1 Day Bath

I have hired Bath Planet to do my project, bathtub to shower conversion. I feel that they have done an outstanding job and was amazed that it was done in one day. Everything look new and simple. I would definitely consider them again for my next project.

Edwin came out to perform my estimate this morning. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was on time and very professional. Can’t wait to have my bathroom redone!

The whole team was great. Edwin really won me over (thats hard to do! I kicked the last guy out of my house). He reassured my concerns and really heard what we were looking for! It came out better then we could have even hoped for. The installers were great! Very professional, courteous, respectful, friendly, you can tell they are extremely experienced and knew how to work as a team. If/when we ever need a bathroom remodel (hopefully when we get our forever home) we will be calling Edwin again! All this and a terrific product, it looks beautiful and they were by far the best price; they truly delivered! Now if they only do kitchens...

I want to start off by saying to did my research, and came across Bath Planet of Orange County read reviews and looked over their work thru photos. I reached out and spoke with a Bath planet representative, he was very professional and knowledgeable So I scheduled a consultation. I felt comfortable and confident to make my decision. So I hired Bath Planet of Orange County to remodel my bathroom. I had an idea in mind and they took it from there. I couldnt be more happy with the end results. They were very clean, and professional. My bathroom came out better than expected. Unbelievable, it was done all in a day, I recommend giving them a shot you wont be disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I set a 2 PM appointment and told Bath Planet I had a doctors tele-health visit scheduled at 3 PM, so I had to be done by then. They assured me this would not be a problem. I called Bath Planet at 2:07 PM stating I had not heard anything from the technician. At 2:15 PM I received a call and after saying hello several times without a response, I hung up. Then, a minute later I received a call saying I just drove an hour and a half here and I need you to help me out! since they could not find my address. Mind you, I had another bath remodeling company come earlier in the day with ZERO issues. I told him my gate code, where to turn in, and 10 minutes later received yet another call saying they were in front of a place I NEVER heard of, and then they asked me if I lived at the complex next door. I reiterated that if they put my address in google, they would be directed straight to my door. The technician said Well, then we arent a good fit then. I have NEVER had such poor customer service. In my two years at my condo, I have never had anyone not be able to find my place from doing google directions. The attitude of the technician was disgusting to say the least, and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Ny the way, it is now 2:43 PM and I have not heard anything since 2:29 PM, when the technician said we werent a good fit. They get you thinking they are a good company by writing have a blessed day on all of the messages they send you, and then this! This experience was NOT a blessed one to say the least. BUYER BEWARE.
