We received excellent service when we had a problem with our bathtub. After requesting an appointment through google, we received a response within 10 minutes and were able to schedule an appointment for the next day between 8-9am. Josh was our technician and he arrived promptly at 8am, providing us with a quote. He was kind enough to wait for my husband to purchase the replacement faucet needed. What we appreciated most was that they sent us a text message to confirm our appointment and on the day of the appointment, we received a text message with technicians name who would be coming to our home. With all the uncertainty nowadays, it was reassuring to know who was coming to our door. Overall, we were thrilled with the amazing and prompt service we received. We highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Dan and his crew arrived on time and were courteous and friendly. Dan is particularly great because he takes an honest approach and gives you the pros and cons of each option. In our case, we had root intrusion in our main sewer line which is made of clay. We had to choose between hydro jetting every few years at about $500 a pop or paying $10K to re-line the main line and not deal with root intrusion. Although it was hard to think about paying the $10K, Dan was willing to work with us and save us money. He saved us a lot of money, and more importantly, saved us from worrying about our main line collapsing and costing us upwards of $40K+ in the future. Thanks to Dan and his team for their exceptional service and for helping us save money so we can eat this week!

Mike responded promptly to my call for help with a severely plugged drain. It wasnt easy but he worked until he fixed our problem. He used the Hydro-Jet. His fee was super reasonable too. I will always use him for plumbing issues.

The gas company shut off my gas due to a gas leak was able to get someone to come down to give me a quote company was very professional and worked fast.

I am leaving 3 stars because they were quick to send someone over when I called. Their plumber came over to help fix some water pressure issues and he told me we would start by replacing the cartridge in the shower valve. After he departed he called me back and told me it would take a month for them to get the part and he wanted to come back out to see if he could change the entire valve and doubled the original estimate for fixing the cartridge. When the plumber went under my house to inspect if we had copper pipes, he said he could not attach a new valve because I have galvanized steel pipes. He then told me I would need to change all the pipes in the house and said he would provide a quote for me. I was supposed to get two quotes, 1 for copper piping and 1 for plastic. After speaking to his boss he informed me I would be receiving both quotes by email and gave me a rough estimate of $8,000-$12,000. I never received the email and when I attempted to call back I do not get an answer.I would hire someone else because after I called another plumber for a quote he informed me he was able to get the cartridge the same day and gave me an estimate of almost half the price!
