Thanks for the quick help. The LG refrigerator broke down. There was noise and clicking, the refrigerator was unusually warm and overheating, there was snow in the freezer. I Googled a repairman near my house in Van Nuys. He answered very quickly and my refrigerator worked that same day. It turns out the compressor was broken. Thanks to repairman Berik!

I bought my LG refrigerator out-of-warrantee on Facebook Marketplace. After just two months, the fridge stopped cooling. I called other repair serivces, including LG, before Bashken and got a runaround from most. When I called Derek and described the problem, he was straight-forward and to the point. He told me the compressor had failed and the cost to repair. Comparing Bashken to the other serivces, there was no contest. Yes, Derek would charge more than LG, but I wouldnt have to wait ten days for an appointment -- and just a 90-day warrantee. Bashkens warrantee for both parts and labor is a year. (The compressor is warranted for 10 years.) Derek did the work today. He found that the existing compressor was used, the wrong make, and installed improperly. So much for bargain hunting! Now the fridge is cooling once again. I will be calling Bashken for my future appliance repair needs.

I called this company a day ago to fix my refrigerator. Technician Berik came on time and gave me good explanation of what is happening with my refrigerator, after i approve the job he fixed my refrigerator at the same day. Has a great skills. I highly recommend him. :)

I called and Berik (Appliance Technician) and he immediately came by to fix my oven. This was important to me, because it was right before the Thanksgiving holiday and I was trying to bake. It was such a great experience. He had the specific part to address the ignition issues with my stove and was very efficient. I was able to complete my cookies.shortly afterwards.
