Tim from Antelope Valley Plumbing was early for my appointment. Very professional and friendly. He looked at my patio faucet that was leaking and my bathroom faucet that was leaking. He let me know immediately what was wrong and told me what was needed for the repairs. He was able to fix the patio faucet quickly and quoted the bathroom repair before leaving. I would reccommend Tim with Antelope Valley Plumbing to anyone.

Second time the charm.first place failed me. Should have called AV plumbing first. I called late in the day and Mike was out the next. Found the leak and problems with the valves. Explained all to me then fixed it. He made sure to stay long enough for everything to dry and even re insulated the pipes for me. Pleased with work and grateful to have the leak fixed. I had sewage start to come up from our first floor shower drain whenever the toilet was flushed. I called Antelope Valley Plumbing to take a look. Isidro showed up within the service window and quickly troubleshot the issue down to a blockage between the first floor bathroom and the sewer clean-out at the front of the house. Isidro was very professional; very careful to make sure that his equipment didnt bang on the bathroom walls, vanity, or toilet; and made sure that any mess was quickly and immediately cleaned up. Isidro had the problem resolved in a little over an hour, and that included removing and reinstalling the toilet! I dont often need a plumber, but when I do, Antelope Valley Plumbing is who I call!

Our plumber Robert was a trooper. He originally came for one plumbing issue and ended up helping us with other various things we wanted him to check out. Gave us some good insights on some problems we had, which we’re thankful for. He worked really fast too which was very appreciated.

Chris C. came today and changed out an old, corroded garbage disposal. He was very fast and it took him under an hour to swap out the new one for the old one. Chris had excellent service skills, was very easy to work with, and personable. I would recommend this company for your undersink plumbing needs.

I called to make an appointment and they took down all my details phone number, name, address etc. They said they would text before arriving. No one texted, called, or even showed up. Very disappointed.

The young man that showed up (misplaced his card) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the repair. He came in assessed the repair and quickly gave me a quote. He had us up and running in no time. I definitely will refer a friend if needed and highly recommend them.

I had a new garbage disposal installed. The plumber who arrived was on time and professional. While chatting with him, he mentioned that he was a newer employee. Good hire! Not only did he install the new disposal, he also fixed another minor (potential) issue under the sink. I will always use this company!

I was very happy with the service, I have a few rentals in Antelope Valley and have been trying to find a good, reliable plumber for my tenants. Since the units are old I have dealt with many plumbers in the past. I like the fact that they gave me the price over the phone and the estimate and the final price were almost the same. Since I can not take a trip there for every time my tenants have a plumbing problem I will be calling them for sure next time.

Excellent response and attention to detail. Price, however, to switch a gasket on a tub was very expensive ($195). Ill blame this on Joe Biden & the Democrats for extreme inflation.

The plumber that came to my home and replaced my water heater was on time and was amazing. He was up front and honest about what needed to be replaced. He was very neat and cleaned up after he finished the job.

Ok, so my wife decided to SUPER CLOG our kitchen sink.Luckily I had the ANTELOPE VALLEY PLUMBERS refrigerator magnet on the side of my fridge (which I received when they installed our Still operating FLAWLESSLY Garbage Disposal 2 years ago).So with the ANTELOPE VALLEY PLUMBERS refrigerator magnet in hand... I called ANTELOPE VALLEY PLUMBERS & the nice girl answered & set me up with some help arriving that SAME DAY, and within the next few hours.I believe it was around 4pm that my Plumbing Savior TIM JOHNS Arrived (dont be confused, only 1 plumber arrived... even though Tim has 2 First names 😁).Tim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & most important... he knew how to problem solve!So I had informed Tim that our Kitchen sink DID NOT have a OUTSIDE ACCESS Clean out for easy clearing of such DRAIN CLOGS as the one I was experiencing (again, this is/ was my Wifes fault).I informed Tim that I was not in a hurry to clear drain today, if he wanted to come back the next day & install a CLEAN OUT drain outside (I said next to return next morning because it was a multiple hour operation & it was already 430PM)My issue was that the following day I needed to leave my house at noon & I wanted to ensure the job was completed before I had to leave.First....Tim DID agree with my brilliant plan AND 2ND, Tim agreed to (as he said) Work super hard to ensure its done well before you need to leave!!So Tim returned first thing next morning, he got right to it & was done with installing the Drain Clean Out, as well as Clearing the clogged kitchen sink all by 10am.I dont leave alot of reviews, but Tim was easy to get along with, zero attitude.. just a all around good human!So, thanks Tim (hopefully you see this and it puts a smile on your face, makes a bad day..... better!).Also, wanna shout out to the guy that installed my Garbage Disposal, he did stand up job also (plus he gave me the Refrigerator Magnet haha).

