Seriously, Edgar and his crew are like backyard magicians or something!From the get-go, they were super chill and easy to talk to. They listened to what we wanted and were like, yeah, we got you! And trust me, they did not disappoint!The artificial turf they put in is a game-changer. It looks fantastic and, best of all, no more mowing! Our backyard is now this gorgeous green space that our friends cant stop talking about.The planter wall they built is just perfect. Its given us a place to grow our favorite plants and really jazz up the yard. Plus, the wall looks super stylish and adds a touch of class to the whole space.But the real icing on the cake is the patio covers. Theyve made our outdoor hangout spot even more awesome. Now we can kick back and relax, rain or shine, and enjoy some quality time with our favorite people.Throughout the whole project, Edgar and his team were total pros. We contracted with Bell Remodeling and Construction to renovate two bathrooms in our home. After a number of problematic, lengthy and stressful estimates we had the pleasure of meeting Sarah. She is the Designer for Bell who represented them well. She was knowledgeable, courteous, very approachable and gave us reassurance that she understood our wants, wishes and dreams for the projects. She addressed all of our concerns and coordinated our projects seamlessly. She was invaluable in her expertise and guidance. We couldn’t have asked for a better team than the workers Sarah coordinated to enter our home on a daily basis. They were respectful, thoughtful and trustworthy. She made sure to keep the projects on time and the finished projects were beautifully done. We were, to say the least, very pleased. Not only was she a business acquaintance, but in the process became a friend. Thank you Bell for jobs well done.

Edgar and his workers are simply the best! They put artificial turf and rocks in our front yard and it looks amazing! The process was great from start to finish, the men showed up on time and were very professional throughout. They even pruned our trees and did extra landscaping. Bell Remodeling did a great job with installing my Walk in Tub. Both of my parents are elderly and it is very hard for my mom to take a bath due to her legs swelling from CHF. I had several contractors give me quotes, promised to do the work and all of them didnt come through. I received a call from the owner Edgar that he would send someone out to give me a quote. Robert was a very nice guy. Edgar the owner personally saw that the work was done. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend his business for any services you might need. Bell Remodeling & Construction did a beautiful job on our shower. Quian communicated with us daily, letting us know where we were at in the process, what is coming next, who would be at our house to do what at what time. She also did a great job with the tile selection she suggested for us. All the workers arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They accommodated our deign change to add more pebble stone. I really didn’t want a sliding glass door but was worried about the space. The guy that did the door designed it to fit perfectly with the space so it has plenty of room to swing open. Now we have a beautiful, well functioning shower that we love.

Robert Borst and the Bell Remodeling team did an outstanding job with the complete interior wall painting & design and flooring installation. It was a pleasure working with Robert. His professionalism and attention to detail was instrumental in ensuring our multiple projects were completed flawlessly and perfectly. Could not have asked for a better project manager. Punctual and reliable each day, the job was complete and functional within the week. My side yard pavers have me looking forward to this winter! My wife and I have been talking about remodeling the backyard and to make it a relaxing area. Going about it ourselves was difficult and we were skeptical about going with a private contractor as we heard about the pricing and sometimes quality of work. After long talks about it, we decided it was time. We had an initial consultation with Windell and after our consultation we agreed to have a couple of weeks to discuss which was very helpful. When we okayed the work, Windells team was “on it”. In a few hours my yard was already transforming. The entire team was professional and the quality of work was top notch. My yard is completely different and my wife and I couldn’t be more happy how it turned out. It was amazing seeing the work and transition. For those on the fence about either doing it yourself or calling a contractor, please give Windell a call and you’ll be surprised like we were.

I was connected to them through Home Depot. I had a call within minutes and had someone out to look at what i needed very quickly. The glorious Antelope Valley winds took out yet another section of my fence line.Wendell was my project manager; went over the project details and he made all the paperwork easy. Settled on replacement of 90ft of rickety wood fence with Vinyl. Removal of the old fence and install of the new happened in the time between me leaving for work and a few hours before coming home on the agreed upon day.New fence looks amazing. Nice to have that peace of mind knowing the fence is there, well-built, and will better withstand the crazy wind.10/10.. would recommend to anyone needing work done and plan on engaging them in the future for anything I need.

Outstanding experience with Bell Remodeling Construction Company. We just finished a complete Paving Stones and Turf Grass installation and my wife and I were so happy with the process and the results! We appreciated the attention to detail and prompt responses to all our requests and questions throughout the project. We consulted them in making some design decisions, and when we had our own ideas, they were also welcomed. Their team of contractors were all highly experience who treated our home with respect, arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. We felt very secure allowing them access to our home - even when we were not there. I can tell you that Bell Remodeling construction company is top notch, provides quality work and really cares about the customer.

I was absolutely satisfied with Sarah ; she exceeded detailing all information regarding an explanation about our needs and outlining every detail of the contract before we signed. I can’t give enough stars for the quality of work, professionalism and customer service we received. Bell installed sod in our dirt covered back yard. They were full of knowledge and performed top tier work in a speedy manner. We also had a major hot water leak in our home and again we called Bell. Our guy Wendell, is always transparent, knowledgeable and has a network of the best professionals to perform high quality repairs. We are beyond happy! The repairs were completed on time and the plumber worked tirelessly to make sure our family had hot water. We are so appreciative and highly recommend. Wendell and Bell Remodeling are phenomenal! Once you find a construction company you can trust, you keep coming back! We wont go anywhere else!

