Gor is professional and knows how to fix my furnace. I am so happy that I found him. Cool Penguin is trustworthy company that has fair prices to fix the issue on the spot, compared to the other previous companies that I called and they didnt know what was the issue first and then later offered to wait for the part. But fortunately Gor came and did an amazing job. Thank you.

Gor is the best!!! I placed a request for an approximate estimate for an additional vent installation and Gor was the only one who responded with a price. He then quickly arrived at my house and confirmed what needed to be done. He ordered the parts and returned at the agreed-upon time. My AC quit on the first hot day of the summer at 5:30pm on a Sat eve! I had plans and had to leave at 7:30. Who was I going to get with that kind of last second window?!Gor came over right away and went straight to work, stopping only to comfort my dog for a few moments. While I was getting myself and my child ready for the evening, he got to the problem. When he gave my options for repair and I chose the less expensive route, he didnt give me the hard sell. Even though it was a last second emergency, he understood my financial situation and completely respected my decision. He even honored a discount!When he was done, he walked me through what he did. He was so kind to my son, respectful, efficient and honest. I happily endorse him, if you ever find yourself in an HVAC pickle!

Got several estimates, Penguin was half the price of a company Ive been using for years but got more and more expensive. Im SOOOO glad I went with Penguin. Gor was on time, considerate and my dog LOVED him. ( I trust my dogs test of character! ) He did a great job, was on time and very respectful of my home and me.

I feel really lucky that I found Gor to install a mini split. He was responsive, very fairly priced, came when he said he would and did a great job. He knew about the electric requirements for the system I purchased and then he made sure everything was safe and appropriate before installing. Clean, organized and the price remained the same as the written estimate-tested everything-absolutely great. So grateful!!
