On Time Rooter And Plumbing

On time plumbing replace our drain pipes in February. We notice water still coming out in June.I have to keep calling on time plumbing for 4 weeks. Eveytime they tell us to wait someone to call us back, but no one called back till 4 weeks later.We finally got a call and scheduled appointment between 3-5pm on August 2nd.One guy showed up at 7pm with no tools !!!!!! We have to let him to use our tool to find the leak. He scheduled another appointment on August 5th.We waited all day on August 5th and no one showed up. Then we found out he totally forgot about our appointment!!!We try to schedule 3rd appointment and get no answer !!!!!I need someone to fix the leak right away!!!!

We got a tankless water heater from On Time Rooter & Plumbing Guys, Inc. They were on time, quick, professional, and friendly. They did a great job installing the tankless water heater and answered all the questions we had about it. We have hard water so they also put a filter on that would help with that. We are very happy with their services and professionalism and will definitely call them again whenever we may need something done.

Cesar and his team is always a pleasure to work with. Called him about our issue immediately he knew what’s going on and same day he came to replace our water heater that made a loud scary bang apparently there was an internal leak. Cesar is always professional, very easy to talk to, honest and does a really good job. I recommend him and his business.

Complete re-pipe of water lines and sewer lines in a 2 unit apartment building above a garage. The plumbing had not been well maintained for many many years. Now its as good as brand new and up to the latest plumbing code thanks to On-Time Plumbing. Ceasar took his time to explain the details of the work they planned and as it was being done. Good Job!!!

They are responsive and on time. The reason I gave 4 stars is they were so eager to leave for their next job after seeing water leaking from my garage ceiling. It seems like they fixed one problem and doesn’t care what caused the next one.I totally understand making to the next job on time is important. But at least have some sympathy or curiosity when you see a leak, especially as a professional plumber, right? My personal opinion.I really liked them before, but not this time. When you become busy, I guess some customers are not that important anymore.However, they did stay upon my request to cut open the ceiling and tell me no pipe is broken. Earned 4 stars!

At first it looked like a water leaking from the base of the toilet, it turned out to be a sewer line rupture. On Time Rooter came to the rescue. Unfortunately they had to break concrete to get to the issue to repair. They really went above and beyond not only to repair the current issue but to prevent future issues as our pipes where 60 + years old. The crew was hardworking and dedicated to fix the issue. I would 100% would recommend On Time Rooter and Plumbing Guys

Been using this company for some time and they never disappoint. Always on time, same day service and very professional. I had an issue with my dishwasher leaking and it turned out to be a very simple fix at no charge.

I chose this business because of the five star rating and they did live up to it, however, I wish I knew about discounts for senior citizens , veterans and first time customers. In the future be sure and advise the customers of discounts available. Thanks for a job well done.

I have to call 5 times and after I finally got an appointment they rescheduled it three times. Then plumber came 3 h later and he was angry that I called to the office.

I not quit sure what is going on. How can you plumbers out to assist a customer and they not speak ENGLISH. Pitiful is all I can say. Very sad state here in America these days.

Edit: they were my go to plumber but since they were acquired by another company the service has changed. It takes multiple texts and follow ups to get an appointment scheduled. They’re always late and don’t give notice, sometimes they don’t show up. There’s also issues with communication, I spent weeks setting up an appointment because I was told I would need “lines flushed” by the person I was texting with and then had to spend weeks trying to get on the schedule. Then, the person that’s going out to see my place tells my that he already flushed the lines a month ago and that wasn’t the issue. No apology for wasting my time, no admittance of the communication error on their end. I’ll be finding a new plumber!Old review: Ive used this company many times, for any water related needs in my house and they’re amazing. Extremely fair and reasonably priced, will not charge you if it’s a job too small or if they think they weren’t able to sufficiently solve the problem. Always on time and great when you’re in a pickle! I found them when I was out of town and one of my tenants went into the garage to find that my water heater had flooded the garage and these guys came in and replaced my water heater the same day. 10/10 recommend!!

After receiving outrageous quotes from other major plumbing companies who wanted to do the job in an easier fashion, On Time Rooter and Plumbing Guys gave me a reasonable quote. Not only that, the first time I got their estimate, the staff was listening to my needs for my custom job. I had started a copper pipes replacement for our house, unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, I couldnt finish the job. These guys came in, took over what was left, and finished the job! They were always communicating with me. Were tentative to my needs and situation, and were great to work with. The precision on the copper pipes was immaculate. They removed the old pipes, fixed all issues, and came back to check and make sure everything was taken care of. I will be referring them to anyone I know who needs them in the future and I will be using them if I need for any other issues as well. This company was truly professional and worked extremely hard and efficient. I am very happy with my results. Please support these guys, they are different, in a positive and great way!

Super responsive. They were able to come the same day. Fixed the clogged toilets and were able to diagnose the root cause of the bigger problem outside that was backing up the plumbing within minutes. In the end, the problem was fixed promptly and their cost estimate held true. I would definitely use them again.

Cesar and his brother were very helpful and professional. He unclogged the drain, But even after he looked at all possibilities of a future clog and eliminated them before leaving. Really good guys, they even managed to save a kitten that was trapped in my sons Baseball net.

Im a plumber myself, but I cant do big jobs. I hired these guys because they were very close to me so it was convenient. Wow was I impressed. First, they really showed up on time to do my snake cleanout job. Then after they cleared the drain, they ran a camera and found the problem. I have an ideal of what price is reasonable, and I can tell you these guys are very reasonable. I would totally use them again. I only wish I found them 20 years prior. I would of used them so many more times.

I used on-time rooter for an emergency sewer line repair. Adrian was in the area when I called and came to my house right away to diagnose the problem. His team repaired the sewer line the next day. Unfortunately, they discovered further, more extensive damage. They took care of the second project in a timely and professional manner. Good prices, flexible financing, prompt work, spotless work area when the job was done. Couldn’t ask for better service!
