190 was actually gonna cost me 570+. Also charging $40 to remove a P-trap but never mentioning that to the customer until day of service. Finally, agreeing on the phone to inspect with a camera afterward for no additional charge, yet day of service attempting to charge my wife extra for the camera. I am hesitant to bring my business back to Olsons Plumbing and recommend all customers to get a written invoice before service.

From start to finish, Olson provided excellent customer service. I was blown away with the professionalism from Kelly who took my initial call to Mo Magana - the technician. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with Olson Plumbing. I had a hose Bibb that was leaking and I had twisted the pipe. The technician was able to weld a new one on and new pipes from the house too. Very quick and quality work!

I had a re-pipe done by Olson Superior Plumbing on May 28, 2024, a special thank goes out to Reyes Martinez, who works in sales. The workers were busy from the moment they got to my house until they left at 8:00pm on May 29, 2024 (two days). They sent a master plumber to my house twice and made sure I was satified, I have nothing but praise for work they did. Jairo was so attentive and it was truly a team effort by the workers.. Great job of Repiping our whole house. Great clean up after the job. Job completed to my satisfaction.Couple words of advice to consumers:1. When the plumber crew show up at job, they ask you to sign the contract, dont sign the contract until you have read the contract to make sure, terms are exactly the same as promised. In my case, the manager who promised the terms were different on the contract they asked me to sign by mistake because the Project Manager had changed. They graciously made the correction.2. I’ve had Olson out on three different jobs, and every time I’ve been impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. The most recent visit was prompted by a home inspector who told us we had a leaky toilet based on a wet spot on the ceiling one floor below. Fortunately I didn’t attempt the repair myself. Mason took one look and recommended we look further into the wet spot before pulling the toilet. Good call! Turns out it wasn’t the toilet but rather a pinhole leak in a copper line for the vanity. Saved me a lot of time, hassle, and expense! Thank you!

I had severe water damage in one of my bathrooms at my rental. It was a total tear down and rebuild. Olson came out and redid the old pipes and installed a brand new bathtub shower combo after the Abatement was completed. The work of the plumbers was top notch. They kept me informed of what was going on and what time they were arriving and leaving. They even sent me pictures of the completed project since it is a rental. I’m so thankful for Elliott and Olson Superior Plumbing. My elderly tenants were without hot water and within 24 hours they now are back up and able to get hot water. This company is amazing from the phone conversation to set up the appointment to the ongoing updating to get our scheduled appointment moved up all the way to the amazing service that we received from Elliott. Our HOA was difficult to deal with but Elliott was patient and got the job done!

This is my third time having Olson Plumbing come out. Every time they have been extremely helpful, extremely friendly, patient with my questions, and always doing great work. Moe Magana came out today and did some amazing work and also gave me some tips/heads up and just overall good advice about the job (my sink and faucet). I think what I’ve liked most is always feeling like I’m getting genuine advice and not just being upsold or scared into some add ons I don’t know anything about.

Called Olson Superior Plumbing to fix a leaky shut-off valve near toilet. Moe came out promptly within the hour. He was professional, kind, and easy to talk to when he came. He fixed the leaky shut-off valve very fast. Coincidentally, had another major plumbing issue start right before Moe showed up with a leak inside the wall. He was able to check that out as well and found it quickly to patch it. He explained everything well before and after all his work, which put me at ease. I definitely recommend this company, but especially Moe who was very professional and helpful.

After owning houses for 40 years, I was really surprised with very high estimates.It took the tech about 2 hours to explain so much that really wasn’t related to the small leak from kitchen’s ceiling. It started with the heavy rain & stopped. We think it’s due to the rain coming in from the window’s casing above. After asking a few times about this only issue, finally at the end without checking it he vaguely explained a little with no diagnosis. He offered to check the whole house for leaks for about $300 which wasn’t needed for this small issue. Just very disappointed with waste of so much time, with no diagnosis, a big list of unrelated & unnecessary work to be done & with very high estimates.

I didnt receive any service bu was still charged $195 for a serv[ce call, I will not be callng you again so please loose my number,

Olson always exceeds expectations. I had a major plumbing project to move some hookups to another room, and when they had the chance to move something related as well, because it was a cleaner installation. It baffles me a little...it seems like everyone else is trying to do as little as possible, but Logan at Olson just always goes above and beyond. Core issue/Leak was not fixed, payed $530 for 4 1/4 valves , not all of them were needed. Extremely disappointed.

I discovered Olsen Plumbing a couple weeks ago when I was having problems with water pressure in my kitchen sink. They did an excellent job. Professional and personable. As luck would have it our toilet broke so we decided to replace it. Called Olsen Plumbing and they were able to install the next morning. Again, personable and professional. Absolutely no mess for me to clean up. So great to now have a plumbing company to call that is reliable.

Stay away from this company.We spent almost $700 dollars without any problem solved but the new problem created by them. They didn’t want to offer any help after the new issue caused by them. The customer service is a joke. We had to pay $200 to find another company for the urgent situation.They will never let you know or they are not professional to find out the solution when they are there to diagose. Every time they come back, they ask for more diagnostic fee.The problem finally ended up from the help from my next door neighbor. He only spent $30 and completely solved the problem.
