Had a waterman break on the evening and Ulises came by in less than 20 mins to view the leak and gave me an estimate. He and his company are very honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable and do not give you the run around like other companies. Definitely recommend the service! Extremely satisfied

I call for services in April, and Ulises, came right out fix my clog drain & the price was reasonable. I call him back in August again he was 3 hours late but he came and fix my toilet that was running. Now here in September we had talk about cleaning my line with the machine, and the camera to see if i had any holes in my line and clean my lines alway out. I call him to do my the Hydrojet service on my lines. He schedule for Thursday 9/22/21 @ 4:00 no show no call. He text me on Saturday 9/25/21said he was changing his phone lines to a business line and wasnt getting my message an he apologize for not coming that Thursday. We reschedule for Monday no call no show, now today. I call i spoke with Ulises, he told me the same thing about his phone service but he could be here between 11:30 & noon.Still no call no show. I dont know about him lately I liked his work and price, he was going to do my plumbing also to change my pipes to cooper but now i cant depend on his company. very bad service.

They always show up late, they lie and have a million excuses as to why they dont show up. They replaced a pipe and when they cut into the wall they cut electric wires and left me without light and I had to pay an electrician to fix it. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!

I am extremely happy with Plumbing Heroes. After making multiple calls to other places, which all tried to rip me off, I took a chance and called this family owned business and Im glad very glad I did. They arrived on time, on a Saturday mind you, were professional, courteous and were very reasonably priced. Tried for two days trying to unclog main line drain, but finally gave up. I looked around and found these guys, and within 15 minutes of getting here problem solved.

Best plumbers are there!!! Plumbing horoes stop by the home and located a gas line with their drone. Top notch technology. Repaired the line the same day and didn’t charge me near 1/3 rd of the price other plumbers were charging. Thank you plumbing heroes.

They did a good job at installing two water heaters and they were the most economical plumbers I could find.

The worker was very friendly and helpful. The job was done in a timely manner and offered 30 day warranty if any problems occur after the job. The price was very reasonable and the job was well done.

This guys are a bunch of scammers, the drone inspection is a joke, we paid for that and it wasnt any leak on the property, our plumber did not find any , like Ulises stated, he took our money to do all repairs and never show up,do not trust this people, they will steal from you.and you have the nerve to said the job is done, what a thieve you are.

They never showed up kept telling us they were on the way very unprofessional could of at least called and let us know instead of keeping us waiting

We are so pleased and happy for the work Eulises did at our home. Our plumbing problems were not only on Sunday evening, but Easter Sunday. Eulises didn’t mind coming over. He not only fixed our overflow issue, but he removed 2 inches of gunk we had built up in our pipes, using his hydrojet system. He was also willing to climb on the roof to reach the main pipe, which most plumbers nowadays don’t do. He didn’t charge extra for working on a holiday. He is great; I highly recommend him.

My water heater stopped working. I called MD first, for an estimate and was told that I needed to replace the water heater and my estimate was $3850.I called Plumbing Heroes and he Fixed my water heater in 20 minutes and charged me $125. Wow.I am saving your information for the next time I need a plumber.Thank you, Ulises.

So our hot water wouldn’t turn off and so we had to turn it off from our water heater. We called Plumbing Heroes to see if they were able to come out today. Ulises was very nice and responsive and was able to come out within hours. He came and was very kind and found that we needed a new washer for the shower knob and went to the store for the part and was able to fix the knob. He was professional didn’t try to over charge and was very helpful. Thank you Ulises for saving the day!

Ulises was very professional. He was alsi helpful in showing how to fix plumbing uf need be. Didnt over charge came to work and fixed both toilets. Will use again if we have another different plumbing problem.

Very honest and reliable company the owner is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely worth every penny. Called 3 different companies in which they didn’t want to fix my problem and instead were scamming by telling me I had to replace my entire sewer Maine line. Ulises came out with his screw and his high tech equipment and suggested different options to not only save me money at that moment but in long run.

Ulises was referred to us by a friend and I couldnt be happier with his service. He is honest, transparent, and readily available. We have had to call him on weekends and he comes over the next day with out charging outrageous prices. Its a relief knowing we have a reliable plumber.

He did a hydrojet for us when we moved into our new house.In early December, he was running late due to another job but made sure to call us often to update us with an ETA. It was getting extremely late and we told him we can reschedule. But being the great guy he is, he showed up at 9pm, cold, soaked and tired but didn’t want to let us down. Ulises was great! He spend extra time unclogging our bathtub that also had a foreign object stuck. He fixed a problem that 3 precious plumbers couldn’t fix. They really are heroes! Thank you Ulises! We will definitely use them again.

We called at 2PM for an estimate and inspection for a possible broken sewage pipe. They said for $350 theyd do a clean out of the pipes and also send a camera down to see what exactly was going on as well as finding out how bad and how deep the problem is. We were told someone would be here within an hour. That was 3 hours ago. Despite being 24 hours no one is answering when we call and no one is texting us back either. Were having to go to other family to use their bathrooms. Were seriously upset over their lack of communication and false information. Were trying to look elsewhere for help at this point. Definitely would not recommend them.

I needed a plumber for a leaking back flow valve in my front yard, I called several other companies and got the run around, almost like they didn’t want my business.I called Plumbing Heroes and was contacted by Eulises. Now one of my biggest fears when something breaks is that I am going to get ripped off getting it fixed.Well Eulises showed up, looked at the broken valve and gave me the most economical option available to repair it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of and to the contrary was shocked by how much he wanted to charge me.He fixed my leaking valve and saved me a lot of money. I would definitely recommend him and Plumbing Heroes to anyone needing good people to do a great job.

Plumbing Heroes LLC were hands down Our Saviors tonight, theyre professional and friendly staff showed up to our apartment after hours on a Sunday to help me and my fellow Neighbours that were dealing over flowing fecal matter from the bathtub from all directions from the toilet.They were able to keep me calm on the phone and give me instructions meanwhile they arrived, I also received a full explanation with HD camera visual, all i have to say is wow!Thanks again for coming to the rescue!-Andres

Ulises is a life saver. He came through to inspect our plumbing kind of late around 9pm and he informed us of our problem and suggested the Hydrojett And Sewer Camera Inspection. He was very informative on letting us know what was going on and got the job done pretty fast considering he was working by himself.I appreciate his humblenss. He was reliable and his prices were more than reasonable since he doesn’t charge an after hours fee. I would call him again if we ever have another problem and would most definitely recommend him to anyone .

Highly recommend calling him for doing indoor plumbing services. He did an excellent job.

Hired him once I was satisfied, called him a second time we confirmed a time and date. Never showed up, I called him to see what happened no answer, texted him no text back. Never heard from him again. Long story short I’m hiring someone else I’m sure there’s plenty of professionals out there that need the money.
