My impression of this plumbing company was great from the start. Mina was friendly and professional and quickly scheduled an appt. When the plumber came to our door (Mark) he was prompt and courteous. Explained what the issue was and was able to quickly tackle the problem. Highly recommend!

Darrin, Mark, Blake, Ezra, Elizabeth and crew are the best! They do their best and their work is the best, and best of all, you can trust them. They will also give you a break on the price!

Hassle free plumbing is truly a gift to the community. Darrin, Elizabeth, Ian were phenomenal amazing customer service, honest up front cost, they came to my residence despite me being a but outside the coverage area. I never leave reviews but this group has to be recognized. As a manager at a hospital integrity, trust, and kindness for customers should be noted.

Mark showed up on time, was courteous and worked quickly. He had to shut off our water to replace a pressure balance valve and had it all done in an hour--and that included driving out to pick up what he needed after removing the old valve. Highly recommend this company.

Incredibly fast service!! We noted an exterior leak from a pipe outside of the work place. A plumber was dispatched and arrived in under 90 minutes estimate was 2-4 hours). Repair was very speedy and the price was less than I anticipated. Definitely will use in the future!

Hassle Free was able to send someone the same day that I called. The shower was not hot and he replaced the mixer valve and improved that shower. The second shower was turning on both the shower head and lower body sprays. The problem was not fixed when he finished. I do not think I should be charged for a repair that did not happen.

Is was just ok. Tech didn’t have item needed to do the job properly. Hook up for fridge waterline to the sink. So he told me there would be no cold water in my sink if I wanted water in the fridge. I knew what was wrong and missing, but to do it properly he had to leave and get the part. He did go get the part and do it, but seemed put off.

We had no hot water at our house, so we called Hassle Free Plumbing. They not only answered our call after hours, but came out the next morning and replaced the hot water heater. We have a tight fitting area where the heater goes in the house and they were very professional about the installation and the cleanup.

The tech was personable and knowledgeable about plumbing in general, however he didnt have the tools or expertise to find my leak. Advertised leak detection was why I chose this company. So it was a waste of time and money for me and resulted in another day without water.

Excellent work. They will really go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I think what’s most important is they are true to their word and honorable. Even if there is any miscommunication, they will make sure that you will be satisfied in the end. We had them do some sprinkler valves and main line repair.I noticed after the repair that there was a leak in one of the old galvanized pipes that they had attached new pipe to and they came back out and fixed it right away and replaced that pipe.

Had a copper pipe and coupling replaced and I was very satisfied for the professional and honest services particularly from Ezra’s, expertise and knowledge. An asset to the company that is irreplaceable, he’s the Man who can do any plumbing job.

Ive used Hassle Free plumbing for over 15 years via a word of mouth recommendation from one of my neighbors. Truly wonderful service. Always responsive, and available. I have a very old house in and I have lost track of the number of times Ive reached out on a weekend and had the problem solved, or at the very least a proper plan for a solution provided by the end of the day. If its late at night they got back to me by the next day at the latest. Really nice to know that such a wonderful, reliable service is available, and has been consistent over the long run. Dont hesitate to use them yourself if you need plumbing services.
