I hired them to jet and unclog my pipes, but I was really disappointed. The technician didnt seem to know what he was doing and rushed through the job. The problem wasnt fixed, so I ended up having to call another company to sort it out properly. I wouldnt recommend them at all!

Elias and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and are certainly committed to the ultimate in service. They completed our main line repair, two-way cleanout and pipe liner service and got us back up and running the same day. Elias reviewed the lines via camera and explained the work beforehand and during the process so I felt comfortable and reassured the job would be completed successfully. I have had several plumbers at my place but these guys definitely stand out. They found my water leak without having to do a leak detection test, which several other plumbers could not find. I was so happy they found the leak that I immediately hired them. They fixed my water leak the same night which i was really happy about and they worked until almost 10pm. I think i got a good price and they took care of several other items. Very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. When they had to cut into my driveway to get to the pipes their work was precise and clean. The work they did to fix it afterwards was also great, and now my plumbing is quieter and smoother than ever. Their prices might be a bit higher than other competitors but the quality of their work and also their dedication to the work is VERY worth the price.

I called and they came to our house within a couple hours! The repair was done quickly and he also gave us some tips on stuff we should replace in the future but without any pressure to do it now. For the first big plumbing project of my life, Elias and team completely fixed my ancient clay pipe. They shot 30’ of liner and connected my pipe to the city. They were less than any other quote, unbelievably responsive, and came with a solid team and product. I will be calling them every time I ever have a plumbing issue.

Had a gusher pipe in my basement/crawl space so decided on a total re-pipe on an urgent basis. Team High Quality was able to fit me into the schedule quickly and sent a crew of 5 to get the job done in a single day...they even fixed a couple things not on the list. The guys put in a looooong day, but were cheerful and professional to the end. Go with High Quality, they wont let you down.

I called High Quality Plumbing to come to my home I just purchased. My kitchen sink was clogged, and I had previously called someone else who ran a snake, but within a couple of days the sink got clogged again... when I called High Quality Plumbing, Luis got there within a few hours... he was very professional and explained to me that the line needed a hydrojet because it most likely hadnt had maintenance beacuse it was full of grease and he did the hydrojet and ran the camera for free the determine the condition of the pipe... I am very satisfied with his work because my line is now in good condition... I highly recommend Luis and his company they are very efficient and honest and have resonable prices

Elías came the day that we scheduled the appointment. He texted me to let me know he is arriving 30 minutes late. I truly appreciate direct communication instead of not knowing what’s happening. He came fix the toilets and cleaned up everything afterwards. That’s what I’m looking for when I need a plumber. Great job no more leaks.

Elias was excellent. Came out on a Saturday and spent the day getting someone here to hydro jet the main plumbing line. We so appreciate his speedy yet diligent work!

These guys responded in a timely manner. Back yard had flooded due to overgrown roots that penetrated my drainage system. Thank god they were able to help. Flushed everything out and they were able to utilize a camera to locate the problem and fix the problem. Life savers. And did mention that this was all done during a cold torrential downpour in the middle of the night too. These guys are awesome. Much appreciated and I I would certainly reccomend them again. Frustrating ServiceI called these guys to fix a clogged shower drain. They arrived late and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. After repairing it, the drain was still clogged. When I asked for a follow-up, they wanted to charge me extra. WTH!!!

Called and had a major emergency and Elias showed up almost immediately and got me out of a major jam,he was professional andCurtious and kind, if needed will use them again, and will ask for Elias.

Plumber arrived in a timely manner, he explained to me what needed to be done and he gave me a price quote which I felt was fair.i will most likely use this company again.

My experience was a nightmare. Scheduling was a hassle, and the plumber who showed up seemed clueless. He made a mess, didnt fix the leak, and even managed to mess up my water pressure. When I called to complain, they were unhelpful and insisted I pay again to fix their mistakes. Avoid them at all costs and find a better plumbing service.

Elias broke a pipe while snaking by clogged bathroom. What did he do next? Left and now wont respond to any of my calls.

Best​ plumbing service in the San Fernando valley. I had a bathroom sink faucet valve leak and Elias explained the issue and process to get it repaired. He also replaced the faucet and all corroded hose lines. The job was completed in a short time.

We had some issues with water heater. Found High Quality Plumbing via google and gave them a call. Elias Jr and his partner showed up with in an hour, quickly assessed the issue and explained it to me. They came back next morning with the parts that they needed to repair the leak. I had my whole house replumbed. Everyone did a great job. Luis was especially great. He dug a tunnel from my island to kitchen sink in order to not have to rip up my wood floors. He saved me a great deal of money. I highly recommend sewer nation and plumbing.

SUPER HAPPY with this team! We had an emergency issue at 10pm on Saturday night and these guys were the only people willing to lift a finger. The team drove to Santa Monica and was at our condo within 30 minutes of calling with 2 professionals and a van full of tools to address just about anything we could throw at them.They quickly assessed the issue, then shifted focus from our condo to the mainline and had everything needed to not only fix our issue but also the looming issue which likely would’ve resulted in more flooding at our townhouse. Highly recommend!!

I’m a landlord in Hollywood with several vacation units. I’ve never reviewed a service provider before but these boys deserve it! Quick, dependable repairs are hugely important in the vacation home business. I just started working with these guys a few months ago and they completed a bunch of repairs in various properties in a very prompt professional manor.