We experienced a clog that caused water to come up drains in a different bathroom other than the one where a shower was being taken at. Since we have a septic tank system, they sent Robert R to help clear the problem. He is highly qualified in septic systems. He skillfully used a variety of techniques and equipment to learn the lay of our system, identify the location of the clog, and clear it. Robert also installed a new clean-out for us, to help make any possible future cleanings more easily. We really appreciate how he kept us well informed of what he was doing, the progress he was making, and what we could expect from his actions. Listening to his clear explanations about septic systems was to us like being in a Septic 101 class. Were definitely calling AV Plumbing and Robert for our future septic system services.

Our main broke on the afternoon of Christmas Eve and Ramin went out of his way to come over & repair our leak. The price was reasonable for a holiday weekend. He was quick & professional. I would totally call them again!

Arrived on time en-fact he was a little early. He looked at the water heater and left to get the replacement one. Returned and started to remove the old water heater. He then installed the new one. Set up was quick and start up was good. No licks and pretty of hot water. The plumber was Jeke. I would have him work on any other jobs that I might have in the future.

Had an instant water heater spring a leak and not only were they authorized to do the repairs, they had access to the parts quickly. It was pretty easy to see what busted, and the Tech (Michael) had it swapped out and working within an hour. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

BEWARE OF ANTELOPE VALLEY PLUMBING! They will attempt to overcharge you (10x in our case), try to convince you to complete unnecessary work, and potentially sabotage your system. Antelope Valley Plumbing is a shady corrupt company and should be avoided at all costs. You can find numerous trustworthy plumbers with excellent reviews on Yelp.We have been exceedingly disappointed by the unreasonable cost and substandard quality of Antelope Valley Plumbings work. We had their plumber Frank come to provide an estimate for an underground leak. During his estimate he stated that he would be required dig up a 5x5ft area to determine the source of the leak. He estimated that it would take hours just to determine the source and cost $650 at a minimum. He arrived 2h 45m late and therefore was unable to complete any work that day. The next day one of their younger plumbers Kevin came and once again arrived 1h 30m late. Within the first five minutes he found and lifted two panels in the same area and discovered the leaking PVC connector. He said it would cost $375 to replace the connector but recommended that he replace the entire main line to the house for $2,400. We elected to allow Kevin to replace the broken PVC connector, which took less than an hour to complete ($400/hour). Before he left he told us there would be no warranty for his work because we didnt go for the $2,400 option. One month later we had a PVC 90 rupture next to the connector Kevin replaced. Upon inspection a crack had developed in the PVC 90 which originated from a dent likely caused by an impact with a blunt object. We called AV Plumbing and they once again sent Kevin to provide an estimate for the work. He again recommends that we replace the entire main line for $2,400, but he could fix the PVC 90 for $750. He called and talked to the owner of Antelope Valley Plumbing and then decided he could do the work for $2,000. He then claimed that the reason the 90 failed was that he wanted to use schedule 80 for the previous repair but we told him we wanted him to use schedule 40. This statement was entirely fabricated as we never discussed the materials he would use for the previous repair. Due to this lie and the shady nature of Antelope Valley Plumbing as a whole we decided it would be a good idea to get some estimates from other local plumbers. We found two other local plumbers on yelp and got them to provide estimates to fix current leak. Both plumbers arrived on time and estimated the repair under $100. We asked if we needed to replace the main line and they both thought that it was completely unnecessary and unrelated to our leak. The plumber we eventually selected offered to come that evening (8pm), arrived on time, completed the work in 1h 30m, only charged us $75 for parts and labor, and overall did an excellent job. I cannot stand shady companies like Antelope Valley Plumbing which try to take advantage of customers who are uneducated in a particular trade by overcharging and recommending additional overpriced and unnecessary work. STAY AWAY FROM ANTELOPE VALLEY PLUMBING!

AV Plumbing does not honor its warranty. The woman who answers the phone that claims to be the manager is unprofessional and rude. She totally overtalked me and hung the phone up in my face. I paid $1000 for a water heater still under warranty. My water wont stay hot. She tells me they will charge me for a service call if it is not a water heater issue. Isnt that what a warranty is for- to come out to determine if the water heater has a problem? By their unprofessional standards I guess not. Do not use these people!

My Gas line to my pool heater rotted away , They cut 75 feet of concrete and installed a Poly gas line that will never rot again . Excellent work and a very fair price . Thanks AV plumbing !!!

Kept calling me Ronzeia and charged me 250 for a temporary fix to my root problem. Other guys offered 100-150.They got the job done but the customer service side needs work.
