Toilet installation/ plumbing repair in bathroom.I was so desperate when I called 24 hour rooter for the first time. My toilet suddenly stopped working and we had plumbing issues. He came literally in less than an hour ( He’s punctual) and fixed the plumbing problem plus changed the toilet with a brand new one which makes me so happy.I appreciate his professional clean work.He’s very respectful & charge us with a great decent value.I’ll definitely call him again for any further plumbing jobs in future.I definitely recommend him.

Excellent service! On the Valentines Day long weekend, our showers, sinks, and toilets were all backed up. We tried to snake it and it didnt help.A friend recommended us to 24 Hour Rooter, we called Ray and he came in less than an hour. He immediately sought to the problem and found out there was a culprit root that had broken up the main sewer pipe line 9 feet down. I called 24 Hour Rooter after being disappointed with over-priced services offered by my Home Warranty...my water heater needed to be replaced, and while I waited the 48 hrs for approval I decided to get it taken care of with Raymin. He was professional and courteous enough to provide me with prompt service the next day with less than 24hrs notice. His prices were super competitive and I would have no hesitations calling him back for any other plumbing needs. I called 24 hour rooter two weeks ago. I needed to replace my toilet since they were old. The technician name “Ray” answered my call and he listened to me patiently and explained to me everything in details so I can picture how it will happen and what I need to expect. Mr Ray came on the same day within 30 minutes and he gave me an estimate of what I really need and he gave me the best price that was on the market. My plan was to replace my both bathroom’s toilets and he checked my other bathroom and said the other one is fine and replacement is not necessary so I can save some money. We had a plumbing emergency on Christmas Eve Day! It was a nightmare, but Ray at 24 Hour Rooter was there! I called 6 other companies and no luck! Ray was at our house within 30 minutes, work started on Monday morning and was completed by Friday afternoon. There was quite a tremendous amount of work to be done and he was extremely professional. Ray came the same day (January 1st!) to install a new hot water heater after the 18 year old tank began leaking. He quoted a price which was economical and which included the new tank, since my boyfriend had no options to pick one up. There were a couple of unexpected costs due to needing additional parts to connect the tank and Ray only charged the cost of the items, installing them for free. I would highly recommend 24 Hour Rooter. He is fast, professional, friendly and his prices and service cannot be beat!

Ray was great. We had a plumbing need on a Sunday and 24 Hour Rooter was one of only a few places that was actually open. Ray was friendly on the phone and offered the best rate.He arrived at our house really quick and when I asked him if he could possibly take his shoes off inside the house (Asian household), he went back to his truck and got booties for his shoes. My wife very much appreciated that.He went upstairs to check out our backed up shower, bathtub, and sink, and was able to unclog everything in less than an hour. He also provided tips on maintaining our drains to prevent clogs.Overall, a great service.

I had issues with the guest bathroom and needed someone to come check it out. Luckily I found 24 Hour Rooter. Ray showed up within 30 minutes. Found out what the issue was and fixed it in under 2 hours. No one in the area would have given me such a fair price. Best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Ray came to our home within about 1 hour of being called, which was late in the afternoon when other companies wanted to schedule a day later. He not only came late in the day, he stayed to finish the job past sun down, and even got my hose and cleaned my backyard patio after he finished! Ray is a great guy and he his skills are excellent.

Amazing service! On the eve of Thanksgiving, all of my toilets, showers, and tubs were backing up. The culprit was tree roots clogging up my main sewer line, but despite the cold temperatures, heavy rain, and constant snow, Ray and his team worked through it all that day and throughout Thanksgiving to fix the sewer main 8ft down in my yard.I wouldnt hesitate to call them again and recommend their service to anyone.

I would recommend this company to anyone with no hesitation. Ray was here within the hour and was courteous and beyond helpful. He told us ways we could save money rather than just raking up a bill and springing it on us later. He also went above and beyond whatost plumbers would do, our problem turned out to be very complicated and probably would have cost thousands if he hadnt really worked with us to sort it out.