Amazing job done! They did a tub/shower remodel and backyard landscaping job for me. Totally transformed my backyard! I love that I found a company that can take care of any remodeling project. Next will be my kitchen. Sarah, our designer and project manager, was outstanding to work with. I wasnt able to see the vision of what my projects would look like, but by working with her she helped us see the expectation, and they surpassed all expectations. The crews were professional and tidy. I like that they have specialists for each project. Super happy all around.

They did a wonderful job replacing our fence. We are very happy with how it turned out. We have had very strong winds over the last few days and the fence has proven to be very sturdy. The replacement job was very quick and the service was friendly. We will definitely do business with them again for any future home improvements we need.

Khris at Bell Remodeling did a great job guiding all the workers through our bathroom remodel. We had it gutted from floor to ceiling, including windows, vent and lighting. They did a great job and left our bathroom looking awesome!

Awesome contractor! BRC stands behind their work and will make sure it comes out top-notch. Our job started out simply with just a repaint of our backyard pergola and resurface of the balcony, but turned into a larger job once we found that the joists were water damaged from the leaky old surface. After fixing the framing and sealing the deck, the first epoxy coat didnt adhere due to the residual moisture and started cracking. Without any prompting from us, Edgar looked at the situation personally and promised it would be redone and look perfect -- and he delivered! After stripping the coating off and letting the wood underneath dry out, the re-applied slurry + epoxy coating looks perfect. BRC made sure the job was done right and will last for decades to come. Everyone who has seen the new deck has been very impressed. Highly recommend!!

The work crew was always on time and friendly. Kris was and is an exceptional leader. He has an eye for decor. We never clashed, and he is easy to work with. I can work with him anytime.

I scheduled an app for a pool estimate. The young man That came was very nice, but he Only had one picture of pool work the company had worked on. I had to google other companies pools so I can give him an idea the type of pool I wanted right away he said $80.000. As I was speaking to him he would look away and not look at me as I was explaining what type of pool I wanted. He never gave options or tried to work with me to stay within my budget.Very unprofessional

Great work, handling of time changes that need to be done

Cons: Constant failures that resulted in the job taking 3 weeks longer then planned, the countertop being removed multiple times (and my kitchen counter actaully got smaller), pantry being installed in wrong location (covering a window), cabinets ordered in wrong color and then wrong finish, we bought a sink they installed it wrong, convinced me buy a sink, bought the wrong sink, they had to get another sink, they actually wrote electrical into the contract i walked up stairs he had asked my husband to sign it after he had crossed out electrical, they installed the plumbing incorrectly flooding my house delaying my floor installation fixed it once it then broke again they fixed it again told me to put fans to dry up the water (had to buy those myself). Everthing is just off or diagonal or scratched up. Even now there multiple problems with the kitchen such drawers that wont close, cabinets that creak and click and things that they said theyd come and fix and have yet to do so as i have not heard from them since the check cleared. Yelp is saying that most of these reviews come from the same address, beware of review botting.Pros: The Owner came and attempted to fix things and seemed genuinely mad about what was happening.Update: the falling out drawer has been partial fixed (very difficult to open and close), the clicking in one of the cabinets has been fixed. Just noticed that the side wall holding up my counter is literally falling out.Update 10/18: my counter has been fixed its still diagonal but better then nothing they also came over to fix the drawers.... they made one better one worse and the one thats better it still pretty bad.

They did an amazing job of landscaping our backyard. They turned our ugly backyard into a beautiful yard. We would highly recommend Bell.

Im very pleased with my backyard project! I chose white decomposed granite, a variety of flowers in my planter along my fence, in addition to Arizona rocks along the right side of my house. The wavy pavement was also a nice touch, which Edgar introduced me to. I would recommend this company to any of my friends and family. Im looking forward to being able to afford my bathroom remodeling.

We wanted a fence for our pool equipment and called several locations but Bell Remodeling was our choice and was the best choice. We got what we wanted and fast. The initial consultation with Wendell was easy and to the point. The construction was the same and the outcome was better than imagined. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Bell Remodeling did an amazing job cleaning, sanding and prepping the concrete before installing Epoxy. Khris the project manager gave us an awesome price in comparison to 2 other construction companies. He was professional and courteous with all our questions and concerns. We wanted to make sure we were making the correct decision before sign the agreement. The crew worked for 3 days and were on time and kept the area protected with plastics, they cleaned daily before going home, and prep daily before starting each day. I wasted a lot of time not asking around for a redo on my roof. A friend suggested me to Bell remodeling. Not only were they in my budget they also did a great job. they showed up on time and prepare. They came back 2 weeks later to check on the work they did. I definitely will suggest them to my friends when they need work done on their house

BR&C recently completed a full re-roofing of my home. They also repaired a flood damaged bedroom ceiling and partial wall. These guys were put to the test.. even then they managed to deliver great results. Robert was great, he went above and beyond. Bell remodeling’s manager, Edgar, thank you for tackling this project and also you demonstrated to me how serious you are with your business.For example, 1 week into having my kitchen, my sink cracked. With no questions asked, BR replaced my sink within a few days. It shocked me how effortless it was to request something like that. Some other company’s would probably brush you off and say you broke it and probably cheap out.One last thing. Their remodeling team’s are amazing at what they do. Shoutout to Chuy, Jose and Eddie.

