The job was very professional done!Excellent tech.But to charge $400For labor to install aNew faucet is an crazy.That was twice the amount I pay other plumbers.Unfortunately, I will not use them again.

Pro Plumbers have been out to our home twice and were on time both times! They are professional and listened to what was wrong before jumping in to fix the problem! Plumber frankly told me that leveling the 2 toilets was not really necessary.But I did it because it was requested by buyers and closing was coming up. He couldn’t completely turn off the old water valve on one of them, but got it done anyway. Price was high for what it was.

I am the Maintenance Manager for a local church located in the City of San Pedro. We developed a leak in a wall in the church hallway. After removing the wall we discovered major rust, corrosion and holes in the iron pipes. The galvanized pipe was also damaged. I contacted Pro-Plumbers in San Pedro and they arrived the same day. The church is eighty years old and the entire plumbing system in the wall had to be removed and rebuilt. Andrew and Daniel managed the demolition and reconstruction. They are both very knowledgeable and their skill is amazing. The job was completed a day and a half early and I was very satisfied with the work and competitive pricing. If you should ever need any plumbing work in your home or business I would highly recommend Pro-Plumbers. If you are fortunate enough to have Andrew and Daniel as your technicians, so much the better.

Andrew arrived within the time frame given. He was very knowledgeable and gave us options for fixing our clogged washing machine drain. We chose the least expensive of the three options and he got the drain cleared for us. At no additional cost, he also did a camera inspection and allowed us to watch it on video. We had major sewer issues and Frank and his crew resolved all of our issues. He was thorough with his explanation of the process to replace the old sewer lines. So, we replaced the old 3 sewer lines with new 4 lines using the pipe burst method. They didnt have to trench throughout my home which was a great relief. We also decided to replace the old copper water lines, due to pin hole leaks we had been getting over the years, with new pex water lines. One of our toilets was not flushing properly. I called Pro Plumbing since am a member and was entitled to a sewer line camera inspection anyway.Andrew Moreno came out totally on time. He first ran the camera down the sewer, all was good. He then fixed the back bathroom toilet.It was a very clean operation and he even had booties to put over his shoes when he was inside the house.

Toilet was rocking when I sat on it. Pro Plummer didnt shim the toilet 2 years ago when they installed it. They came out and reinstalled the toilet with shims this time and a new wax seal at no charge under warranty. They didnt give me any trouble with having to do this and made this a pleasant experience .

Andrew now feels like a plumber-friend. He did a super job, I trust him with my cats and I would recommend him and his company to anyone that needs a friendly plumber. He made a little pinhole leak a little problem. I found my plumber for life!

A conversation I had with a plumbing co. got crossed with Pro Plumbers. So I ended up talking to Frank about not having hot water and he took time to explain various reasons the water heater might not be working. Frank was attentive, patient, courteous and professional. Im a property manager and these guys are on my list of top 2 plumbers Ive ever used in the 5 years Ive been doing this. Ive seen A LOT of vendors and I was immediately impressed with their prompt timing, responsiveness and quality of work. They dont try to trick you into doing a bigger job, they are professional, and they show up on time sometimes EARLY! I was the most impressed though that I didnt have to follow up on thing like estimates or scheduling because Frankie followed up with me which was not only impressive but refreshing. Frankie and crew did not only clear a blocked drain, they discovered and REPAIRED a slew of problems that were left behind by the first plumbing company who installed all plumbing in our newly constructed house. From incorrectly installed water heaters, to poorly installed faucets, to a poorly waterproofed basement floor - Frankie was extremely responsive every time we had a new problem arise. I was most impressed with his problem solving skills because he does not cut corners, he is honest, and he is extremely thorough and comprehensive with his assessment. We cant thank him enough for all the times he came through for us, even when its a holiday on his day off and there is $hit to unclog and clean out.