I canceled my contract within the legally required time. They havent returned my deposit yet, even though they are required to return it within 10 days. At this point, they are 5 days late.

Robert and the team at Bell were a pleasure to work with. Having never done home repairs at this level before, we didnt know what the process was or what to expect. Robert explained everything to us, educated us on what construction companies should and shouldnt charge and graciously answered our questions and addressed our concerns (no matter how big or small they were).They knocked out a partial roof and joist replacement and reshingled our home in a matter of days. The crew was respectful and before they left for the day always cleaned up the job site.Our roof looks amazing and I cant thank them enough! Well be hiring them again for additional work.

We hired Bell Construction to take care of a couple jobs around our home including interior painting and roof repair. From the very beginning, the team was fantastic. Immediate callback, home visit, quoting, and scheduling. Edgar was even willing to work with our schedule and stop by on a Sunday to finalize the work plan.Once work started, the quality service continued. They completed the job according to schedule, cleaned up, and provided progress pictures (since I was not home at the time).Then when a huge storm rolled in, Edgar came out to check the roof to make sure we didnt have any leaks and ensure the issue had been completely fixed.Bell did such a great job, we asked for additional project quotes, and will recommend them to anyone we know who needs projects completed.A+ experience!

My landscaping experience has been amazing. The team at Bell has exceeded expectations and beat the projected completion date. We had a backyard full of dirt, desert dirt. It’s changed drastically for the better with stamped concrete, walkways, artificial turf, fire pit, water feature and palms, raised herb garden and a fenced in dog run. We absolutely love the yard.

Had a very short phone call in which I was told I needed to pay 500 dollars just for an assessment. Thats highway robbery, please ship around. The next 3 places I called were willing to come out either for free or for a fraction of that for their time.

I sold a Property where Bell Construction had to do repaired Work, the work was professionally done and on time, had a very good experience working with Mr. Edgar. I would highly recommend his Company.

I have so many negative things to say about Bell Remodeling that I do not even know where to start, so I will go in chronological order and keep it simple. This is strictly from my experience, and I hope it helps in making your decision if you should go with them or not.-At the end of July we signed the contract and Edgar projected a completion date of end of October. Specified that it could give or take a couple of weeks based on the Citys permitting process. I was okay with it as long he adhered to my once a week communication update.-In mid August one of his workers came out to take measurements of the property. Since it was only him, it was going to take him potentially a few hours to take and requested my assistance. The problem was that instead of having me help him for 20-30 minutes and then doing the rest himself, he had me actually help him for 2.5 hours! Later on, Edgar actually charged me for 4 hours worth of work at $100.00 an hour rate.- From mid August to the end of September, Edgar and his crew went completely silent and provided me with no updates.-Start of October. Edgar notified me that the project had to be downscaled to meet city permit requirements. Edgar provided no actual reference to what the city actually said nor reference a specific building code which after giving it much thought, it felt that they were downscaling the project to keep their costs down.-Thanksgiving time. I had yet to receive a start time of the project and have been kept in the dark about what was going on. I called the office and spoke with the receptionist to cancel and requested and invoice of what was expended. On the same day I cancelled, Chow Engineering called me to give me an update regarding the project status. Since I felt that they didn’t understand that I am going through with the cancellation, I decided to email Edgar on Wednesday directly notifying him that I was cancelling the contract and to please provide me invoices of all the expenditures he had made.The very first action Edgar took was threaten to put a mechanic’s lien on my property for his failure on starting the project in time. At no point did I deny him payment and I was so frustrated with the lack of clear communications that it was better for me to drop the project completely.-December time frame. I considered Edgar’s legal threat and decided to double down and get an attorney to defend my property and go on the offensive. Edgar’s tune changed completely and begun to actually provide documentation of the actual expenditures he made.-End of January. I eventually found out that Edgar’s company actually didn’t submit for permits until the 17th of October which was 6 days before the project needed to be completed. In order to provide a good reference, a 2k to 3k sq ft in Lancaster Ca takes approximately 5-6 months to build. Bell remodeling were in the 4th month and didn’t even have a start date nailed down, which just completely dumbfounded me. There were no materials, no mention of the stages of the project, no communications regarding house down time, no mention of what they need it from me. Edgar was also willing to just hand me the blue prints with no letter of relinquishmentI am officially out of $4,100 and while I now officially own the blue prints now, I whole heartedly regret doing business with Bell Remodeling. They may be somewhat good for smaller projects but if you are looking to do additions, sunrooms, or anything larger scale, I recommend looking elsewhere.
